This will free fall until licensing is approved in my opinion. Buying more properties without a license is not doing much right now.
Bashing is one thing. Lying will get you in trouble.

I appreciate it!
Sorry for responding so late. I did a Cost Volume Analysis based on the current volume on future volume from estimates from all their acquisitions this year. It is my opinion it would be a good time to load up this year for next year. I do believe we will not see levels this low again.
Basically you are buying a stock that is the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, and retailer.
This is some of the revenue that will show up in next year's financials;
thanks Mchat!
Nice dd. Looking to start a position here while the whole mj sector is down.
Good job! I am assuming you already know they recently picked up an additional 2000 retail outlets in Conn. and Boston area. It is my opinion that this is just the beginning. I do not like the fact that they do not make PR's but they are building a foundation. Not sure if they can pick up 40,000 outlets in a year, but 2-3 possibly even more.
T-trade.
I've entered a position here. I pretty much have stock in almost every marijuana stock.
Correct. Bill has mentioned it on record numberious times. He even mentioned it back in March when he did a radio interview with Alan B. That he had to pay back funds he borrowed from his company.
All my opinion;
Let's look at someone who they hired, who has a legit background in the field. I am sure he would not risk his career on something that he's fought against.
John A. Germinario
All my opinion;
They are looking to setup a distribution network. Bill mentioned New Zealand was another area they were targeting as well. (See 420Investor's presentations). You can also check youtube as well. So, they would not be limited to manufacturing/processing in Canada.
When was the last time LVVV did a PR for it's shareholders or announced anything on their behalf?... This exlains why this will go to sub pennys in a matter of months without a business plan to show to investors.
You gotta love people selling because of the stock dropping. While the real investors load up. Buy low sell high, simple concept, but so easily forgotten.
I am going to enter a position right around .068-.07.
All my opinion;
Will wait for revenue news to see if it's even worth investing. The company is not up to date with their investors, they let the stock drop more than 50% mainly due to lack of communication with their shareholders. I can see them being profitable at the end of the year. But why invest at this price when everything says sell for the past 3 months. Will wait til the bleeding stops. If revenues turn out to be outstanding then I may get under .06, but at least it would be worth it. If not, we could be looking at .015 or below in a couple of months and I just might walk away.
I got your PM on this one awhile back. I setup a small position for the meantime.
Earnings is the only thing that can bring this back up. Sadly no PR's for this stock to help the shareholders pps as it bleeds slowly.
Here is my opinion on this stock;
Pros:
* More news than any other stock currently. (FB and fitxlong website that shows updated building progression)
* Possible gamechanger in the marijuana manufacturing worldwide.
* 2 areas; Newly acquired R&D Center that has enough room to also cultivate (25 acres). Main marijuana site (6,000 sq ft)
* PPS under $.10 currently. Potential $50-$60 within 5 years.
* Corporate Leaders:
Cons:
* Pending Health Canada License to grow marijuana
* Lots of Puff pumpers and bashers articles of their business plan.
* Insiders selling (explained above on the recent expansion)
Summary:
Currently Neutral. Dropse below $0.078, I would consider buying opportunity in my opinion.
How is insider buying buying a bad thing? Are you trying to bash the stock?
I got a couple of PM's this past week from a couple of you. So, here's my opinion;
If you already in this stock, look for insiders to file a Form 4 to see if they are buying up these shares at these low prices. In my opinion that would be a vote of confidence that the stock is going to come back up despite the continuing dilution. If that were the case, then I would avg down in my opinion and load up! Good luck to all!
I have currently no position in the stock.
Ok I a can understand that. Everyone has the right to their opinion and mine was just that.
Debbie,
What do you want me to say? The CEO is great, and has a great team around him, ignore the dilution, ignore the stock prices, and buy, buy, buy?
To answer your question. Based on my opinion I do not always believe what a CEO says, especially in one that let the stock get diluted at an alarming rate. I left my position due to the financing and the name Jake the Snake/Kopp leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I came back due to the rumors that Jake is no longer there, but I see now that I am wrong.
But as far as the company I truly believe the Studio will be built and they will eventually make incredible revenuses with all their dealings with the Asia and European market.
The issue I have is with the stock. I believe they will reverse split a couple of times in the span of phases 1-3 of the build. For me the best time to re-evaluate this stock is when they have financing that isn't primarily on diluting the stock.
All my opinion;
*Effingham County has agreed to help fund the studio.
*Tweet from CEO says "principally bank debt."
****How much more dilution will also be needed?
None of this includes the cost of operations.
*How much is the CEO collecting, and how much of his spending is for the company, etc...
Ok I have no position currently. I like to look at the whole stock before getting in. All my own opinion;
Pros:
*Asia (T) & European (Atlas) film deals.
*CEO has 10,000,000 common shares.
*Building largest studio "East Coast Hollywood."
*Studiou will also be used for Concerts/Ent Events.
*Great starting price, potential $5 in 5 years.
Cons:
*All ventures/mergers/partnerships require funding?
*Jake is employed there. SAPX all over again?
*Ridiculous amounts of dillution?
*Studio is not even on Stage 1 of the construction with no outside financing.
*CEO lives an extravagent lifestyle for a stock that has seemingly bad financials.
Summary;
Believe a reverse split will have to happen in order to finance the studio, especially since they are in the beginning stages of the construction.
Entry point: OBSERVE ONLY. Better to wait until they can provide outside financing to cover the studio, even at a higher pps versus a reverse split.
*10-K filing news due any day now.
*Name change to, Next Generation Marijuana Corp due this month.
Later News
*Establishment of the new corporate headquarters in Los Angeles.
*Revenues from 20% Capital Stock from GREENS R US
*Revenues from H2H partnership
*They still have assets from the oil/gas as well.
Outlook
Looking to see them venture more into more marijuana partnerships, just like PHOT and MJNA have been doing.
