What in the BettyCrocker is going on here??? Thought this was dead?? Hmmmm guessing merger news to follow?
There was mention at one time that it was suggested to the companies effected by Ironridge to not file or PR until the conclusion of the SEC investigation. It's been some time, so I can't remember if that was private legal counsel or the SEC making that recommendation? If at all? Anything is possible at this point. Pump, news, settlement? who knows. But if another $50,000 flies out the door tomorrow I assume it's someone that knows they will get a ROI? Maybe not, rich people can be fools to......GO MTVX!!!!!
You forgot to mention the most significant potential. The settlement between the Sec and Ironridge. This could mean more to the share structure and PPS than all of those combined. This was trading at .02 before Covey screwed this up with IR. I've been scouring for info regarding the settlement conditions. Nothing yet publicly, but the recent volume maybe from people in the know with those details. Good luck to all of us longs here......GO MTVX!!!!
This volume must just be killing you......... go MTVX!!!!!!
$58,000 in volume..... Sec vs Ironridge settlement detail news? Military contract to have Motopeds patrol the southern border? Go MTVX!!!!!
I just asked my neighbor if he knew this was a scam...... he said no he didn't. Sooooooo..........GO MTVX!!! With big military Trump at the wheel we should be hearing about a big fat military contract with Motopeds soon!!!! Buy them while you can folks!!!
Can't you have hype/hope in both? Or is there a rule against rooting for more than 1 potentially good thing at a time? Smh.....go MTVX. Go Sturgis AND the SEC vs Ironridge?

I'm not saying that having an address on your website that isn't really your address is a game changer. Just making note that on PocketGames web site, where it says this is how to contact us, it gives the address of a UPS store in New York City.
When you do a search on the address provided by the PocketGames website, their place of business is a UPS store in New York City. Maybe the CEO is working the copier/fax counter there?
The physical address of PocketGames, on their website, is a UPS store in New York City.
Theft is theft. But since I don't know all of the details, as you don't either. I'll wait for a judge who does have all of the details in front of them to rule. Not sure why some don't understand that. What I do know about law is that 1 single signed document/contract can supersede all fairness, logic and "truth". So I wouldn't count your chickens before they hatch. But you are right, SmartCarbs has been a money pit and wouldn't be a great loss to date.
No, I'm not hoping Strurgis will take MTVX to the top of anything. Just hoping the good news builds momentum and moves this off no bid. Then wait and see. I own stock, why would I speculate, support, hope for anything less? You? Smh......
Then MTVX would have been smart not to have spent money going after Tech Elevated legally? It's right there in my post. Wait silently. Let it play out. No need to go after Tech Elevated while they are spending their own money figuring out how to distribute a product you currently have the patent for. Let Tech Elevated strike it rich, win the patent court case and take their profits. I'm surprised someone that owns stock in MTVX would see it any other way? Smh...... if they don't win the patent case, meh it's only $500,000 in sales to date with millions invested in R&D over several years for SmartCarbs. Stay focused on Motopeds. SmartCarbs are in the hands of a judge for now.
No need to go after Tech Elevated. Let them build the brand for the patent you own on their nickel. Wait in silence. When Tech Elevated has proven they have made SmartCarbs profitable, lawyer up and go get those profits. At this point with a whopping $500,000 in sales, SmartCarbs is not the focus and shouldn't be where resources go for MTVX. Let the court cases play out. Why spend money on a lawyer to go after Tech Elevated if you lose the pending court case? Covey is a terrible CEO, but no action is the right action here.
It depends on who you ask. Like all penny stocks there are many holes in the business plans (namely the CEO). Unlike most penny stocks MTVX actually sells something that people have bought and continue to want to buy. It's anybody's guess if the revenues can overcome the CEO here. Like most pennies, it's a lottery play. GLTY
5,000,000 MTVX Shares..... $500
Ending the endless whining about a down penny stock account........................PRICELESS......
Go MTVX!!! My account doesn't look like $hit anymore.....phew...... I can turn my lights back on now......
So by your own argument you agree that MTVX could "switch directions" and move off no bid. Thanks for the clarification. As long as everyone knows that nobody knows how this will play out. That everything is still possible. Go MTVX.
You keep confusing penny stocks with the S&P. This is penny land where no revenue + debt + a good pump = $$$$$. Surprised you don't know this. Penny stocks aren't logical. They aren't secure. They are high risk stocks that move because people with more money than you and an agenda move them. Smh. The obsession here to make sure everyone knows a sub penny stock is "risky" is funny as hell. This just in "our people" that "know" people know all of the "facts" and have determined that penny stocks are risky. Thanks genius. Debt, lawsuits, patent infringement yep sounds like a penny stock. Yawn........big pump or bankruptcy....... let's get on with it already. Go MTVX!!!! You should look up BLTA..... fraud company that did this schtick for 30 years..... CEO finally died. Or else the pump scheme would still be going strong. And yes, people made money........ certainly not because of their business plan.... smh
And how come APT isn't going after Tech Elevated for taking both the SC and SF Engine if any of this were remotely true.
Because by Corey's own admission the Smart Carb only has around $500,000 total sales to date. Hardly worth a fight or the investment to date. Much ado about nothing. Patents. No patents. The product never caught on. Motopeds made over $700,000 in sales in one single transaction (200 bikes) to the Kansas lottery. Enough said. MTVX
Mathew59 said it
Not for free. Lottery paid Covey up front for 200 bikes. Only 2 were ever given. SCAM!!!! Pretty simple. CONMAN Covey played the Lottery for fools. Another reason Covey will file BK!!!
Replies:
Just the next lawsuit coming against the conman
FUBAR on 7/15/2016 8:31:31 PM
Well, if KS has given away over 100 bikes and the game is still going, are you sure about the lawsuit? Or is this just another made up "fact"? It's not "just another lawsuit coming" as you said. It's just you speaking without facts. To all accounts KS paid for 200 bikes, has given over 100 away . How did MTVX make the bikes if they have no business? No money? Broke? Bankrupt? Did they make them for free? Hmmmmmm..........MTVX has said nothing. The people on this board has claimed EVERYTHING and yet bikes are being manufactured and sold. That's what happens when people assume and jump to conclusions. You look like an as*. If invested, why not be quiet and let it play out? Bankruptcy? Ok. Why rush it. Why anticipate it? Why flaunt it? Why want it so bad? No good reason I can see. Glta. MTVX!!!!! It's been so long since I've been delete for making common sense points......... Wait for it..........
As planned????? Force Troy into bankruptcy is your investment strategy??? Lawsuits to force Troy into bankruptcy so nobody gets anything???? That's yall's "plan"? Genius! Cut your nose off to spite your face........brilliant. The money Troy has made here is either spent or squirreled away. He will claim bankruptcy. Ya! Y'all Win!!! Empty pockets. But you win........lord help me......
Then we will write off the loss and move on? Is that the worst case scenario? Is there more? Is something else going to happen to us? Nah....... Just a write off. Ok. Next. Or was this all y'all had? God help ya if it was. Just money, I'll make, making have made more...... It's penny stocks some go up, some go down. Not really worth all the fuss here.
No brag you no better than to ask for divulgence from this outfit. The money is gone.......there will be no revelation that is meaningful to any stock holder. Maybe a few here will revel in the demise. But for an investor it's wasted energy to respond to the end.,,,
Wait wait wait, it took the SEC mere months to give MTVX a wells notice fine for not filing a document, yet we are to believe they know illegal activity is happening here and it's going to take 5-7 years??? This is what I mean when I say the hate blurs the line of reason. Why nobody pays any attention to the claims. True or not. It just never passes the bullsh!t test........as I've said before keep it real? Sort of? Kind of real?? Never mind. Keep firing as it makes no difference........MTVX
Your quote makes no sense as Motopeds requires full deposit upfront for every bike/part and then has a 90 day turn around. So even if they make $5 per bike, they get the $5 upfront which would have nothing to do with filling orders. Does that mean anything? No. Just that the quote makes no sense from Joma. There are 500,000 reasons why this isn't working. Funds received upfront to make the bikes isn't one of them. Even if Troy had a profit margin of $2900 per $3500 bike, he would still find ways to EFF this up and cheat the shareholders and customer. That has been clearly demonstrated. And remains the single problem. MTVX is dead. I don't invest in companies hoping the CEO goes to jail. My account is red here. That's all I see. MTVX.
I'm disappointed to not hear of more lawsuits coming out against Troy. He needs more pressure to sell and step down. People need to sh!te or get off the pot. If he can't get funding, give the reigns to someone else that can or already has it. MTVX. The last long shot for MTVX. And yes, MTVX could make investment sense if someone thought they could sell 20,000 to 30,000 world wide over 5 years. That would take $$$$ upfront to decrease manufacturing costs and time. Also to implement better marketing than the non existent approach now. Who knows. But Troy has got to go
So there is no chance that Troy will sell his stake (knowing that he cannot generate the financing needed) to someone that already has financing in place to move this forward? You know this how? Have you seen the future? Let's leave opinions to being opinions. Nobody knows what will happen here. Are there indicators and facts that one could ASSUME an ending here? Sure. Is that assumption the only possibility ever? Ummmm no. I'm not telling anyone to buy, I am laughing at people's claims of facts and knowledge they do not possess. A better suited financially backed new CEO could reduce manufacturing costs, increase margins and shorten delivery times. Not to mention increase marketing. Things Troy has zero knowledge or ability to do. I assume Troy will eventually see getting something for his stake is better than BK and sell. This is a logical progression to a company that has a sellable product. Glty. MTVX
Hey, look here, someone with an actual question about the company? I didn't think that was allowed here. I thought just personal attacks were allowed. Anywho, to answer your question there is a patent struggle going on between the current owner, a failed previous owner and the original owner of SmartCarbs and Sonic flow. The truth is, MTVX has made only $500,000 in revs from Smartcarb vs the millions it has spent in development. It's a good product that just hasn't done much. Now there are lawsuits in every direction trying to retain the patent rights. So as far as a buyer goes, I would stay away from said product until this is all worked out. As in You might send the funds upfront to a company and not get your product. Hope this helps. Glty. MTVX
I am missing the entire point? No my friend, you have missed my entire point. Corey is one person, with one opinion that is completely tainted by his bitterness towards MTVX. As a FORMER employee, removed x 6 months, I take his input with less than a grain of salt. Whether it be by phone, email, carrier pigeon what have you, his message is 100% skewed is my point. What Corey types or says isn't official, isn't the gospel and becomes more and more irrelevant with every day that goes by since quitting on us shareholders and MTVX. Is my point. As I typed, in plain English that maybe you can't understand is unless it's a BK filing by MTVX or Fins by MTVX or an official update by MTVX, as a shareholder it makes zero difference what a 6 month removed quitter says about his former employer. Got it? That's not a vote of confidence for Troy, it's just facts. As Corey admits in his email, he has no idea about the current dealings of MTVX.
We are just talking about an email right? Like something someone typed on a computer? Someone who hasn't been affiliated with MTVX for 6 months? Correct? Someone who is bitter, resentful and would most certainly type things to benefit their interests right? True or not? The things y'all get worked up about crack me up. It's an email. R E L A X!!!!!!! It's not a bankruptcy filing, it's not an update from MTVX....... So who cares?
I rebuke the comment set forth with vehement disdain. This is uncalled for and I for one will not stand for it. Go MTVX! Lucy is probably a nice gal.
Let's not forget it was an entire management team of players that all knew (or should have known) the status of all of the contracts and patents pertaining to MTVX. Further more it was this entire team of people including Corey Dyess that went ahead and formed this publicly traded company and fraudulently made claims of ownership to all of the investors here. It wasn't until all of the equity shares were liquidated, that people became "aware" ( what a load of sh!t) and are now trying to do the right "thing". Sure, what a bunch of Hero's. It's easy to point the finger at Troy, he's the only one left. Btw, he is to my knowledge the only one still trying to make MTVX (the company we are invested in) work. As opposed to the other quitters. Do I think Troy is a good Ceo? No. Not even a little. But at least he is still selling products. Maybe he has off shore accounts, maybe he will claim BK. I don't know. But as opposed to the other fraudulent quitters, he has at least kept the doors open. It's all a matter of perspective.
There aren't any more shares to sell. MTVX has reached its 20 billion. The shares that sell now ( what little those are) are between lenders/shareholders and whoever the buyers are. It would take a stimulus of some kind to incrementally raise the PPS, if investors were to believe this stock was undervalued. It can happen to any penny stock virtually based on nothing. Just here say and Pr's. MTVX does not have any more equity shares to give. Other than personal wealth, right now MTVX could care less about the PPS. They won't spend a second or a penny on improving shareholder sentiment because it makes no difference in day to day operations. If/when they can grow the company and release a meaningful/improved audited fin, they will. Or they could go bankrupt. But I'm not paying to sell my shares to prove a point. Troy owns a lot of shares in this company, if he is a greedy b@stard like y'all say he is, eventually he will try to raise the PPS here. If he doesn't go to jail first
The tax question. Investor A is $25,000 in. The account ledger shows a value of $2500 at 25,000,000 shares at .0001. Now, if you were to "get rid of" your shares to your broker (for a fee) you could start claiming your $3000 a year max allowance write off. This is of course not off the top of the bill. It's a percent of a percent that you don't pay. On average it would be around a $600 savings off the bill for most. So I could in theory over 8 years save $4800 off my tax bill. Yea. Ok. Now investor A does nothing with his "worthless stock". He in turn IS able to sell at .0001 and pocket the $2500. The total loss is $22,500. Investor A can still do exactly the same thing as above yet pocket the $2500 and save 7 years of tax loss at $4200. Net gain = $1900. For doing nothing. Instead of doing "something" and paying to sell your shares. You can retroactively claim losses (I believe 3 years back) so if investor A did nothing for 3 years he would still be in option A without any negative impact. More importantly, if some miracle happens in the next three years here, you would be the guy that paid to get rid of his shares. Instead of doing nothing. Which is free. If you can live with that, to ensure you net the least amount you can from your loss. Go get them tiger. For me, I'll play the numbers. Be patient and with any luck come out with more than the very least possible. Which will always be available to me. Hope this helps. MTVX.
Slow news morning. Got people arguing over who is worse Hitler or Stalin. Meanwhile, back on the ranch our money is still gone and the ticker says no bid. Smh. I will say it again. They all suck, sucking is sucking, there aren't levels of sucking it's just suck. The leadership Group, Team, Members (however you want to say it) ALL botched this and continue to botch this. The ones that bailed are quitters and failures. Bravo gentlemen. Bravo. Way to take marketable products, make the worst business decisions possible, so that even with market appeal, you make a sh!t sandwich. MTVX
Then why didn't Corey step up and admit that before becoming co founder of MTVX? Why did Corey form a public company, sell all of the 20 billion shares, then decide maybe he doesn't own the patents but will now ensure they get back into the hands of the old woman to then convince her to let him use the patents for Tech Elevated. Now that the 20 billion shares are gone. What a hero. What happened to the millions of dollars Co Founder Corey made selling those 20 billion shares? Let me guess, ask Troy? No, I'll ask Co Founder Corey who still holds billions of shares himself. Why, if he knew all of these wrong doings, why he didn't bother to mention that until the shares were all sold? That's fraud brother. Plain and simple. The audacity of some to point the finger at others is absolutely amazing. They all suck. And sucking is sucking. No levels of sucking. Just they suck.
I think what blue is saying is this. 1. With the amount of shares owned by Corey in MTVX, he is by definition an "owner" still. Unless he gives back his shares. Most importantly, which this part escapes you, is that every single one of those b@stards had a chance to do the right thing. All of them. They had meetings, decisions were made. Nobody made a peep the company was sucking. Nobody. Now Corey is running away and trying to take the property we as investors, invested in. Wow, what a hero. Corey could have spoke up. He could have reached out. He could have done more. They all could have. Is Troy public enemy #1? Yes. Are there others that passively let this happen? Yes. Are there others that could have stepped up and said I see all these illegal things happening, I'm going to stop this? Yep. But instead, now Corey is going to divulge all of these things so that it can benefit his lawsuit to take the property from the company I invested in??? Of course not before, when it could have saved investors. Hero. What a hero. No, I see this for exactly what it is. Every b@stard for themselves over there at MTVX. Corey was a sh!tty leader. Wasn't strong enough to stand up to the wrongs. Now is trying to sneaky Pete technology away from the very investors that helped get him here. What a damn hero!!!! I hope the whole lot is investigated for these shenanigans.
There are no new investors. There hasn't been in over a year. The shares are gone. There is not an ongoing scam here. Did we "get" scammed? Past tense, and it's over with? Yes. The money is gone. There is not an ongoing scam here. There is a company trying to sell Motopeds. Convey lied. Convey cheated. But without filing, or delivering any news, and without having any more shares to sell as equity, where is the current scam happening? Who is scamming? In what capacity is more money trying to be extracted? Answer: none. Convey burnt all of those bridges. Now if Troy attempts a new "pump" people can come out of the wood work and cry new scam!!!!! But to continue to b!tch about money spent is kinda silly. The only reason to pump now is to raise the PPS for personal wealth. There are no more equity shares in the bank. The PPS does close to nothing for MTVX. Other than make it more expensive to buyout (if that were possible). No the PPS is on us 20 billion bag holders. Anybody want to see their portfolios go up? I do. Scam. Pump. Whatever. The pennies are a slippery slope. You think I'm going to cry tears if this goes up and people buy???? Hell no. I'll cash out. Which is why we all invest. Buy low. Sell high?? Or are we still on that whole teach someone a lesson, I'm mad at you so I want this to fail gig? Smh. If this goes up to .001 and people buy my shares, that's on them to justify why. It's not on me to "warn" them it's a mistake. Lord help me. MTVX
We have a pretty wide topic here. I think I speak for all of us that we would appreciate less censorship as opposed to more. MTVX
You have been right about many things with MTVX. But, I get confused when you break down or elaborate on the stock going from .0001 to .0002 and similar such things. Because you will comment as well that the company is finished with no hope. I assume you say this because of something you know? In my mind, if I had concrete information about the absolute demise of a company, I would no longer talk about them in anyway, or in the future sense. But it's almost like your little bit of hope slips out from time time. Which is good, because I don't want you to be certain about the demise of MTVX. You have researched a lot of truths about MTVX, the certain demise isn't one of them I want you to find. Don't get me wrong, nobody on this board thinks you are encouraging anybody to support or buy MTVX. We all know you are not. It's just good to read that little bit of hope after the MTVX is dead and never coming back comment. With all the DD you do. Have a good one
