I hate to say it but that does seem to be a change in the language used in the past.
"Prefer organic growth over a reverse stock split to meet the share price requirement."
It does leave the RS option out there. I certainly hope not. I'd stay on the OTC longer instead.
Schwab working for me now. Some sort of Tech issue.
NASDAQ’S BOARD DIVERSITY RULE: WHAT COMPANIES SHOULD KNOW
Last Updated February 28, 2023
BOARD DIVERSITY RULE HIGHLIGHTS
Nasdaq’s Board Diversity Rule requires companies listed on Nasdaq’s U.S. exchange to:
• Publicly disclose board-level diversity statistics annually using a standardized template; and
• Have, or explain why they do not have, diverse directors.
The rule provides additional flexibility for Smaller Reporting Companies and Foreign Issuers, which can meet the
diversity objective by including two female directors, and for all companies with five or fewer directors, which
can meet the diversity objective by including one diverse director.

How is IQST with DEI? I've heard NASDAQ is implementing DEI requirements to get on that exchange. Or perhaps they should consider the TXSE since it looks like NASDAQ likely won't happen this year.
Thanks for the interview. You did a nice job. Are you a Promo product salesman? Nice coffee cups.
Over on the Ambassador page a post was made that mentioned the NEXT acquisition. Is this a hint as to who it might be? Or has something been announced that I haven't seen? The context was mildly cryptic so I don't know if it is a hint or not.
The Kiplinger Letter from 3/20/2024 was focused on the advances being made in VR. Apple and Meta being the big dogs in headsets with multiple smaller players. They expect this to be a big growing area with Apples operating system being the Windows for VR. They mentioned at least 7 major areas where the tech will prove useful, especially in training workers in areas including design, healthcare, first responders, construction and more. I hope to see IQST added to the list of big players in this area.
That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Like a gun can be used for good or bad, a gun is just a gun right? The US/Mexico wall is meant to protect, Make the same argument for the Berlin wall.
Has the Mexico cooperation you suggest been tried in the last 3 years? The cartels have only gotten filthy rich in the last 3 years.
An agreement with Mexico was made 5 years ago which was effective.
But I believe this will be a fruitless discussion. Best luck to all Go IQST!
Berlin wall was to keep people from escaping, and they were shot if they tried. Not quite the same thing.
RPS is $.81, nice increase over last year, have they indicated the EPS yet?
My Son-in-law has a cabin that has a large propane tank that is monitored via some wireless thing for remaining capacity so it can be refilled automatically. How is this different from what IQST IoT offers? Is their product just another that is similar to already available technology?
Thanks MM!
I'm not that familiar with mergers etc... but I've heard the term SPAC, would the potential acquisition mentioned in the PR today be something like that, where they can gain a NASDAQ listing by getting in with a company that's already listed? Looking for thoughts as I don't know much about this, I may be out in left field.
I think revenue and profits matter. The stock price will catch up, never as quickly as I'd like though.
I'll repost my guess on where revenues may go based on the recent news.
"If I read that right, they think they may hit almost $138 million in revenue this year, or more! Does anyone else read the same thing? That's a lot more than the $120 million noted earlier."
From the Ambassador site this a.m.
I'm pleased to inform you that the company did not allow any conversions related to the convertible note, and we paid off the note on time as planned. This means there will be no conversion taking place. We are committed to maintaining transparent and responsible financial practices, and this includes our approach to managing convertible notes.
From a previous announcement noted again in the 8-K:
iQSTEL launched in 2018 and achieved $13.78 million in revenue in that first year. We could exceed ten times that number this year.
If I read that right, they think they may hit almost $138 million in revenue this year, or more! Does anyone else read the same thing? That's a lot more than the $120 million noted earlier.
Does anyone know anything about Upstream? I've not heard of it before. Is it significant enough of an exchange to make any difference?
So ... Alvaro, the CFO?
Seems to me they are saying a billion $ company = Stock price.
$9 digit revenue says that's the cash brought in each year.
I like the net positive objective.
Under 20K and decent range should be a hot item if it looks nice and the wheels don't fall off.
If you use TD Ameritrade, click on the symbol then choose the calendar, they post the Divi info there and seem to be very punctual.
Still waiting on mine.
Does anyone know if USOI has an provision in the prospectus where they can cancel the stock if the price stays below a minimum amount for a period of time? One of my mortgage REITs did that. Price drops like a rock and end up with pennies on the dollar. Very painful. MORL, if I recall correctly did that.
My folks lived in a gated retirement community, most everyone have golf carts they drive all over the place, some are street legal and will go up to 35 mph or so and are used to run to the store or Dr. appts. I find them kind of scary at that speed. I think a small electric car that feels "safer" at local street speeds would be appealing to folks like this who have the means for a 2nd car and don't drive long distances. I'm guessing the range on IQST's car is likely 100 miles or so. More than enough for many folks.
Bad idea. Patience please.
"The recent Smartbiz and Whisl acquisitions only contributed revenue to the YTD results in June."
(I added the emphisis)
"The company is well on track to meet or exceed its $90 million 2022 annual revenue forecast with positive net income and continue growing in 2023 with consistent positive net income throughout.
The Q3 outlook is strong with the company starting to add new higher margin revenue streams resulting from new products such as the EVOSS Electric Motorcycle and the Global Money One Maxmo VIP Fintech Product."
If I recall they decided to pursue the spinoff because they had a super generous offer to purchase the division, far above their expectations which led to the opinion they may be undervaluing the potential and a spin off may maximize shareholder value. I hope they're right.
It appears to me BASF was the company all along. The testing last year was successful and I guess they are tweeking the devices to provide additional data, battery life, design changes... no idea for sure, but it seems like they're moving from v. 1.0 to v. 2.0 or something like that.
Got it. I hadn't noticed that before. Thank you.
Martini's eh... Those tulip glasses are too small, I need a double old fashion.
Forget both. Stock up on Bourbon. With the clown politicians we have, you're gonna need it. Pick your party, it applies regardless.
Where on TDAmeritrade do you find that smart score. I see it's part of TipRanks but I can't find that either. Any help is appreciated & I thank you in advance.
I feel confident it will hit the $4 range for long enough to up list but likely pull back after a couple days, much like the $.35 to $2 jump did. Then the grind to $5 really begins IMO.
In my experience, institutional investment doesn't really kick in until the stock price is north of $5. I've heard it said that many institutions won't touch it if it costs less than a pizza. Up listing will garner attention so I hope that will give the push we need to take off.
It's my understanding that management will come to the board a couple times for something like the IB. 1st to start the search and last to present the terms for approval. The announcement, to me, sound like the latter.
Merry Christmas to all here and may 2022 be a very Happy New Year!
News items coming out on Thursdays from now on.
Do we know how much revenue is generated from the Vonage association?
Just wondering what potential impact might be IF it goes away. Seems like things wouldn't change for 5 or 6 months at the earliest though, if at all.
If the 46.8m is right and they stay with the same 3rd Q $16.5m, puts them at near 63 - 63.3 m for the year. Beating their estimate by 2+ mill would be very significant. If they stay with their 15m-ish average quarterly rev puts them at around 62.5m. Still a very, very good year!
I'd prefer if management would consider the old Ma Bell tactic of under promise and over deliver. Ma Bell used to say "It'll take 2 weeks to install your phone" and then show up the next day...never give an opportunity to disappoint.
I'd just keep affirming the 60.5 guidance. Surprise us to the upside.
It seems the message boards hear we're going to surpass and the expectations go way too far to the upside. Next thing you know they're expecting 100 mill. and when it comes in at 61.5 it feels like a miss. Just my opinion for what it's worth.
BTW Anyone get a MAXMO promo yet? Seen a Winners list? Is this the first promise they've not come through on? Seems like a dumb thing to drop the ball on and not issue any reason for it.
I'm holding this for a 4Q 2022 time frame. Seems by then they'll have good smart tank revs, we'll have an idea if the CC card is going anywhere, should have an idea on the EV bike sales. I like the number portability idea but can't figure out why a provider would buy it, so no expectation there. But there should be enough there to show substantial sequential growth, maybe even profits. Enough, I believe, to enable uplist to NASDAQ. That's the beginning of the rewards. IMO.
