Vince is nothing more than a figurehead around here. The real problems are the ones running this company from behind the scenes, they seem pretty clueless when it comes to running a pubic company since they do everything opposite of what a public company is supposed to do. They should of just went private. I would say a lot of investors here are only hanging around because the SS is still intact. It's sure not from what they've accomplished in 5 yrs.

Well, it looks like the Ralston's and the rest of the insiders hold a lot of worthless paper at this point. Maybe at some point they'll realize they're a publicly traded company and start to relay information to their shareholder's on where the company stands today. But I guess you've had to done something to be able to do that.
The Ralston's have to feel pretty good about all the paper they hold here with Pennexx.

Good to have other companies under their belt @ the QB & QX level, experience helps to get the job done. The QB will equal more transparency and a little more company worth.

My guess is that they have filed for the QB uplist but have run into issues with the original owner's of the shell somewhere along the line, and until that issue is cleared up the QB uplist will be delayed. The earlier days with Pinnacle to Pennexx Foods and Homel and WH holding's are a little murky, and I would guess part of the issue with uplist.

Professionalism... It will be a uphill battle for Pennexx to ever be profitable when 99% of the population doesn't even know they exist. At this point there is only a couple of positives here, insider's hold shares and the SS is still favorable for now.

It's pretty sad around here that after over 4+ yrs all they have outside of Vince promising it's close over and over again, and a couple of pennyland websites that look like high schooler's built them, and also with claims of high tech people working very hard to get this complete. Somehow, I'm not seeing it. Pennexx needs to show investor's proof of anything going on outside of a couple of penny land websites. Talk is cheap, let's see solid proof of anything with this business plan working. Talk and tweet's aren't working anymore.

I also kinda think it might have a little something to do with this drawn out process of bringing the Yso app to life. I think we would of been light yrs ahead of where we are now if they just brought in some college kids. These kids today are well versed in new technology.

What's sad is that after 4yrs and counting we stand at the .04 range with no dilution to speak of, and still nothing up and running with supposedly having professional IT people working on it. It sure doesn't say much about their skill set, as we continue to wait in the dark. They need to at least pump this again so we can flip it to have something to do while we wait for the paint to dry.

Thanks for the link curious it definitely helps put Pennexx's business plan in a little better focus now, and also what they've been up to during the quiet period. The site looks much more professional compared to the older versions they had and very informative. That sign up price point of 399.00 is also very business friendly for what they're getting. It will be interesting to see the incoming numbers moving forward here.
