Somalia likely to have large oil deposits
Looks like Somalia is on the verge of an oil rush! KIMJF has the only fresh NI 51-101 compliant bock with documented prospective reserves in hand. Who do you think the majors are going to contact first?
http://www.kismaayo.com/2014/04/somalia-likely-to-have-large-oil-deposits-report/
KIMJF has one of the most exciting business models on the OTC - wait till the market learns about it and all us early buyers may make a mint
Everyone wants to tie up that Somali oil
England and Russia will pay tens of millions while little guys can do it with pennies here and maybe make out like kings.
Iranians tried to heist the Somali uranium in 2006
This is James Bond stuff but apparently the Iranians attempted to jack up that uranium in 2006. The US wants to keep the whole thing on the low down until Somalia is under control but no question the yellow cake is there in Somalia:

Good thing CEO Rashid has got those Ismaili Muslim connections and balls of steel apparently.
Buy low, Sell high - someone is passing out cheapies here.
Some Bargain Hunters Snapping Up Stock Today
Russians or Chinese would pop for 20M easy
IMO Rashid either has a deal in the bag or is holding out for better terms.
Headed to .02 for sure
Jack may be right about Aga Khan connection
"The Aga Khan Development Network. A staggeringly large and effective organization, it employs 80,000 people in 30 countries. Although it is generally known for the nonprofit work it does in poor and war-torn parts of the globe, the A.K.D.N. also includes an enormous portfolio of for-profit businesses in sectors ranging from energy and aviation to pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and luxury hotels. In 2010 these generated $2.3 billion in revenue. The extent of these endeavors might not be so well known to the general public, since the Aga Khan usually shuns the press and stays out of the public eye."

I wonder if CEO Rashid would tell us if he is part of this glorious venture?
Big Boys Could Buy KIMJF for Pocket Change
if it were to happen; the bigs just set up a stalking horse company and buy out the company and kill it. No one would be the wiser except thems that held out to the end would get the big price. The seemingly low float here makes me wonder where all the stock is?
China Builds Massive Stockpile of Uranium
I smell a deal on the horizon
China Resources Quarterly reported that China's uranium imports surged to historical levels in 2013. China purchased the nuclear fuel at fire-sale prices in anticipation of supply shortages later in the decade. Total 2013 uranium imports into China reached $2.39 billion.....

Somalia has huge oil and uranium reserves
Somalia possesses huge deposits of uranium and other precious minerals. Last but not least, Somalia has substantial reserves of oil and gas; in fact, its reservoir of black gold is understood to be the second biggest in Africa.

Take an unconventional company like KIMJF to go in there and get the job done.
Ukraine escalation lifts gold price to 3-week high
http://www.mining.com/ukraine-escalation-lifts-gold-price-to-3-week-high-88218/
Don't forget on gold, oil, gas, the tail wags the dog. IMO Super spec plays like KIMJF get the largest boost out of these swings because of the perceived leverage on their contingent assets - 2 cents worth of stock ties up a lot of potential.
Blast from the Past
The uranium is still there - these plans were interrupted by the 1991 civil war:
Nuclear News
March, 1985
SECTION: FUEL; Fuel Briefs; Pg. 83 LENGTH: 80 words BRAZIL WILL OBTAIN URANIUM FROM SOMALIA, according to recent reports. Brazil's Construtora Andrade Gutierrez, of Rio de Janeiro, expects to sign a contract soon with Somalia for a $300-million turnkey uranium mining and milling facility. Gutierrez will build the 600-ton/yr mill based on technology developed with West German aid and sold by Nuclebras. An Arab financial consortium and Brazil's Banco do Brasil have reportedly agreed on joint financing of the project.

new mineral resources discovered in somalia LENGTH: 169 words DATELINE: mogadishu, september 26; Item No: 092676
new mineral resources including tin, zinc, lead, uranium and aluminium have been discovered in somalia in recent years, minister of mining ahmed mohamdud farah said yesterday.
the somali-arab mining company is expected to commence extracting uranium shortly in an area of 57,000 square kilometers in the galgudud region, central part of the country. a uranium deposit of 10,000 tons has been proved, he said. he added that the drilling of two natural gas wells is expected to start in the district of afgoi, lower shabelle region, in november this year. its exploitation cost will be 25 million u.s. dollars to be jointly paid by the somali government, the world bank and the european investment bank. the drilling process will be completed in three months.
it was learned here that seven foreign companies are now searching for minerals mainly petroleum in several regions of the country.
somalia will invest 96 million somali shillings (six million u.s. dollars) in mineral resources development.

KIMJF Rocks the Casbah
I agree .05 to .065 is where the company valued itself BEFORE they bought heavy into Somalia oil and gas. Now they are going into uranium logistics as well. The market may have been skeptical about Somalia but that NI 51-101 report and now uranium might boost the price even higher than you think. And the Ukraine crisis changes everything, gas and oil are going to rock the casbah.
Who You Going to Believe
The official spin seems to be that there isn't really any uranium in Somalia BUT historical documents even I can find via Google say otherwise:
Memorandum From the Under Secretary of State (Katzenbach) to President Johnson
Washington, March 12, 1968
uranium and itrium have just been found near Mogadiscio.
http://www.somaliawatch.org/archiveoct00/001129601.htm
I bet there is a lot more out there - KIMJF says it has the declassified documents, not the first time there has been a cover up about uranium in Africa.
Black Hawk Down
Somalia was about anything but humanitarian intervention - 25% of the world's uranium reserves, this is like a James Bond movie.

Historic Uranium in Somalia
This from a 1968 New York Times article:
http://news.google.com/newspapers?id=hbVWAAAAIBAJ&sjid=gOkDAAAAIBAJ&pg=7276,235261&dq=somalia&hl=e
Industry sources say the deposits may exceed a quarter of the world's known reserves of 800,000 tons. Moreover, they said, the uranium lies close to the surface and can permit strip-mining techniques which is far less costly than deep-mining.
In addition to uranium, international geologists have also discovered Yttrium, a rare and costly mineral which experts say can sell for six times as much as uranium per pound.
Not many shares for sale yesterday - was very thin

The resources logistics and services sector in Africa is in demand. I am very pleased with their foresight. Will be waiting to see who their strategic partners will be. In the past they teamed up with Canadian companies.
Shell-Pectin has the surrounding blocks in Somalia and Chevron has good reason in Cabinda to want to extinguish those disputed claims there.
KIMJF seeking its market
KIMJF appears to be seeking a place in the market not a dump which would look much different chart wise. How would a foreign penny stock get noticed and attract a loyal shareholder base without some PR? Also with a NI 51-101 report on their property and a clean history this is not a shell game. Looks to me like they have been successful as some shareholders are in it for the long run rewards. I do not see a sell off here.
KIMJF soars while Markets Drop

In tough times, smart money looks for alternative ways to fatten their bottom line. Extreme frontier investing is one way they can do it.
Who is Prince Karim Al Husseini Aga Khan?
I note KIMJF CEO Rashid in several places mentions he is an adherent of the Aga Khan. I think this highly relevant and a network that few western oil comapnies can tap:
http://abcnews.go.com/International/prince-karim-al-husseini-aga-khan/story?id=22819856
He is one of the world’s richest men as well as a revered religious figure. Recognized worldwide for his charity work, Prince Karim Al Husseini Aga Khan is believed to be a direct descendant of Islam’s revered Prophet Mohammed.
Early Buyers Get Rewarded
The market is still adjusting to the concept of KIMJF. IMO those who get in early will be overjoyed in the near and mid term. There are only a couple other exploration companies that buy into disputed assets as a business model and they trade on the London AIM.

Carbon Credits
I missed this one altogether:
"The dormant Biafran coal assets even while awaiting independence may be utilized as credits on the carbon emissions market. Their future reserve (non use) value may be packaged by a carbon credit aggregator for credits now. For trading purposes, one allowance or Certified Emission Reduction (CER) is considered equivalent to one metric tonne of CO2 emissions. These allowances can be sold privately or in the international market at the prevailing market. While the carbon market is complex, CERs vary in price between $3 to $15 per unit depending on perceived quality and are becoming an increasingly accepted form of investment."

Aga Khan is a Billionaire
If Rashid is hooked up with the Aga Khan, one of the world's richest men, this explains why they are so fearless at KIMJF:

Interesting Possibility
Canadian based shares are frozen, no way of telling, but if there were a lot of them, the float just got a lot smaller!
Sellers have taken a holiday and the shares are scarce.
Why some oilers hate the KIMJF CEO Rashid
KIMJF CEO Rashid continually talks about his plan to help Africans and put back twice as much as he takes out. He's hooked up with the Aga Khan philosophy as well. I can well understand why some oil companies and countries in Africa hate his guts.
For years in Africa the ethic was to grab and go. The oil companies and dictators grabbed billions. The president of Angola AND his daughter are both billionaires.
It is no wonder the oil burning posse is out to nail Rashid's tail to the wall before he shakes things up in Somalia and elsewhere.
IMO I'm wiling to support Rashid's vision; profit and development can work together.

Last Word on Canada
I did some research. These Canadian cease trade orders seem to hit OTC companies when any Canadian province feels there is some linkage to Canada - shareholder, officer, business etc. The order remains in effect till the the dispute is resolved.
The order has no effect on OTC trading in the US only in Canada.
Since KIMJF is not a Canadian company and has no current operations there - the effect here IMO is minimal.
