Hello, I wondered if anyone has a feel for this. If there is no response to communication from a company to shareholder questions over time, does this become legally actionable or reportable at some point?
I usually let most things go with microcaps, as they are largely a shell game. I think we all know this. But, BFRE irks me as I expect these companies to at least play the game. So, I am just wondering.
I think you make a very good point about them not posting fluff. To my mind, this will really underscore any future news that comes as being real and solid. That could really impact the price here.
In the end, as I said before, I made some mad bank here once, and of all my speculative stocks, this is the one I hold hope for yet. Mama needs to pay some bills!
Is there a point where radio silence is telling? Zero news after such a big press release strikes me odd. It is only us speculating that creates any "news." I mean this respectfully, but when I review the threads, it is all echo spec--no news. And, the lack of progress here just makes no sense.
I could use some hope not based on narrative speculation. Otherwise, I think I will sell and be done with this in the next up for me.
The more one researches the less BFRE's lack of progress makes sense. Despite it not being in their best interest, 210 coal mines are slated to be built in China. This appears to be secondary to national pressures on provinces to build infrastructure to boost the lagging economy. Within this pressure, banks are not scrutinizing loans very closely. Against this backdrop is the pressure to reduce national CO2 emissions--so why is it so difficult for BFRE to settle funding? There are alternative energy sources sprouting investments all over China, as my finance friend in Beijing confirms.
I am trying to remain positive, but even cursory research on this topic suggests there should have been news here already. And, why no presser?
I know many rely upon charts, but the context is feeling pretty clear here.
Here's an article that sources the points I am gesturing toward in a very succinct way:

Here is a recent article that reflects the increased shorting of BFRE:

Interesting you say this, I will listen later but the show On Point will be talking about this idea re: China.
The red dragon may not land though, China is having more economic disruption.
From your lips to the Gods' ears, I just need this to hit a quarter.
Level 2 question: Why would an MM, namely ADTF, price one share at $175? Does anyone know why am MM does this?
Say it ain't so, Joe.
With this context of this kind of pollution in Beijing, one would think BFRE could make traction more quickly, if they are indeed viable. I just need this puppy to get to a quarter.
Great pic in the article. My friend there confirms this is life in Beijing:

I know, Hmonny, this is getting frustrating. I am somewhat regretting not cashing all my position in when I could have pulled even more of a four figure profit from BFRE--live and learn.
At the moment, this is my only penny stock that holds any potential to pop. I will load less but will load some when the price is low. That said, my fingers are crossed that we can get a good price out of this yet. I really need to pay my student loans. I hate to invest a dream in pennystock land, but isn't dreaming what these kinds of stocks are all about in the end? If I was only after steady dividends, I would be investing elsewhere.
On a note of general interest, I had a friend visit Boston from Beijing. She commented frequently on how nice breathing was here--literally breathing was better here for her. The air quality in Beijing is oppressive on a daily basis, she reports. While falling oil prices and the current shakiness within the Chinese economy are clearly factors here, I have some hope for this stock given the dire need China has for tech solutions for the very air they breathe.
Any who, we carry-on.
Made my one and thus far only big figure profit off BFRE last year. Can lightning strike twice--need to pay that student loan.
Apparently, this hedge fund company divested itself of BFRE 4th quarter in 2015. The article reports they held 500 shares, which does not feel comment worthy to me. Can anyone get a better read on this?

Spec and Homnny, my app will not let me reply to posts. Thank you very much for the time you took to answer my question. It was very helpful and clear.
Here's hoping, I am sure we would all appreciate anything that looks like .10 or .25. Would be nice to pay my student loans before retirement :)
Thanks again.
Forgive my ignorance, but when folks say "only two MMs playing before .10" on BFRE, what does this mean. I take it MM means market maker. Thanks.
Hello. What might be realistic for the rise here?
