Reality Check
VPCO just got a 50% hair cut in this deal.
Do the math, VAPO, 8 mil. market cap now owns 45% of VPCO. VPCO a 48 mil. market cap now owns 55% of it's company and is saddled with a 1 million equity loan and a 3.5 million equity offering. And 25 million payment will be in SHARES, no cash, that means they are using INVESTOR money. How this is legal I don't know.
I don't understand how the CEO let this deal happen aside from maybe hoping that confuse and screw investors???
Oh, and it just posted it's worst quarter ever, 58% reduced revenue from previous year and now a 7 million loss for 9 months versus last years loss for first 9 months of .03 million. Absolutely brutal for shareholders.
Take a look at VAPOs financials too. The company has a 2 million loss this year so far also!
