We are going to drop for the next 6 months, until building is ready. When the 50M shares are issued to Duchess, we get our butt kicked. Explosion in 2018.
Hmm, seems Supreme and HC have a history of premature approvals. This was weird.
Agreed. Even General Motors beat earnings and revenue targets with a record Q3 but their price is down almost 4%.
Anybody check with HC about what is required to "amend" our CSL? That's huge and a big differentiator for Abattis.
To give $5M cash in the short term...wow. That is a lot of shares! Worth it, no doubt, but that could be 40-50M shares.
I can't find anything on CEO. Why not?
Also why we're half of your rumors deleted?
After MMPR approval (Likely 2018 timeframe), then Abattis can buy the remaining 75% of Experion and make them another wholly owned subsidiary.
I suppose that is a good thing long term.
We're all curious but he was absolutely right the first time. Even the mini-runs up and down, he was right. Bought himself an iMac if I recall, LOL HTH.
Stockhouse says new CEO is a cannabis guy?!? Interesting. Years ago there seemed to be a relationship with Supreme, would like to see that happen.
They will need millions for the building.
Never doubt the Dog. He was the one who was right during the first run.
Don't worry...I'll just sell at $0.745! HTH, LOL.
Immediate term you are correct, it is CSL and Experion. That excitement will wear off quickly.
They just PR's the Korea LOI two weeks ago, need something to bridge the gap between short term CSL and longer term Experion. HTH
I agree.
We will slowly drop until building is complete at Experion. Then jump. Then slow drop until we pass inspection, and a big jump.
In parallel, hopefully the entire nation of Korea starts injecting PhytoNOS into their arms and we get rich?
The question is this:
How can they be a "leader" already if they just got their license a couple weeks ago? Have they had a single customer yet? There are 17 others, if memory serves correct. I assume we're in 18th place in terms of revenue.
It's not like Michelle Sexton is walking through that door, is she? LOL, HTH
Pretty sure there might be another fluff PR tomorrow, so wait until Thursday for the pullback. Flip after a strong rebound Friday. This thing used to climb 30-40% each Friday.
I agree, but long term it seems the goal of HC is to eliminate the illegal dispensary and have the LP's supply the legal ones. The LP's will be required to test each batch.
I said it before: we won't retire from testing but it could reduce the amount of dilution we're going to face from this Experion building.
LOL, HTH
Whatever is happening I think we all agree "so far so good".
Dog - would love for u to PM me the rumors. I will not doubt you again. LOL, HTH!
BioCell had reached "Step 3" in 2014. If they announced an "RTB" approval this could start to bring in some nice returns.

That is not accurate.
Six months from now they will have a building for inspection. Who knows how long inspections take anymore?
What I'd like to see is a similar map of LP's compared to Northern Vine. Distance from Experion to NV is irrelevant.
All Experion has PR'd was zoning approval. Haven't mentioned RTB, or inspection, etc. they're not close to MMPR, IMO.
Late stages of approval in June 2014.
"Almost there" !!! Ha
How old is this link? I don't see a a date on there. Doesn't look good on a mobile device.
This stock isn't going anywhere for a while.
This was the update on Phytalab.
Don't worry guys, billions monthly revenue around the corner. TG says so.
Wasn't me, GB.
I didn't realize the CSL is granted in two steps. They have to get the license amended to sell extracts. Kind of a bummer, but as someone else already said...I've waited 2 years, what's another couple months?
It was 8-29-2014 when Mike tweeted "we are getting close on the Quebec MMPR. Almost there."
Yes there were certainly videos of BioCube -type grow ops on the GrowthStar LED website. There were fully grown plants from a "licensed producer". This led to a lot of the speculation that maybe Abattis was close to MMPR. Mike tweeted "almost there" back in mid-2014 or something. That's my big problem.
As for Rene, what he was doing "pounding the pavement", I believe, was getting the funding through PP's. He loans them money and leases them land and yes...probably makes a nice profit for doing so.
Would like to see an update on the Experion MMPR, if they're still pursuing, etc. It is only 25% owned by Abattis but still opens some doors.
How in the world is this going up so much? M
Which LP was this?
In May I checked with HC and there were 55 companies with a Dealer License.
If you read the PR it says "for the purpose of analyzing". In other words they are not authorized to sell yet. When they are authorized to sell, either through the Experion application or ???, then for sure we get over $1.00 if the test revenue prevents further dilution.
Usually over 2M shares daily in the US side. I couldn't get my order filled.
2M share day, used to this way for a few weeks straight. A welcomed sight.
It has been 2 years since these guys received zoning approval. Abattis owns 25% of them:

Yeah. Michael Young left the company. PR from August 10:

This is what I'm talking about....
"Abattis is uniquely positioned to foster the development of products that will provide
profound health benefits to consumers today and will be further enhanced in future with the addition of innovative,
cannabinoid-based ingredients as regulations allow.”
http://www.sedar.com/GetFile.do?lang=EN&docClass=8&issuerNo=00011477&issuerType=03&projectNo=02451162&docId=3873710
That's me! Not sure why I didn't hit the sell button at $2.65.
Although the CSL alone isn't going to make us rich, it does at least build a hint of confidence that it's not a complete scam. I have to believe HC filtered through the criminals before awarding the license. Maybe there is hope so I'll hold another 3 years and see what happens.
Remember...if they pursue the nutraceutical path they laid out, Abattis will offer "extra strength" versions of their formulas which are infused with CBD derivatives. This is the tiny sliver of hope for the company.
That's the question. How much testing is required? A few grams per 10000 kg harvest is not enough to sustain a business. Need multiple LP's with exclusive contracts. Doubt Abattis has the industry connection to make this happen anymore.
