Looks like part of the answer is provided by PCTL in the follow-up Tweet:
With the elimination of the severely damaged wells, we expect a significant overall percentage increase in field production. New testing is expected to begin the week of November 22 and end on December 6th.

Who can shed some light on this Tweet?
Going to Grassy Creek to finalize testing. We evaluated 15 wells and have determined that some are so damaged that they are unusable and are being eliminated. Test results for the last 60 days are extremely positive, with overall results approximating 20% of lab results.

@skitahoe: you indicate you have just been following PCTL loosely ... did you listen to the Art Abraham podcast on November 1.
For example his update about lack of UK activity.
Actually, based on his comments about the UK, I am surprised to see this statement in the "About section" of today's press release.
The Company established entry into its target markets with commercially viable products in the United States and now continues to gain market share in the U.S. and U.K.

I like this:
“We have been working for over nine months in laboratory and field testing to gather the necessary data and information to file this patent. We will post an in-depth report on the value of this new process to the markets, on our website on November 17, 2021”

What is "an active waterflood project"?
I much enjoyed meeting you in person today Anders. It was great to enjoy a kopje koffie with you on a terrace & with a nice chat about NWBO and our few additional topics. Groeten.
I am surprised that the company does not provide podcast access details well in advance. Can somebody contact investor relations and get the details and post them here? I am traveling in Europe currently or I would do this myself.
I took the effort to submit many questions and wAnt to make sure I do not miss the podcast in case it I see not recorded or made available on company website.
When is the podcast? How do I access it?
So if Humphreys has 139 wells and he used PCTL fluids on each of these wells, and if PCTL could generate an annual $4,000 Net Profit off of each of these wells, this by itself could generate new Net Profit of around $500K just off Humphrey wells.
And if there were 9 others ... this could be $5 Million.
Just some random figures .... would be interesting to find out what the “real” ballpark numbers might be.
In the 3rd picture - looks like a drill bit .... what is the significance of this picture? Has the drill bit been cleaned with Catholyte?
Thanks for your Grassy Creek feedback and observations.
Zooming in to your second picture, it appears that some fluid totes may be connected to a couple of those Kansas Hoppers ... are the totes to collect the oil fluids that are being pumped out of the well (if so, what happens when the tote is entirely full?), or do the totes contain some PCTL/DOGT fluids that get pumped into the well to improve its output?
Are these "new well sites", or perhaps old/previously abandoned well sites?
Sounds great. Thanks DE

what TDA letter? link?
BTW the difference between $0.015 and $0.016 is one-tenth of a cent, not one-hundredth of a cent. (1.5 cent versus 1.6 cent)

Did anyone happen to see it, or can they still access via waybackmachine or similar technique?

Do you have a picture of the “very nice tall blonde Dutch women too, who are managing the scuba tanks”?
https://www.para-con.com/2021-06-29-grassy-creek-update.php
includes:
Phase III will add additional equipment to increase fluid production to over 3,150 gallons per day (75 bbls).
&
Four cell unit = capable of producing 1000 gallons per day of up to 500 ppm anolyte.
https://www.pentechnologies.net/
So, to hit the new production of 3,150 gallons a day, they would need to have slightly more capacity than 3 of their 4-cell units can output.
And then I suspect they would need to add the appropriate large storage containers too, and perhaps a way to get the fluids from the storage tanks into transportation trucks?
Note: 3,150 gallons per day x 365 days would be equivalent to a Fluid Production rate of 1.15 Million Gallons per year.
Of course we know that this is a hypothetical max figure, since the equipment would not be running all 365 days annually, and the equipment has down time in between production cycles etc.
(Trivia: Why is a BBL 42 gallons?
Soon after America's first commercial oil well of 1859, a small group met in northwestern Pennsylvania and decided a 42-gallon barrel was best for transporting their oil. When filled with oil instead of fish or other commodities, a 42-gallon “tierce” weighed 300 pounds.)
Call with Investor Relations Contact = Andrew J. Barwicki (516-662-9461):
I just spoke briefly with Andrew.
I expressed disappointment with the recent PR that it did not address the prior announcement of a 1+ Million gallon order (which in a later PR was said to be worth several Millions of Dollars).
He said that until the sale has taken place, it does not wind up in the Revenues ... "a sale is not a sale until the product is sold."
Well, yeah, I realize that.
I said that I was disappointed that around 6 months or so have gone by without seeing a substantial increase in revenues that may be tied to this large order. He said ... it does not make much difference whether the order was announced 1 month ago or 6 months ago or over a year ago .... "a sale is not a sale until the product is sold."
Well, yeah ... so then I put it another way ... I would like to encourage that PCTL provides an update about this order.
He said he would be happy to pass along that 1 shareholder had called in, expressing that he would like to see an update about the 1 million gallon order.
Perhaps a few more shareholders could contact IR, and express that they too would like to see an update about this?
Andrew said that, for what it's worth, that he believes that the 1 Million order is still in play (ie ... he has no reason to believe that it has been canceled). I said ... well, at least that sounds a bit encouraging. He replied that I should not place much importance on his statement .... because (you guessed it): "a sale is not a sale until the product is sold."
Then I switched topics and expressed that I think it would be nice to also receive an update about the Oil & Gas report that was going to be coming out in "about 3 weeks". Seems like that is overdue as well, so perhaps the CEO could provide an update.
He said he will pass along my requests for updates on both topics.

PCT LTD Announces Joint Business Venture with ProtectX International, Inc.
May 27, 2021 08:30 AM Eastern Daylight Time
Even in pinky land, revenues can be important, and Net Profits can be important too. ‘Which group is behind your stock” is vague, and beyond the control of a regular shareholder. So: I would love to see PCTL go from Net Losses to Net Profits. To do so ... they will need to start generating substantially more revenues than in prior years, in part due to the level of their operating expenses.
I think PCTL has a good shot at accomplishing the above. I am excited about the opportunities they seek in the oil & gas as well as the agricultural markets. This in addition to my hopes that the Annihilyzer leases will start to pick up again .... I suspect these may have seen a bit of a lull while PCTL was doing their R&D for their version 2 machines. And I am still hopeful that PCTL will be able to announce good news out of the UK sometime in the near future.
