Bunch of fraudsters. I hope GNC goes under for this:
"At GNC, for example, the agency found that five out of six samples from the company’s signature “Herbal Plus” brand of supplements “were either unrecognizable or a substance other than what they claimed to be.” In pills labeled ginkgo biloba, the agency found only rice, asparagus and spruce, an ornamental plant commonly used for Christmas decorations."

Agreed. Looks like some powerful upward momentum. I'm in.
Excellent post! I'm sticking.
Go ATTBF!
Well said. We seem to be in a nice steady climb with both higher lows and higher highs. Makes sense given that we are headed to NASDAQ--I'm still super pumped about that! Johnson, Gravel, Tobias, Kubby--CBDS has a full blown dream team at the helm! I also happen to think David Tanner from the Wild Earth Naturals subsidiary is a total genius, esp. when it comes to product formulations. I used the "Recover" product from Wild Earth Naturals on a long-time shoulder injury and it worked absolute wonders. I'm finally going heavy again with my shoulder and chest workouts. Thank you, DT!
Anyway, yeah, I can totally see this reaching way, way past any previous highs, maybe even the triple digits with some significant revenue and (a great deal) more marketing!
Go CBDS$$!!

Please. Whether or not this is a good thing depends entirely on who the new CEO is. All those who are selling now are totally jumping the gun. I think Mike has a number of strengths, but no one is indispensable. I'm very optimistic about this change--fresh blood could be just what we need. I'm holding tight. And I'll be buying if fear brings this any lower.

REFG is on the move! Hammer pattern indicates a bullish reversal. The massive increase in volume is also a good indicator. If it closes above the 50 DMA this thing could take off. GLTA!

Just saw this! Excellent news. Plus full reporting is coming soon to NDEV! Can't wait for that. Plan on doubling down once that happens.

Interesting article. Good comment. Mentions 3 of my top 4 companies. I disagree, however, with the author's recommendation to wait to get in. Ask me, the sector has bottomed and now is the time for serious accumulation.
Well said, I'm with ya. Good weekend to you too.

Lots of buzz about BIG MONEY coming into the sector...and it's just the beginning.
SF Gate: Venture capitalists sweeten pot, invest in marijuana industry
http://www.sfgate.com/business/article/Venture-capitalists-invest-in-marijuana-industry-6000463.php
Some highlights...
“It’s a big moment in terms of planting a flag for the industry,”
“We’ve really seen dramatic growth in the industry, but also a lot of occurrences that make it clear that this is an industry that’s here to stay.”
"Founders Fund’s investment will give the financial world — even more conservative investors such as private equity firms and investment banks — greater leeway to look at the marijuana industry."
"Lewis said he believes marijuana will be legalized at the federal level in due time, and when that happens, buyers will become attached to brand names, expanding the legal market."
"“They’re going to wake up in a panic and they’re going to say, 'A bunch of smart people at Founders Fund have been looking at this industry for the past year and a half and made this investment,’” Kennedy said. “They will see it as a watershed event on the transition from the state of prohibition to a state of legalization.”"

"Despite growing momentum toward marijuana legalization, big-name investors have largely stayed on the sidelines of the budding industry, content to hold out until federal prohibition is one day repealed. But legal cannabis now has the backing of a major tech investor — one that could inspire other established financial players to join the green rush."
""This is a milestone," said Taylor West, deputy director of the National Cannabis Industry Assn. in Denver. "It says there are real opportunities within this industry for outsiders to benefit, and it shows the industry is solid enough that an investment firm like this is comfortable stepping in.""

I saw that and was thinking the same thing. Big money is coming. And it will lift and transform the sector. Great to be in early!
Yep, me too. CBDS at $7.60 now, which is just above both the 50 and 200 day moving averages. Good support here to go higher. The market is up too. Good times. Go CBDS!
Please. The guy was late with his paperwork over a DECADE ago? Give me a break. Besides, he's working with an entirely different management team now--not to mention the new backers. NDEV is legit. You'll see.
And your comment about "so many name changes" is totally false. No one here is "trying to avoid the SEC." Though short sellers have been known to profit on people's gullibility and fear. You do know what a reverse merger is, right? Very few of the prior companies and names associated with an OTC stock symbol have anything at all to do with the new company. Reverse mergers just make it easier to get moving on the OTC.
$CBDS is gearing up for NASDAQ!

Gravel news is still getting mileage too.
DailyMail: Former Alaska senator is now running a marijuana business... and plans to launch a 'cannabis lozenge'

Wohooo!! NASDAQ baby!!!
http://marijuanaindex.org/industry-news-item/
Surely there is much more in the works here than meets the eye. Nor does it take a monopoly to score runaway success. And the question is not going to be about having enough customers--there are potentially tens of millions of customers in the U.S. alone. Effective marketing will be the key here--followed by significant revenues--but the market cap is very often a measure of investors faith in the future.
Surprised? I could see this easily surpassing its 52-week high of $18. Name one other stock that has a former Governor AND a former U.S. Senator at the helm--BOTH of whom were former PRESIDENTIAL candidates (and may be again). Frankly, I'm surprised CBDS is not already leading the entire sector. But I'm sure it will be.
Welcome aboard.
I'm guessing it will be a while before NDEV becomes a target for acquisition by a major insurance company--far more likely after pot is legalized at the federal level. There's just too many unknowns right now. But if/when it does happen, the stock will go through the roof--and all those who got in deep now stand to make an absolute killing.
I agree with your thinking. I suspect a number of pot companies are being closely watched by the big dogs (including insurance companies, banks, big pharma, big tobacco, major food/candy companies, etc., etc.). In fact, I suspect the shares of some of these companies are being privately accumulated now while they're still mad cheap.
"In general, the acquiring company's stock will fall while the target company's stock will rise."
