Here's another one:
Huffington Post: Former Senator Mike Gravel To Run Marijuana Company

Politico: Mike Gravel to helm pot products company
http://www.politico.com/story/2014/12/mike-gravel-kush-marijuana-113878.html
"Gravel’s role will be to 'direct the company to get products in states that will legally allow it.'"
"Former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson, who was the Libertarian Party’s candidate for president in 2012, will remain CEO of Cannabis Sativa."
Well, I know you don't, but....hell yes! I totally expect another massive run. Most large institutional investors are still watching closely on the sidelines, patiently waiting for legalization. In fact, I'll go you one even better than that: I think 2014 will prove to be just an anticipatory bump on the chart compared to what we're going to see in this sector post-legalization. It's the birth of a revolution, bro. Tens of billions of dollars will be made. Economies will be transformed. Scores of millionaires will be made. I suspect this will be bigger than the tech boom we saw at the turn of the century--only now (rather than mostly hype, with questionable business models) the sector will be grounded in a game-changing product, an absolute medical miracle plant. Bureaucracy, conservative opposition and entrenched competition (big pharma, big tobacco, etc.) make the timing unpredictable. But the outcome is certain.
Former Senator Mike Gravel to head ‘Kush’ marijuana company
http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/12/a-true-american-hero-former-senator-mike-gravel-to-head-kush-marijuana-company/
"Nevada-based Kush is a subsidiary of Cannabis Sativa, but will now operate independently under Gravel, who has been a director at the company since it was founded."
"Cannabis Sativa, run by former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson, produces several natural pot products, including marijuana-laced foodstuffs."
This company just keeps getting better and better with time. Can't wait to see what's next!
Novus MedPlan Progress Exceeds Expectations, Company Poised For Banner 2015
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/novus-medplan-progress-exceeds-expectations-145300028.html
"The Novus MedPlan has been attracting interest from providers, producers, dispensaries and consumers alike, as the company has something of a first-mover advantage in the space, providing MMJ and wellness patients with a cost-saving insurance like plan which covers products and services not addressed by standard healthcare programs. "
"The response to Novus MedPlan has been so good in fact that Novus has tasked PR Revolution with rebranding the current Novus Medical Group website to better serve the growing network. This new website will offer Novus MedPlan participants the ability to easily connect with providers, giving them geographical and other information needed to facilitate business. With the software platform in the works and expectations running high at Novus that it will be ready to go by January, around the same time the company moves to up-list to the OTCQB, Novus Acquisition & Development looks forward to 2015."

That Seeking Alpha article is complete garbage. It’s filled with flawed logic, tacky third grade humor, and a handful of candid admissions along the lines of “I don’t understand.” I just can’t see any halfway intelligent investor taking investment advice from an article like this.
Now, Forbes on the other hand...that's a different story:
Meet The 8 Hottest Publicly Traded Marijuana Companies
http://www.forbes.com/sites/caroltice/2014/11/14/meet-the-8-hottest-publicly-traded-marijuana-companies/
I also much appreciate your research and posts. I can only get on the boards every so often, but I look forward to hearing what you have to say.
The whole sector is getting hammered at the moment, but it's nothing but tax loss selling. We'll see a significant bounce here in January--if not the last few days of the year--and will likely return to a steady climb. Anyway, I'm long on NDEV for sure. I believe we have a fairly unique service here and I'm convinced we're headed for NASDAQ.
Nice close!
This is a good time to buy AGTK:

Here comes the BIG money!
Tech Crunch: Venture Investors Light Up Cannabis Startups
www.techcrunch.com/2014/12/19/venture-investors-light-up-cannabis-startups/
Once these big daddies start moving it will make the surge in early 2014 look like small potatoes. This sector hasn't seen nothing yet! And with all the power players on the board of CBDS, we are perfectly positioned to lead the pack.
Go CBDS!
Exactly what I've been thinking. These prices are epic cheap too.
Mother Jones: The Federal War on Medical Marijuana Is Over

Thanks for the cheap shares today! Looking forward to the big bounce!
Teen marijuana use falls as more states legalize
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/wonkblog/wp/2014/12/16/teen-marijuana-use-falls-as-more-states-legalize/
Legalization is inevitable. It's just a matter of time (probably when we least expect it).
True, CBDS has been a little slow going, but this is still one of the most elite stocks in the sector. There are a lot of bright, powerful, well-connected people involved in this. I'm expecting very big things to come out of this. Go CBDS!
The RSI hasn't been this low since JULY! Definitely looks to me like the time to load up again, folks!
Wow! Incredible buying opportunity here right now. The last few times I bought at this level the returns were fantastic. There is no good reason to think anything is different this time.
Cool, man. Just glad we’ve got you as our moderator. The rebound today says a lot about the longs here. Very little panic selling followed that dump. In fact, all the longs who held through that deserve a notch in the old belt of investment experience. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this show of strength leads us to new highs in the next few weeks (not to say there won’t be a few volatility bumps).
There's nothing suspicious about it. There's always someone waiting to buy if the price is low enough. Look at all the people on the bid right now. Also, don't forget the role of the market makers in all of this. The market makers run these stocks far, far more than most investors realize (check out, for example, the book: How the Market Makers Extract Millions of Dollars a Day and How to Grab Your Share). It's their job to create a market and, of course, they have to make profits to survive. The volume naturally spikes when the price spikes (dramatic movements in price spur fear and greed, and emotions get (inexperienced) investors moving). I would not be concerned, I'm certainly not anyway (I think NDEV is a great opportunity--no matter how long it takes for the feds to clue in). I would not be thinking in terms of "insider information" either. That's just fear talking. It was just a big fish moving on and small investors and market makers picking up the cheap shares. That’s all. This is the volume the last few minutes:
3:56PM = 5,650 shares
3:57PM = 52,605 shares
3:58PM = 27,261 shares
3:59PM = 14,000 shares
4:00PM = 48,036 shares
The short volume yesterday was pretty minimal: http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=ndev&action=view#.VImXNXtPyFs
If the longs relax and remember all the great reasons they bought NDEV in the first place, this will return to normal in no time. This still looks like a great buying opportunity to me. Anything under .30 is super cheap in my opinion (though i sure wish i could load up more at .17).
“Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.” –Warren Buffett
The most likely explanation is the simplest (Occam's razor): A big fish got impatient. This thing can go for hours without moving. Yet, that whole thing happened in the last 3 minutes of the day. So, it was very likely just one person—someone with weak hands who got cold feet (maybe that .28 earlier in the day freaked him or her out), or was eager to take profits to invest in something that is moving a little faster (NDEV has been chilling for a while now, I’m impatient at times too). And when they put in what must’ve been a market order, there wasn’t enough bid support to sustain the current price. So, it dropped and that person got out (without making nearly as much money as they might have). Anyway, pretty freaky, but to assume anything more nefarious than that or anything based on impending news or insider information is unwise, in my opinion. There are some big fish in this pond and when they jump out it can lower the level of the water. The good news is that this is an outstanding buying opportunity. If you’re too scared, then just buy a little or wait and watch others make money as it will eventually regain its upward momentum. Well, that’s my take anyway. Good luck to all!
“Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.” –Warren Buffett
NDEV has a unique product in a sector that is poised to explode. As you know, NDEV was recently highlighted in Forbes as the number one pick, taking the top slot out of a list of the 8 hottest publicly traded companies. NDEV's primary assets are in the form of its policy holders and investment portfolio. The way I see it, with 23 some odd states with legalized medical marijuana, NDEV is "egregiously" undervalued.

"If past history was all there was to the game, the richest people would be librarians." -Warren Buffett
This is progress. Medican is moving forward. This stock is WAY undervalued. True, this property is not revenue, but it is most certainly the path to revenue. The longs just need to hold on through all the bashing and their patience will be rewarded. This IS the birth of an industry (it just happens to be a long, complicated pregnancy--thanks to weak, cowardly leadership in Washington).
Momentum is starting to pick up for the sector. Go ATTBF!
Eric Holder Signals Support For Marijuana Reform Just As He's Heading Out The Door
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/09/25/eric-holder-marijuana-rescheduling_n_5884128.html
Nice find. ATTBF totally reminds me of GW Pharma. Accumulation is the name of the game for ATTBF. Let the shorts and the MMs have their little ride. The lower it goes, the more I accumulate, the brighter the future. Long and strong ATTBF!
"Abattis Bioceuticals (CSE:C.ATT, Stock Forum): Just got out of a meeting with the Abattis guys, and though they’ve been in my top 5 most favoured weedcos for most of this year, they really surprised me with their plans for true vertical integration. In short, Abattis is a weed incubator (hey, can I get one of those for home?), with seven full or partial subsidiaries in a variety of stages of the seed to sale cycle. I feel like each part of that entity deserves its own deep dive, so I’m going to keep talking to them and, if I can clear some schedule time and if they can finish doing due diligence on something they’re working on right now, we’d be talking about an eight-part series over eight weeks, which is indicative of how complex this story is – and indicative of how undervalued it is."
http://www.stockhouse.com/news/newswire/2014/09/18/medical-marijuana-update-the-undervalued-seven#SgQk9z6VPpSqbAHQ.99
Yeah, that's a great point. Which also means it will be harder and harder for short sellers to cover this since those longs who buy now are increasingly more committed. It's like the density of muscle versus fat--ATTBF is leaner now, and much stronger. Keep buying longs! Only fire can remove the impurities in steel. With each dip we withstand ATTBF becomes more and more pure and impenetrable to shorts.
Cool. Glad to hear it. I hate liars (whether shorting or pumping). No, I'm not upset at all. I just bought a crapload of shares at a great price. Besides, the day to day, week to week prices don't phase me one bit. I'm on the five to ten year plan here with all my MJ investments. And regardless of what ATTBF does in the next few days or weeks, I know I'll be making bank here in the long-run. Ihub has way too much short-term thinking, from my perspective, which can lead to stupid mistakes (like selling on a temporary dip like this). You should think about holding some shares long yourself. Good luck to you!
I'm loading up here! Can't beat these prices! Though i do feel bad for all those who were scared out of their shares by all the fear, lies, and propaganda. Guess it takes guts to get rich!
Go ATTBF!

I hear you, but honestly I feel there is a short-term mindset in this sector that just doesn't reflect reality. Nothing that depends on government happens quickly. In the long-run, in my view, ATTBF will prove to be an outstanding company. It may be another year or two, or maybe longer, but eventually this stock will prove to be a very wise investment indeed.
Wow, a number of significant improvements over 2013. Very impressive. Go AGTK!
