Also, and perhaps more importantly to me, why do you think he has been so opaque about the APRU/ RSHN deal that brought so many investors on board...not to mention your baby Adia? He has not mentioned anything in regards to it although there have obviously been significant developments.

Your opinion matters to me. Although I believe the shorts are needlessly running the show, Bill seems to give them plenty of fuel for the fire.

I do think that we could be at .10 easy if we had strong leadership.

The volume is not quite. It is quite boisterous.

Multiple pennies would be nice! Although major changes are necessary it is possible to reach those goals in the immediate future.

We need stronger (and possibly new leadership), BIG news (sales, distribution, reorders), new money coming in, and shorts covering their positions.

I agree VR. I hope that they have other avenues for distribution here in the near future!! As hard as the last few months have been it is possible that we could get some footing. Even if things have been botched to some degree so far, the underlying product is a grand-slam...if management can execute, which admittedly hasn't happened yet.

To steal page from all of the bashers "is this inside information?" Should we "call the SEC?"

Just tell us how you know or save the information until it can be verified. Just because you have been more fact driven in the past does not mean that you don't have to continue to do so. Brian Williams is a perfect example. He made one or two embellishments for his own gain out of many factual statements. It is still wrong and misleading to do so.

If you are not being misleading than tell us how you know that there is an investigation. I really would like to know more details about it if it exists.

How come you haven't backed up your claim of the investigation? Where did you get your info? It is hard to believe you without any proof. You have been very negative on the stock as of late, for good reason, but without proof it seems like blatant bashing.

Have we discussed the appropriate nature of the name Dick Weed? It is just great on multiple levels. It would be going too far to call it a silver lining, but it is very much appreciated in my case. We expected another 500k on there. Plus your post eluded to current revenues being up, not revenue from last quarter. We have no indication that revenues are up now. Even if we did, we have been told that before with it being false. What are current longs supposed to think now?

LVVV can do well, but they need to execute on something. They have not shown that they can. I believe in the potential of the company, especially with so much opportunity in front if then, but the need to prove that the can capitalize on that opportunity.

Internet marketing is great for brand awareness, but not the best for brining in more investors. What kind of news or plans will bring us back to where we were 7 months ago?

I personally disagree. If Vegasrob is going to ask the tough questions, which I think he would, management should be able to answer them. If he became antagonistic then he should be blocked, but I don't think he would do that.

There is freedom of speech in this country, which goes along nicely with free markets. Management also has freedom in how they answer the questions.
