Based on the way things are right now. Many stockholders are losing faith in the stock and the CEO and that's hard to come back. Unless Molen comes back with something strong, there's nothing to hold it back up for now.

I have no doubt the deals are still being worked on because I know how long it takes to do those things but it would be nice to have an update in writing every once a while even if it's just "we're still working on the deal, etc etc". Unfortunately, the most effective way is through PR, not Twitter, not Facebook, not radio shows.

I do have a problem on how Molen handles things though. I mean do we really need two radio shows. 1 is more than enough. Maybe because I"m a new yorker and we like things to get to the point but I pretty much saw 3 minutes of that 75 minutes talk show. If we had a PR instead, we would be all over .014 right now.

I wouldn't call it very high risk, maybe just a little. All the DD's are there with real products, place, promotion, and price. The four P's of marketing are real. I've seen a lot of companies with fake products that goes to nickels.

The quickest way is tender offer coupled with a top-up option to be followed by a back-end short-form merger. That is if they don't require shareholder votes and this action already took months to do. The recent Microsoft Nokia acquisition took 7 months to do and that is already considered quick.

Yes it's two different acquisitions. This is a new out of nowhere acquisition that has nothing to do with the previous. I'm already excited about it.
