Done posting for the time being. No worries my friend, I'll be here longer than most everybody I'd bet.
I've been here since it was at .139. I disappeared way before it spiked last time. Nothing to post. Might've looked that way, but it was just coincidence. I haven't sold a single share since my first day buying back in March. I've got no need to pump. Pumpers pump so they can sell. If I were pumping, I'd be in here every day with a bunch of bullshit. I rarely post, because I rarely get info worthy of sharing or that I can share. People will think what they want. Connect the dots however you see fit. I've been in here 8 months, why would I still be here? Lol....I'm here for the next few years or however long it take the plan I'm aware of to come to fruition. I've got no need to spend my days worrying or celebrating price jumps and price drops. I don't care about that at all. ZERO! It doesn't matter to me. I've got no obligation to post what I know or what I find out. But I know that some people in here appreciate and some who've been here long enough have seen what I say happen exactly as I said it would. If you feel like I'm pumping, oh well. I Guess you'll hate my future posts and I guess I'll have to not care about 1 more persons opinion of me in here.....lol. Bottom line is that nobody's opinion matters. You believe who you want to and don't believe the rest. It's your choice. Good luck.
Well, you suck in your area of expertise then. Steve is nothing but glorified Admin. Sorry that's your only point of contact over there. He's not even the top investor relations person...lol. But believe what you want. I don't care. Your success or failure here doesn't concern me at all. Again, you want to call BS and you are such a professional BS bloodhound, yet your contact to try to disprove that I know what I know, is to email the public investor relations guy....laughable and it shows how disconnected you are from your statements. Do you really think Steve knows everything going on? Secondly, do you really think Steve is going to respond to an email asking the things that I'm saying?
You guys are jokes. Say what you want, believe what you want. I was dead on with my last timeline of preclinical news. Where'd I get that info from? Why don't you email your buddy Steve and ask him that?
I love how people try to pick apart what I say, when they have no unearthly idea WTF they are talking about. Like I get off just making shit up. Why would I be hanging around here and not moved on to my next victim stock then?
Those who know that I'm connected, can continue to look for posts from me, although they will be less than before since I've been asked to slow the output of what I hear.
Those who are either anti-ENDV, trying to drop the pps or just try to throw shit in hopes of finding out I'm full of shit, will soon be disappointed.
I'm out for now.
Lol, oh yeah?
I'm not going anywhere. I'm here for the duration. I know WAY too much to bail. I've just got my hands tied on what I can say at this point. The closer we get to FDA trials, the more important what I "don't" say becomes. Forced to dial it back in here.
Just know that things are in place to make this a massive investment for everyone here. It's a very structured and detailed flowchart of how things need to be done...and ARE being done. It's a slow methodical process, but everything is in place to happen in a very specific order for a certain reason. Trust the process. Today, tomorrow, the rest of this month, next month....NONE of it matters. I don't care if this dips below a penny or sails above a quarter. It's largely manipulated. That won't matter in a few months.
Like those dumb infomercials...."Set it and forget it".
No sense to sweat the daily or weekly crap. Give it time and let it breathe. Believe me, we are golden. Quit stressing yourselves out....lol.
Just wanted to post real quick. I know it's been a while, I'm just laying low while everything plays out over the next months.
So the FDA application was already completed when the pre clinical results were announced. A few things had to happen before they submitted the application. FDA approval into trials is anticipated to happen in 30-60 days (that's short and long expectation of a response).
Once we get notification from FDA, we are going to get a big "newsy" PR that will take the share price higher than anybody here has seen unless you've been in here for years. It should stay there also. Should be a great end of 2017, beginning pretty soon and that momentum should carry on through all of 2018, with expected FDA success plus the other pre clinicals finishing up and moving into FDA trials.
I'll post periodically if I have important news. Good things coming soon.
I'm just referring to what is going to happen. I can't say anything else. Carry on,
Highly unlikely that I'm misinformed. Can't say who I'm talking to, but that's like you telling Elon Musk he doesn't know anything about Tesla.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see who was right.
Yeah, I'm not talking about the news coming up (pre clinical).
I already know that those results were successful. I'm talking about the next step in the process which are the FDA trials.
It will take 3 months to get approval and then Endonovo can market and sell the device. We then have to report any adverse side effects that come up, if any, from people using the device. Endonovo has to report those to the FDA via the FDA adverse events reporting system. As long as adverse events remain within the range allowed by the FDA, our device continues to be marketed and sold. Because it's non invasive and due to the components used to make e device, the side effects/adverse events will basically be non existent/bare minimal.
I'm speaking exclusively about Endonovo. I'm not saying that just because any company is fast tracked, that this is the case. This is Endonovo's FDA trial projection time frame. Verified.
Well, I appreciate your opinion, but this is not false. I'm not hoping or guessing it's correct. It's correct and verified.
I have just verified this post to be true. Very short turnaround once we start.
Non-invasive + Fast Track means FDA approval for use in 2-3 months. Endonovo will just have to report any adverse side effects.
This is NOT a multiple year approval process, like you say. Should easily have approval for use by late Q1 2018 to early Q2 2018.
A portion of the FDA request process has already been set in motion, just not announced. I know exactly how long it takes and what happens next. You can use/sell your device even with FDA trials still going on, with a specific FDA exemption. So there are many options. We won't have to wait years before we can utilize the FDA trial approval is all I'm saying.
Long way to go until FDA approval?
How long?
Would love to know what insight you have into this process. What amount of time are we looking at?
They already came out and said in a PR that they will no longer put and self induced deadlines on themselves that they can't come through on. So the fact that they put a time frame on this, tells me they are pretty certain within a few days of it hitting. Just my opinion.
Should be about 3-6 months from the time it starts until it concludes. This is based off of my own research. I actually expect it to be closer to 3.
Guess I should've read this post before replying to the first one.
https://www.fda.gov/ForPatients/Approvals/Fast/ucm405399.htm
This explains what fast track gives us. It's impossible to distinguish what the difference would be without fast track because every trial is different. FDA can request things as trials go, so you never know how it would've gone unless you go through it the way you are trying to compare it to. ;)
Apparently it depends on who you listen to in here.
But the answer is yes, they have already applied and FDA trials will start soon after preclinicals have ended and all preclinical data is received. We will be fast tracked through our first FDA trial.
I'd say for a company that has yet to have an FDA trial or any affiliation with the FDA up to this point, it's pretty self explanatory what's happening if you can connect the dots. More proof of great news coming. Nice find.
In laymans terms, "something" (wink wink) has recently happened where Endonovo has applied for "something" (wink wink...again) and we are now officially listed with the FDA.
Gee, what could it be? Here we go my friends!
I think $ .50-$1.00 is a definite possibility with news. However, it's chicken scraps compared to where we will be 3-6 months after that. Because successful FDA trial results and then Nasdaq up-listing, its my opinion that by this time next year we will be easily over $5.00. That's a 70 bagger from here. It's also my opinion that in 3 years from now, we will be in the high double digit dollars minimum. I've consulted with a biotech analyst who is aware of everything going on here (also owns shares) who has assessed the patents and device and says its possible within a 3-5 year time frame we could be over $100 without even trying.
After multiple conversations about the business side of Endonovo, as well as the actual device's ability and patents we hold, my main reason for not posting here as much anymore is because he's convinced me to hold for a few years and not worry about the day to day, week to week stuff. He's right. He's been dead on with everything he's said and his only advice was to accumulate as much as you can afford to. This is a golden goose.
Have a great rest of the weekend!
Can't. Sorry. I say everything I know in as much detail as I can when I post it. Unfortunately, I don't have much room to give details or explanations. My posts are made using as much info as I can comfortably give without catching backlash and losing my information source.
The news I'm getting is only sounding better. FDA trials will start almost right after preclinicals and fast tracked is the way we will be rolling.
All imo.
I'm loving this ride up to where we should've been all along. Although I'm not complaining about the ability to buy in at ridiculously low prices for the last few months.
My connection was dead-on with the time frame of news hitting and when your last days to get in cheap were (posted on 9/14 that we had 2-4 weeks and maybe less but that I would get in that week or the next). Glad I listened to myself and bought more.....and so far the info I got looks to be exactly right and the trial news about as good as it gets.
I really think we will be over a dollar in 6 months or less, obviously dependent on the speed that ENDV and the FDA get things done.
The great news, as most of us assume already, is that once we are successful with heart...the rest of the trials will fall right in line. The first one was and is the most crucial and for it to be passing with such good news is a humongous sign of what's to come.
As we have all seen, sometimes time frames and dates don't always happen as expected, especially in this sector. I mean....its October and we still are waiting for the data and official word to come down from the end of March. So that's 6 months later than the first initial guess they put out last year.
But here we are.....finally!
No new news to report on my end. Its all still coming to fruition from my last update. Everything looks great from what I hear. Word is that it has gone perfectly and news will be "very positive!"
Feels good to see the numbers in your brokerage accounts finally look normal.
I'll update whenever anything new that I can share comes up. Until then, just laying low and enjoying it.
BTW- a few have messaged me privately. I no longer pay here so my pm's are gone.
My information is not about financing. There are 2 things (that I know of) that are coming around to be ready in the next few weeks to be announced. One is what today's PR alluded to. The other has to do with patents.
Exactly. This is about as confirming, without the data to show it, that they can get right now. Next month will be great!
I don't think the Rose has much of anything to do with the Kodiak news. The decrease in shares due to the 2,101,754 shares returned by Kodiak, equates to an approximate .0075% change in o/s. Less than 1%. That would equate to less than a .0002 increase in share price.
Personally, I think it's due to the info I posted in here last week (not necessarily because of me) but we are not the only ones aware of the potential news coming (new patents, etc..).
Absolutely! Not a 100% guarantee, but we exemplify what FDA fast track was made for.
Everything is going about as perfect as possible in trials. The device is one of a kind and immeasurably better than the currently used best option in medicine. This goes for ALL patents we are using in trials currently.
If something goes wrong....welcome to stock investing, there are risks.
I don't anticipate there being any problems obtaining FDA approval on most, if not ALL, of the preclinicals we are in now, when the time comes to progress into FDA trials. .
Very true. Great post. However the one thing many people in here have a problem grasping or even just guessing at, is the value of our patents after successful FDA trials. There are certain patents that we hold, that if/when FDA trials are deemed successful, will be valued in the double-digit billions of dollars. That's just 1 patent. So even if you take the lowest possible double-digit billion ($10B, even though it's current valuation is way more than this) and divide that by our approximate o/s (277M), that puts us at approximately $36 per share. Now keep in mind this is just ONE patent. The cards have to be played right and it's going to take years to fully play it's way out. But this is the reality, of what we can currently still buy for .02-.04 per share. Take advantage if you want to be a true long. We will all be rewarded beyond what you could possibly think. This is new, cutting edge medicine. The future is non-invasive. Our device can heal exponentially faster than anything in existence and we hold all the patents for where we are going to lead the medical world. Have yourself a big cup of patience and in 5 years or less you should be able to retire.
Unfortunately in startup biotech companies, dilution is a necessary evil. So it's going to happen no matter what. But if we can replace 2.1M shares of it, I'm happy. That's almost 1% of the o/s. So whenever you end up selling your shares, there will be an extra 1% of profits that you can thank this sole buyback for. I'm not complaining about an extra 1% of profits, that's for sure.
Basically a 2,101,524 share buyback. I'll take it! Lower O/S now.
He's just a clinical consultant on a pay per use basis. Who cares who he's been affiliated with? He has literally ZERO to do with if a company is successful or not. ZERO.
No date set in stone. Based off what I know, my anticipation is in the 2-4 week range.
I never said they weren't. ;) He is assuming that it was. I have never said one way or the other. Never said if it's a guy or girl, in the company or not. And I never will. That's all I'm saying. ;) Not going to compromise anybody's job or situation.
Just know that what I say and what I've said is true. Nobody needs to know where or how I get it.
Sounded like what?
Who said my insider works for the company? But you're right, YOU should definitely sell.
In response to your message. I stopped paying ihub so I can't respond. But your answers are.....
"Yes, absolutely, and then some!" and "They will."
So I had my discussion and although tons of information was shared, due to the details involved, I was asked not to post anything.
What I can say and I know I'll catch shit for this because it's just typical pump speak, is that you have only a very short window to get in at these prices anymore. Literally 2-4 weeks and maybe less. Just depends on a few things. There's so much more that goes on within the company to determine what happens next. I wish I could post it because it would calm most of the investor's in here down some. But if you were planning on adding shares, do it this week or next.
Sorry for the vague response. I thought I might get some small stuff I could share, but it was all just the bigger things going on that I can't post about. Even I grew much more comfortable after this conversation. Buy now and hold long term. We are going to be worth a ton in a few years. Wouldn't shock me one bit
if it's at $1-$2 before Xmas.
Gotta run.....
