Jack and Ass having meaning where your concerned Greg!!! Give it up! Have you taken any time in life to concern yourself with your faith rather than your deep seeded dispise of this company? Sounds to me like you need some help.

PS your thoughts beond this post have no place for me to even go any further with comment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In an effort to regain some form of normality, if we can call it that, can I suggest with posters like Barfola the board moderator just simply delete all his posts. It is very obvious his intent here.
May I also confirm my vote as a yes to this practice if as board members, we all decide to vote on the matter.
Thanks,
Honor

Honor
Always good to hear from you Porscha!
I guess the proof will be in the pudding; if they come through with this tech, the compensation package will be very minor. One never knows what goes on behind closed doors and judging it from this side, is malice at best. I must admit, this company has twisted words for the benefit of management but in the end, is it not for the shareholders also? Imagine if we all were told 3 years ago, the product had glitches and would take 3 years to bring about profit......the company would have died along with the tech! The sustainability of this company without major financing is a major feat and should say something about the tech itself.
I remember Brad coming back from a tech show, and saying, his associateds told him not to give it away.
As for investment in the tech, I would say Hellosoft has put a major investement of time, which equates to a great deal of money.
Now lets get some financing!!!!
Honor
Nice PR, but financing is the key here! They must be confident of its preimmenence as this stock will die hard if they do not come through in the short term, putting stockholders and partners in positions of loss on many levels with management and company alike, on a final firery cremation.
Just a thought,
Honor
Or news is coming?
Honor
Cosmo: Speculation is an investors worst enemy. A public run company exists of decisions made in a board room and only material matters are released to investors. Not one individual here has been a fly on the wall at any of the meetings.
So I suggest, the only way you or I will know if this investment is a bomb or a success is by waiting. If any investor is of the mind this is a scam.....runnnnnn. On the other hand, if you feel things are in the making, sit back and take on the resposibility of investing in a risky stock.
Just some thoughts,
Honor
I love how you guys speculate on subjects you have no full disclosure of, nor expertise with!!
Ask management how it compares in writing (ie: email)

Name change? I am curious to say the least! Why continue with a campain under a name that all shareholders know, is not a company focus.
Has anyone spoke to management about this?
TIA,

I would imagine the next PR would have to be a Company Name Change. Just would not make sense to continue under NVEI.
Honor
President and Chief Executive Officer of New Visual Corporation Brad Ketch stated, "Embarq(TM) is out of the development starting gate and is now entering its exciting commercialization phase. Our new partner, HelloSoft, has begun the work that we believe will deliver Embarq(TM) to market."
Would that be technical work or distribution, or fabricating or testing work, or, or, or?? They always play the words to leave far too much dought!
Just a veiw point,

Can anyone remember the last time we hit the BIG M in volume?

Just a thought, but do you not think the least the company owes, it's long time shareholders, is an updated of relatively real time line of events, leading to a viable company profit projection?

Honor
And furthermore, their not listed as a partner?
Has anyone read the PR about NV over on Hellosofts' Web site?
Seems to me they are not too keen on admitting anything other than making money off the deal....NV says, NV says and no mention of what a great technology it is from the President????
Hellosoft makes no effort to express to it's shareholders the value of the technology, other than making a buck.
Just does not add up IMHO!

Good day All!
Although this year has not been to our expectations with NVEI as it is apparent by the ramblings of discontent posters/investors. I hold hope that the working days of the last year at NVC have been to uphold the value of our investment, lest the hours have been used to improve golf games. Let's hope their golf attributes remain unchanged.
Take time to reflect upon your personal year and be thankful for it's abundance in light of so many without hope, who live in misery.
Stay well and prosper in the New Year,

Nation's Largest Gathering of Christian Counselors Kicks Off in Nashville
Overall Counseling Numbers on the Rise
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sep 25, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- The American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), the nation's leading organization of Christian counselors and a division of Kingdom Ventures, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KDMV), today kicked off their annual World Conference at the Opryland Hotel. More than 6,500 counselors are in attendance, representing an estimated 4,000 churches, counseling centers, sponsors, and Christian ministries from all 50 states and 25 foreign countries.
The theme of this year's convention is "Helping People Live the Life," with distinguished Christian speakers offering more than 125 workshops on subjects ranging from grief, crisis and suicide to legal and ethical issues faced by counselors in the fast-growing Christian counseling industry.
"Each year, numbers for this much-anticipated event steadily rise," said Gene Jackson, president and CEO of Kingdom Ventures. "It is truly inspiring to look at a crowd of Christian counselors this size, growing stronger every year, committed to more effectively offering the love of God and wise counsel to the many people who come to them for help, hope and direction. It's something Kingdom Ventures is proud to be a part of."
Overall employment of counselors is expected to grow faster than the average for all counseling-related occupations through 2010, according to the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics. Counselors in the United States held about 465,000 jobs in 2000, divided between education, rehabilitation, mental health, substance abuse, and family capacities. One decade ago, counselors held only 165,000 jobs throughout the nation -- and about 7 out of 10 were school counselors.
"The counseling world as a whole is rapidly changing and expanding, for many reasons," said Tim Clinton, President of the American Association of Christian Counselors. "On the whole, society is focusing more and more on mental well-being, such as controlling stress associated with career and family responsibilities. The counselors attending this conference are committed to being a critical resource for people in need, and this gathering allows the counselors themselves to be encouraged and equipped as demand for their services continues to grow."
The AACC conference, which this year boasts record attendance, runs through September 27. Award-winning Christian recording artists Sarah Groves, Selah, Kathy Triccoli and others will be on hand for motivation and inspiration.
The American Association of Christian Counselors exists to help professional, pastoral and lay caregivers provide effective Christ-centered soul-care for those seeking direction. It is the intention of the AACC to equip professional, pastoral and lay caregivers with biblical, theological and psychological truths that minister to the soul of a hurting person, helping them move to personal wholeness, interpersonal competence, mental stability and spiritual maturity. The AACC is a recently added member of the Kingdom Ventures group of companies.

Wall Street Capital Funding: Special OTC Stocks!
Weston, FLA., Sep 18, 2003 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Wall Street News Alert`s "stocks to watch" this morning are: Kingdom Ventures (OTCBB: KDMV), Internet Initiative Japan (NASDAQ: IIJI, quote, news, chart), International Business Machines (NYSE: IBM, quote, news, chart), Western Digital Corp. (NYSE: WDC, quote, news, chart) and Novell Inc. (NASDAQ: NOVL, quote, news, chart).
Investors, particularly Christian investors, will want to watch Kingdom Ventures (OTCBB: KDMV) this morning! Yesterday, Forbes.com ran a story on their web site titled "Megachurches, Megabusinesses". The story suggests that maybe churches aren't so different from corporations and that helping churches grow is a business in itself. The story's writer, Luisa Kroll, points out that "There is even a publicly traded company, Kingdom Ventures (OTCBB: KDMV), whose sole mission is to help faith-based organizations get bigger. Founded in 1999, the tiny company operates 12 subsidiaries and claims to work with 10,000 churches on everything from fundraising to event planning (it provides speakers and artists for events) to upgrading technology by helping sell new audio and visual equipment and sound systems. "One of the reasons megachurches are as big as they are is because they use the technology of today," says Kingdom Chief Executive Gene Jackson, "We can help smaller churches become big with technology.""
Investors should take a serious look at this company! Kingdom Ventures recently announced that the American Association of Christian Counselors, the nation's largest association of Christian counselors with approximately 70,000 members and students nationwide, has become part of the Kingdom Ventures family of companies. In that press release, Jackson stated "This represents an important added dimension for Kingdom Ventures as we continue to expand our family of products and services. Christian counseling is an expanding segment of America's $100 billion mental-health industry and provides critical felt-need-based services to people of all walks of life."
Kingdom Ventures serves the $49 billion church market and the broader Christian consumer market through a variety of media properties, services and consumer products.
Stocks showing interesting activity yesterday were: Internet Initiative Japan (NASDAQ: IIJI, quote, news, chart) down 3.5% on 9.7 million shares traded, International Business Machines (NYSE: IBM, quote, news, chart) up .38% on 9 million shares traded, Western Digital Corp. (NYSE: WDC, quote, news, chart) up 8.8% on 8.5 million shares traded and Novell Inc. (NASDAQ: NOVL, quote, news, chart) up 3.4% on 7.5 million shares traded.
Commentary: Ways to cut drug costs "Many suggestions have come along to help cut drug costs besides going to Canada or Mexico. One is to ask your doctor for a generic brand, if one exists. If you would rather do the research yourself before you go to the doctor check out these sites: 1) www.DestinationsRx.com/learningcenter/generic; type in the name or check out the generic information. 2) Google.com or Yahoo.com and type in key word generic. 3) At Helpingpatiens.org, a website set up by the Pharmaceutical and Research and Manufacturers of America, the site steers people to patient assistance programs. 4) BenefitsCheckUp.org and RXAssist.org are also information sites to help you look at your medications and prices," Stated Sonja Rudd in Wall Street News Alert`s daily commentary continued at: http://www.WallStreetNewsAlert.com.
