Walgreens will no longer carry Vitaminfizz as of May 1st.
General manager friend of mine told me this morning.
They're diluting, that's why price is going down!
They're diluting into this dump.
Tomorrow you will see that they sold more shares to pay themselves with.
You know, because Management of start-up companies deserve to make huge sums of cash before establishing themselves as solvent.
Very Good Points, Adam
Not True.
They're diluting into this dump.

"A Reverse Split is necessary for company growth, up-listing, and rapid expansion of our Vitamin-FIZZ product line"
"A Reverse Split is necessary for company growth, up-listing, and rapid expansion of our Vitamin-FIZZ product line"
4's on deck!
3's on the way!
"A Reverse Split is necessary for company growth, up-listing, and rapid expansion of our Vitamin-FIZZ product line"
We only own Avanzar when it's beneficial to us. Duh!
What ratio will R/S be?
1 for 150 shares like Vanis did in 2011?
Exactly!
What's sad is so many on here will try and convince people that a R/S is a good thing!
"A Reverse Split is necessary for company growth, up-listing, and rapid expansion of our Vitamin-FIZZ product line"

LMFAO - That 8K obviously resonated very well with investors!
It's a great question!
Why do they list a residential address?
"A Reverse Split is necessary for company growth, up-listing, and rapid expansion of our Vitamin-FIZZ product line"
A Reverse Split is never a positive. Period.
With money they don't have?
You're right. Most small businesses don't pay their management boat loads of money while trying to get established.
Maybe you should complain to this biz site where I got it from:
http://smallbusiness.chron.com/increase-shareholder-equity-67375.html
Also on Wikipedia.
Sorry they're all wrong...
His big words making your head hurt, Limoguy?
Chris is one of the most logical people on this board. You guys should be taking notes.
Great insight, Wookie. You're absolutely right. Congrats on not becoming a bag holder.
I said that was ONE of the ways to do it. Seems like a Vanis thing to do, IMO.
One of the ways to increase share holder equity:
Increase Outstanding Shares
Common stock appears in the shareholders’ equity section of the balance sheet. When a business makes a new stock offering, it increases both the number of shares outstanding and the company's paid-in capital. In turn, the stock offering increases the dollar amount of shareholders’ equity by the value of the shares sold less the associated bank fees and other costs.
So this means the OS has to get bigger. Then they'll need to do a R/S
Truth is that a Reverse Split will be done under the disguise of "Up-listing", when in truth it's just so they can dilute more. Like they did in 2010 and 2012.
Are you really trying to tell people to hold shares through a Reverse Split?
Come on Jeff. Don't be dishonest.
Ouch!
This stock is going to be red for months until the R/S happens.
"A Reverse Split is necessary for company growth, up-listing, and rapid expansion of our Vitamin-FIZZ product line"
Damn shame, Chris. You're one of the good ones. I'm sorry these delusional pumpers pissed you off and hope to see you again soon.
Exactly, Chris.
You also point out debt and they say, "What startup doesn't have Debt!"
What start-ups pay their management high wages before hitting it big and knowing they're going to succeed?
He Reversed Split the Stock in 2010 also:

Here is just one of many:

Vanis has shown a history repeatedly doing Reverse Splits.
Show me one time he has ever instituted a share buy back.
Anyone who tells you to hold your shares through a R/S is not your friend.
Here's the thing.
How many times has Vanis initiated a Reverse Split to continue diluting?
How many times has Vanis initiated a Reverse Split to uplist?
History repeating itself and it's bad for investors.
Nuff Said.
"A Reverse Split is necessary for company growth, up-listing, and rapid expansion of our Vitamin-FIZZ product line"
Told ya so
Great Post, Optimus
I couldn't agree more
