This has total relevance to REVO. Other than Richard Carter, what other names has Solomon "RC" Ali used? Who is Reginald S. Carter? I cant find anything on this guy since he took over as CEO of Rainco.
We know more than we think, challenge motivations, focus on the speakers intent. Analyze dates, connect the dots. Follow the cookie crumbs.
What are the objectives of the industry?
What are the objectives of Ron?
What are the objectives of Ali?
What are Rainco's Objectives?
What are Eyetalk365's objectives?
As far as the SEC Investigation goes.
What is the desired outcome for the Industry?
What is the desired outcome for Ron?
What is the desired outcome for Ali?
What is the desired outcome for Rainco?
What is the desired outcome for Eyetalk365?
What is the true objective of the investigation?
Any coincidences with date filings?
Trigger Events?
I agree. Am I puzzled how thay are handling it, sure. But the patents have value and thats what keeps me around.
Have any of you filed a complaint with the SEC or FINRA yet?
Yup Didn't think so... Carry on... Pretty sure I've posted these links for you guys about 10 times in the past year...

This is not the patent portfolio to be messing around with...
Good Luck!

What happened to the stickies?
Big bids rollin in
REVO DD. Questions to ask yourselves.... Why is Amaryllo the only company with access to Skype patents? Why is Amaryllo working with both Google and Microsoft? Who else in the world has access to 256bit data encryption? Who else has access to tracking technology? Who is CT Yang? Why did the Yang Family Trust convert notes to shares last December? Why did Ron Carter's disposition in the Ozoleh case mention Secure Border Initiative? What is the status of the Secure Border Iniative? Why are hundreds of pages missing from that disposition? How do you define an entrance? What would you consider a remote location? Why would biometric technology be useful in all of the settings presented?
If you don't know the patents.....you may want to read them again after you think about these questions.
REVO Longs know what I'm talking about....
Enough DD paints the picture... I just keep loading, for good reason.
Yup.... http://m.windowscentral.com/upcoming-hospital-norway-will-use-1300-windows-phone-and-kinect-sensor
Kinect sensors will be placed in patient's rooms and will help detect if one falls about of bed, among other things. It definitely sounds like Østfold Hospital will be relying heavily on technology and software provided by Microsoft.
Still here Guru! Poor shorty (short seller and flippers) are lost and will be kicking rocks... One word......Accumulate!
REVO...can breakout at a moments notice..
Here they come...
If there was concern we would have been halted pending investigation.....SEC/FINRA do it daily to other stocks, yet REVO continues to trade. The gallery of peanuts routinely trys to dwell on this... Once again we continue to trade.....

I think its hilarious that people devote even a sliver of amount of time to a message board to talk about a stock that they have no concern with... Even if its a copy and paste from their previous statement.... LMAO!!
Carry on...
LOL! Beautiful!
The last 10Q took 14 days beyond the NT-10Q to be posted, August 15th-29th.
Tomorrow will be 14 days since the NT-10Q that was posted November 17th.
Hahaha!!!! When all is lost resort back to a prior claim in hopes you win the second time....
REVO :)
Oh... So if a company does have a biometric patent (such as Intel or others) that they can incorporate with REVO's...ever heard of subliscencing?
Which is one of Eyetalk365's principle role other than going after those infringement suits. Lets see what happens!
It's like a match made in heaven!
Keep up your DD though, you're tailing me, but not quite there!
Krysti I applaud your efforts, because clearly its your job or vendetta to destroy anything the resembles a positive in REVO.
We can go back and forth on this, but unless you are a patent attorney, judge and jury yourself.. You have no influence on my decision to buy, DD or that of many others... I am not going to sit here and argue with you about whats black and white and granted by the USPTO.
No problem!
LOL!!
As cited from US 8,144,184 B2
Filed 10/30/2007 | Granted 3/27/2012
"Continuation of 7,193,644. Amongst other claims, defines biometric identification of an individual for authentication."
"In addition to the foregoing, it further is anticipated that, in certain deployments of the invention, voice recognition would be useful, particularly when the system enables access to a home or office. Voice recognition adds another layer of security, and can be used to facilitate those individuals who are unable to press a keypad. Similarly, image recognition of faces, eyes and fingerprints can also be included in the system for authentication, security, and access. The software application thus alternatively utilizes voice recognition and/or image recognition."
"16. The detection and viewing system according to claim 1, wherein the computer comprises a module for authenticating a user based on a biometric of the user."
"17. The detection and viewing system according to claim 16, wherein the biofometric comprises at least one of the group of a user's face, eye, voice, and fingerprint."
Signed, Sealed and Delivered by the USPTO... What don't you understand with regards to this patent excerpt? We know it's not a biometric patent within itself, however we have the patent that incorporates biometric technology for authentication within the confines of patent 7,193,644.
I posted to the FB group. Its our counterclaims to the defendants... We essentially said the Live Watch and CPI are full of shit in their claims and requesting the court to move forward.
Updates to Live Watch and CPI Security dockets. Eyetalk365 responses to Counterclaims.
Seriously we don't need a lecture from you everytime. Get a life. The technology is just now arriving for PCs... I was expressing that in time you may find the same technology at your doorway. Every thunk of the future..... Didn't think so, you're stuck in the past.
Moving on.......
