Rig~ UPDA is on FIRE!... grab some..
ABBS
RIG: UPDA .143 X .144. Still chance to enter for it will run up to 0.35. Its 38% up now.
Rig: UPDA is become stronger and stronger. Last two weeks gain = 85%. And today it self 26% gain from yesterday. its 0.13. I have been holding and buying. What do you think?
ABBS
For the past three trading days, the stock has become half it's value of the previous day close. Too many people still shorting it. If the trend continues, tomorrow the stock should be at 0.005 at close. Buying more everyday is just making it slide more for the people short selling it. Please advise me if I'm wrong but since in the back of our mind we believe there is much more than "Petar" in this company that we invested into, I encourage people to hold so that it doesn't become a self fueled spiral downwards from which this company might never recover.
Noone knows what is really going to happen with this company as Petar and his lawyers work hard in the back room to try to save the day. But I would think, saving the company would also mean silence for the time being and coming back to us and the world with meaningful facts with evidence.
Patience is the key to the door through which tainted-Petar and his 'fire-fighter' attorney can come through the door with the A/F 'hoses' and save our money from the inferno inside with a 'splash' of good number and a good reason for delay.
Finally, good luck to all and hope all of you would take a minute think of other people families, hopes and dreams attached to this chaos. Please refrain from using 'pepper' jokes while trying to be a smart ass in this board. Your intelligence is often noticed but your imature and callous remarks are always noticed.

SOYO~ huge news...
SOYO(R) Group Announces First Quarter Results; Strong Sales of LCD Televisions and Monitors Drive 191.4% Increase in Revenue
ONTARIO, Calif., May 18, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SOYO(R) Group Inc.
(OTCBB:SOYO), a leading global provider of computer, consumer electronics and
broadband telecommunications products, announced today first quarter results for
the period ended March 31, 2006. The company reported revenue of $11,548,187, an
increase of 191.4% compared to $3,962,520 in the year-earlier period. 2006 first
quarter sales increased significantly as a result of sales of LCD televisions.
The company had no sales of LCD televisions in the comparable period in 2005.
Soyo had gross profit of $1,651,088, compared to gross profit of $1,611,207 in
the fiscal 2005 first quarter. Gross margin in 2005 was unusually high as a
result of $1,089,172 of income derived from "Prior Year's Purchases Discounts
and Allowances settled in 2005." The company had income from operations of
$15,393, compared to income from operations of $397,896 in the year-earlier
period. Soyo reported a net loss of $(274,135) versus net income of $386,675 in
the period ended March 31, 2005. The fiscal 2006 first quarter net loss
attributable to common stockholders was $(323,991) or $(0.01) per diluted share,
compared to net income of $347,462 in the fiscal 2005 first quarter. The 2006
net loss included approximately $360,000 of noncash expenses to comply with the
requirements of SFAS 123R which the company did not incur in fiscal 2005.
"We are pleased with the strong demand for our LCD monitors and televisions,"
said Ming Chok, chief executive officer of SOYO Group Inc. "In 2005, we produced
and sold High Definition LCD televisions for the first time. We generated more
than $18 million in new revenue from sales of LCD televisions in 2005, despite
the fact that we did not spend significantly on marketing. The results of our
2006 first quarter sales were slightly below our expectations, due to a customer
requested shipping delay. We shipped that product order in the first few days of
Q2. While LCD television sales are very price competitive, we continue to
leverage our high SOYO brand recognition into our higher margin business
segments, in consumer electronics, computer peripherals and communication
equipment. With new products in areas such as VoIP and Skype Handsets, Bluetooth
Headsets and High Capacity USB Portable Storage Drives, we believe Soyo is well
positioned to drive both revenue and margin increases throughout 2006."

UPDA *News*
UPDA Subsidiary Texas Energy, Inc. Delivers First Oil Production -- Turns Additional Wells Online
GRAHAM, Texas, Mar 27, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Universal Property Development
and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB:UPDA) subsidiary, Texas Energy, Inc., last
week delivered its first tank of crude oil and continues to turn additional
wells to production on its leases in Young County, Texas.
The first production of Texas Energy, a load of 150 barrels, was sold to Sunoco
(NYSE:SUN) (www.sunocoinc.com) from the Nantz lease. Texas Energy will be paid
for this crude oil within 45 days based on the spot price of West Texas
Intermediate crude on the date of delivery.
Texas Energy is also completing the replacement of the motors on the pumping
units of three wells on its Wiechman lease. These wells had been online prior to
the motor damage caused by the recent storms in northern Texas.
Work on the Thresher-Medlin leases also continues and it is expected that the
flood waters will recede this week and allow for the delivery of a work over
rig. New tubing and rods will be onsite on Monday and roustabout crews continue
to clear lease roads and prepare the well sites in anticipation of these
deliveries.
"We are working hard returning wells to production," reports Andy McDermett,
Jr., Texas Energy's field superintendent. "With the money provided by UPDA, we
will be able to complete the workover of all of the wells and perform
maintenance as necessary to keep them online. We look forward to completing
these efforts without delay."
The production from each of its subsidiaries will be reported by UPDA as it
continues to expand and update its website at:
www.universalpropertydevelopment.com.
