I wonder if Amazon will be added to the list of infringers.

Can anyone here verify they have been able to buy any of these cheap shares (.225 and under) in the past 15 trading days?
I did! Very odd my orders went through but my friends did not at a higher pps... both orders entered weeks ago but through differnt brokerage.
Finally got my average down below a nickel/quarter per share!
I hope Alph is close to correct on this prediction. I've had a .25 bid sitting out there for a while that I would like to see filled on the next dip! Probably my last buy in WDDD...
Upon request E*Trade credited the transactional fee associated the WDDDD RS. Just FYI... and I am not an active trader.
E*Turd processed my RS last night last so my WDDDD portfolio is available... at 4x the cost of a normal trade!
RS ignorant, here... Anyone know how the loose shares will be handled by the broker as not everyones holdings are divisible by 5 and will there typically be a broker fee?
I have been trying to research if a RS has ever been part of a buyout negotiation. I know what press release reads, but I also think it could be part of ongoing talks between ATVI and WDDD. Fewer outstanding shares makes the prospect more enticing to the buyer, I would think.
I know we are mostly throwing darts, blindfolded... I like chucking them from left field.
No, just post you like to throw the B-word around as if you were on the former ATVI legal team, or something.
I get what your saying, but there have been correlations in the past... particularly the last big dip in ATVI's stock price.
Another 2012 Long here... not sure I am yacht worthy at 120K at around a nickle each.
I am also long in ATVI and I don't understand why the court date does not affect that stock price. I have had my finger dangling over the ATVI "sell" button for a few days now.
I figure I can move some funds between the 2 holdings, but I'm hesitant as mistimed such a move once before.
WORX is World Online Inc. Let the misinformation flow! May see a penny WDDD today!
Well I was hoping the misinformation might shake out some loose, cheap shares... WDDD spoiled me with so many .01 shares.
I've got a pocket full of change sitting here waiting... *finger hoovering over the "buy" button*
What I gathered from reading about the case is the jury awarded based on failure to comply with a non disclosure agreemnet and, very specifically, NOT infringement of intellectual property.
I don't recall anything about non disclosure agreements related to WDDDs case so your post may be misleading.
I just added more WDDD, but I'm starting to think nothing is going to keep the price above a nickel... save a full page add taken out by the CEO of ATVI proclaiming, "we're guilty"!
I hope you're right. I need these prices to stay low a few more weeks until I get my yearend bonus!
I recall reading that up to a 20 to 1 reverse split is possible on this stock. What do you all think the possibility is at this point in time?
See WDDD.
It looks like ATVI may be looking to make purchase... maybe WDDD?

I don't understand how these miniscule volume purchases can move the stock price so dramatically... any insight would be appreciated.
Is'nt it possible ATVI is covertly buying up the cheap shares to cover their a$$?
Does anyone know how many, if any, of WDDD'S patents cover voice-chat communication? I am an avid gamer so I know that (at least in my circle of gaming friends)text based chat is quickly being phased out as voice chat communication (through products like Teamspeak) continue to become easier to use. I would think this would affect the long term impact of WDDD'S Patents...
