Anyone here talk to REVO's directors lately? It's inconceivable that anyone still defends this company or thinks we as shareholders will cash in one day. If they can't give us one word of an update in over a year, how on earth will we see even a penny? What has it been, 15 months now? Does no one get the hint?
For 10 years the only thing this company has accomplished as a business was troll patents and sell us shares on hype PRs
Likely for purpose of asset liquidation, but just a guess
From investorguide.com:
Hearsay is the only information that's been available for the last year and a half, and this will be true as long as REVO exists (which won't be much longer in my opinion). REVO is phasing out of existence. Why would they need a CEO?
The real winner is anyone who did not buy and hold REVO shares.
A letter or update to shareholders in the last 2 years seems like a reasonable expectation. However, absence of communication should make obvious REVO's intent, or lack thereof. If I had a company, I could write a letter of update in about 5 or 10 minutes. You and I both know that. The problem is, REVO can't issue public statements that are 'lies' or 'stretches of the truth' anymore since they got called out on their BS by the SEC
I think it's pretty obvious the REVO shell has been abandoned, unfortunately for us
Thanks Jerry! I admit I haven't been able to follow the boards in a while and do not have a twitter. This is refreshing! I would love if they were around me
I think this will earn more excitement when SLAM becomes available for purchase to the public. I know a lot of people in line to buy, myself included. I think it will be a great success IMO
I do hope SLAM can get shipped to the Great lakes region
Congrats to everyone that's been in this for the long haul. GL to everybody
Yep, I can't wait to get my hands on some SLAM! I'm thirsty already
It's important to remember this is a company first and foremost. The primary purpose is to do what's best for continuing operations and making eventual profit. Despite your belief, favorable share price is not the primary objective of any successful company. Rather, favorable share price is a result of company success.
That being said, you point out that the company is run unprofessionally and has negative shareholder policies. You beg so desperately for positive results but you slam the company in the same sentence, day in and day out. It's amazing the company is still in business? To me, it's amazing you are still invested in a company you view so poorly. Maybe try changing your perception to something a little more positive, humble yourself and watch from the sidelines, or sell and move on. We have enough doomsday clowns on here as it is
I guess Peggy-pie didn't catch my sarcasm. Hurtful
The money REVO receives from Eyetalk is a secret. Probably an NDA to prevent compliance with SEC reporting. That makes sense. I'm sure everything is fine behind the scenes. Who needs financials anyway when there is such an honest, upstanding group of directors at the helm? Fiduciary responsibility is only meant for other companies without integrity. REVO gets a free pass. Look at their history.. how could you not trust this team? Just cover your eyes and ears; tomorrow you will probably be a millionaire. Investing 101. You'll see, REVO is different.
Group-think can be so powerful that you abandon all logic and ignore the obvious. Unfortunately, some people won't understand that here until it's way too late.
I mean look, someone actually thinks I could get in trouble for soliciting trades of REVO while the management of this company roams freely upon the earth. That's messed up in so many ways..
Haha, not keen on the sarcastic motive huh? Loosen up. I just want to sell these golden shares, that's all ;)
I know how we can get back at them. I'll sell you 100K shares at .002. Problem solved
Yes indeed, hence the SEC inflicted suspension
While you were on the phone with the SEC, did they ask about the years of delinquent filings? Did they mention when REVO would be delisted?
Manipulation on a grey market stock with no MMs. Do these people understand what that means? smh
Updates from REVO? how is that likely? They have been totally silent for an entire year now.
Or maybe you've just been using logic and common sense
I think we are all pretty damn thirsty shanett!
Where do you see a good entry point? This dive has my interest...
Thanks for your positive voice Jack. Couldn't agree more. Best believe I will not SLAM in moderation!
I havent been here in a while. I'm fairly surprised to see this thing still alive and trading. Could be worth scooping up a couple shares for the penny roulette treasure chest
I wonder if Ali is having a nice vacation
Let's not forget where we came from. LVGI has overcome much adversity since the 'dark days' of the DTC chill with sessions of little to no volume. Many of us are still here, myself included.
Back then people were eager to etch our epitaph in the great stone. That perspective was wrong then and it's wrong now. IMO
If REVO goes out of business or gets removed from the stock market, then what happnes to REVO patents? Or more specifically, what happens to your investment in their patents?
Eyetalk will mean nothing to your REVO investment if they do not continue existence. REVO has proven to me they have no intent of remaining a public company.
Who cares about dilution at this point, I'll be lucky to get a happy meal out of all of this bs
Thanks MAK
Any LVGI faithful in the Phoenix area to check this out?
Well, that's broken. Good read though. These people are smarter than they act.
Krysti,
It's been hinted before that you may have some legal background. What is your opinion of legal action/rights of shareholders here? Especially in the circumstance that RCI dissolves and Eyetalk is left with the spoils (if the patents are indeed valuable)?
Shareholders have kept this company afloat for +10 years. There must be rights to monetary compensation available to us. It seems all too convenient that a company can absolve themselves of fiduciary responsibilities by being willingly negligent and getting suspended by the SEC and subsequently de-listed.
You are exactly right RR007,
Thanks, I'll keep a list of emails if anyone else is interested. If the board does stay around then it might not matter, but better to be certain.
I don't have a Facebook. I was thinking about gathering emails or something along that line. i don't have PM either
3s have been available for weeks.. I'm sure you have plenty by now
Is anyone here contemplating class-action? If REVO ceases to exist and Eyetalk patents start making revenue, I want to make sure we are compensated.
This board will disappear if REVO ends. We will no longer have the means to communicate. I want to be on the mailing list.
It's premature but I'd rather be proactive
Not sure what that means but you have my curiosity
It's certainly an opinion but moreover a forward looking statement supported by analysis of overwhelming historical data. I wouldn't read into it too deeply. It's nothing remotely close to insider info however. It has a similar flavor to REVO's press releases so I'd say it's right on par.
I don't think anyone that cares has PM enabled
100k for sale. PM or reply with offers
