Correct. Hence the term development company
Yes she does! Her REVO board hiatus is over. She is either an all-star philanthropist or this is about to spike again! IMO
Vague request but I'll try to answer...
If you want proof that Intel is the deal we have, I do not have it. I am just connecting dots that are available to anyone with an internet connection and the time to look this stuff up. I referenced every connection with a quote from either REVO PRs or Intel/McAfee PRs and website info.
However, if you want proof regarding Intel's earnings, look on Intel's website or type "Intel 2012 revenue" into a search engine
I think 2012 earnings for AT&T were more in the $30B range but you never know how these things will play out with license fees etc
Here's a little info on McAfee as well...

I understand ADT doesn't do some of the things mentioned in that paragraph, but add in McAfee to the equasion and the spectrum gets a bit wider
Also, notice this REVO PR tidbit as well...
"REVO has been in talks with a U.S. multinational corporation that specializes in Internet-related services and products and services that include internet search, cloud computing, software, mobile wireless devices, digital entertainment, social networking and online advertising technologies. The internet company, located on the west coast, is a publicly traded company that reported over $50 billion in revenue in their Annual Report for 2012."
Intel 2012 revenue: $54 billion, located in Santa Clara CA. Also a coincidence?
Exactly one day before we release this PR:
Revolutionary Concepts in Advanced Discussions for a Major Licensing Agreement for Its Patented Mobile Security System
CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwired - Jan 6, 2014)
This could be a coincidence of course
To further detail JHOOD's recent posts...
ADT and McAfee Join Forces to Offer Customers Combined Physical and Digital ProtectionCompanies to Create Bundled Security Solutions for North American Residential and Business Customers
LAS VEGAS — JAN. 7, 2014 — Home security leader ADT and digital security leader McAfee today announced a collaboration designed to raise the standards for consumer protection and redefine the next generation of security for the connected world. Through this partnership, the security leaders plan to develop a cohesive platform where users will be able to easily protect their digital and physical domains from one centralized, easy to use portal. In the initial phase of the partnership, the McAfee LiveSafe™ service will be combined with ADT Pulse® to provide an additional layer of protection for a customer’s home or business.
Consumers want both physical and digital security-in-one, and the powerful combination of ADT and McAfee products and services are on the cutting edge to meet this significant and growing need. ADT Pulse® is a complete security and automation solution that uses cutting-edge mobile technology that allows customers to monitor their home or business security from any web-enabled smartphone, tablet or computer. McAfee LiveSafe is an award winning service that safeguards consumers’ data, identity, and all of their digital devices. By securing devices with McAfee LiveSafe service, ADT can provide its customers with confidence that their physical security remains protected against unauthorized remote arming and disarming of their home security systems should their mobile devices become lost or stolen.
The two companies will also work together to educate and raise awareness around the need for new layered security standards and best practices that protect consumers’ homes, personal property, digital data, and identities.
“We are constantly seeking ways to increase protection for our customers in an increasingly connected and complex world,” said Arthur Orduña, senior vice president and chief innovation officer at ADT. “Partnering with McAfee adds another vital layer of security to our Pulse solution with McAfee LiveSafe service, and opens up innovation opportunities for our platforms and products.”
“In today’s always connected digital world, our entire lives are kept across our devices,” said Mike DeCesare, president of McAfee. “With the Internet of Things rapidly evolving across digital and physical applications, our partnership with ADT marks a critical advance in protecting consumers’ property and information in more ways than ever before.”
McAfee LiveSafe software will be available for download through www.ADT.com in late Q1 2014. Further integrated features and services fueled by combined McAfee and ADT technology will be announced later in the year.

I think his birdie finally flew the coup. REVO green as grass
I saw a lot of red bars on the volume chart today but we still closed in the green? Looks like a good sign to me
The Vice President of the company I work for made $2M in incentives alone last year. That isn't typical but $200k yr is normal for that position.. profitable or not.
Looks like the MACD isn't ready to cross for a while yet...
People finally realized how overvalued all these pot stocks were. The question is, How low will this go and what pps do I take a chance on a position?
I've never seen a picture of the guy but I'm going to assume with a name like Solomon Ali English isn't his first language haha
It's true the tickers are similar but for CANV to take a hit it must be traded. I doubt anyone mistakenly thinks CANV is suspended by the SEC
14 posts today and SLNN makes the breakout board haha
Did you completely exit your REVO position? I hope you don't miss the train if so...
Maybe someone can catch me up to speed.. Is there speculation they will delist? Saleen is a very well known name so i suppose their financials are a total mess? Also, wasn't there a forward split proposed and canceled days later? Could that be another indication that they may be "giving up"?
This feels like a good entry point if you are willing to lose your investment. Huge risk reward potential
Totally agreed. Many people here don't understand the logistics of the deal(s) being worked out and what proper protocol executing said deal(s) consists of. If we (REVO) releases the name(s) of said companies prematurely we would be risking the relationships being forged and may also be risking any competitive advantage our patents may give our potential customers. It wouldn't make sense to disclose anything just for the sake of a few restless shareholders. IMO of course.
Holding long. for good reason. patience will pay off. Birdies shouldn't panic
REVO needs a defibrillator because today is a total flatline...
Wait you talk down REVO and Ali but you talk up UBRG? What am I missing here wilma? If Ali is the basis of your argument then aren't you contradicting yourself?
Thanks for the article sir. Very detailed, well thought out, and well put together. Should renew some faith of the many cynics out there
Looks like a party is brewing..
Great article! really informative. Thanks
It's good to see Ali and Carter still have a pulse.. Recycled PRs or not.
Hmm you know what i was just thinking about? I don't think I've seen Krysti post here all week.. Is she on vacation? or is REVO the real deal now??? Maybe big things are in REVO's future!!!!
Beg for fluff PRs and you shall receive... how quickly the tune changes when the pps doesn't follow
That was a surprisingly accurate prediction if these levels hold
That's sarcasm right? The wheels are falling off fast
#25 on the breakout board folks. HOLDDD
You guys are insane! Just let him do his job. If this thing is the gem most of us think it is then you have nothing to worry about. Let the PPS drop, who cares? The more you flood him with needless texts and VMs the less time he will have to do what he needs to do in order to update everyone. Patience people, geez. Or sell if you're that worried
Krysti says it herself
I was mistaken Krysti, it was not a court case. It was the patent application you reffered to. Nevertheless, I would still describe it as being upheld:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=59900808
We may just be arguing over semantics I'm afraid.
To say they are not valuable is purely opinion although i do agree many patents out there generate 0 income. In fact, that could actually be said about REVO's patents at this point in time. The difference is i have faith about the potential in these patents. Of course, also purely opinion on my part.
Am I mistaken or hasn't judgment (regarding infringement) already been upheld in favor of these patents before? I'm not talking about current cases, only past.
I agree the patent could be licensed to more than one licensee (taking your word for it, not a patent law expert) but that would dilute any market advantage the patent would have to a single suitor, therefore decreasing value.
And I believe saying REVO hasn't recieved the $900k signing fee is also opinion until the next financials are released. Even if they haven't, it doesn't discount the validity of a contract. Sometimes financial transactions of this nature aren't immediately executed.
I'm not "in this garbage" either but I've been watching and this thing hasn't fluxuated much in a while. Who dumps at even money?
I understand all the negative speculations and scepticism but in my mind the patents alone are enough for me. Even if everything else is a "sham" you can't deny the validity and value of the patents
Yep but we will be on the Breakout Board soon enough!
Well said Bojangles. Let this thing stay low for now and appreciate the cheapies while they last!
Are you honestly suggesting that since the 'deal is done' Carter should not be busy doing anything else business related? Maybe I'm misinterpreting your statements but that seems like pretty one-dimensional logic
