Who cares? Gawd, do you have to tell us that everyday?
He chose not to use the REPLY so what post is he replying to. Like I'm supposed to know? Can't see what the original post said and not searching for it (no I do NOT read every post by HL). But I think he does that because the guy is so scared that HiLo might be getting PAID for each time someone hits "Reply" to a post of his. smfh
I'm certainly not speaking for anyone else but let me ask you a few questions:
1) "Why does George Sharp 'care' about other tickers/CEOs and have his own personal 'ShitList' of tickers/CEOs?
2) "Why does GS say this on 'X'":
3) "Do you think that George Sharp is the only person in the entire OTC who cares about the TRUTH?"
And finally,
4) "Why did GS tweet these":
Even calling one out by name!!
And note that GS said "pumpers", PLURAL!
You have to do your own DD and find out who the BSers are and who the TRUTH-TELLERS are but they are both out there, and BOTH SIDES ("Pumpers" and "Bashers") have them.
GLTY
YES YOU WERE WRONG REAPER!!
Hopefully this post will finally settle the matter.

If I buy a car, it is a car even if the DMV doesn't list it as a car yet. That is simply a description of what it is.
A shell company is a shell company regardless of OTCM designation. You're moving the goalposts by claiming it has to be a "fully reporting shell" to be a shell company.
I'm done debating such a useless pedantic point. George Sharp thinks it is a shell, anyone with common sense thinks it's a shell, I don't care if you agree or not.
$SRNW and $WNFT are SEC filing shells, designated by the OTC
$GVSI is not.
GVSI is now going the Alt filing route and has yet to be a fully reporting "Shell" with the OTCM
Shells can be crazy.
GVSI is worth noting because of recent NVSOS activity. [May 6, 2018]
The last custodian of the GVSI shell that I know of is Randall Lanham as of Feb 2019.[August 06, 2019]
GVSI .0001 shell getting some attention from the recent correspondence between the SEC and the GVSI shell custodian, made public. [August 07, 2019]
"Prove it! You can't. "
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY NOW BOYBLUNDER??
So please do show me where my "falsehoods and misinformation" is from the information I posted here:

No, worries, I don't expect an apology because you listen to HH and BS is par for the course.
THE THREE HOKIEHEADS
WRONG AGAIN HOKIE!!
LMFAO, that fraudster that also said that FINRA told him, a random caller ??, that they were still deciding.
HAHAHAA!! Major Brokits and half the story telling continues.
No Ive spoken with Finra. Name change and ticker takes up to 6 months. Ticker alone takes 1 month. I don't know what it means to be on the daily list except they are inline for It. maybe expedited. Idk Thats why I asked.
Thank you. Its true. That said each case is different. Its true that a ticker change "only" is much faster than name change with it. One month. Straight answer both requested is up to 6 months but can happen sooner. Hokie attacked people out right while he proposed his lies all over ihub and Twitter.
Hokie attacked people out right while he proposed his lies all over ihub and Twitter.
Yes 60 days from when he files a form 10..
LMFAO. CDEL GONNA GET WHOOPED. Sharps 2 other green, just games here. All in the same boat.
Scared tactics runs out this week.
But then there is "Nancy" at the OTC discussing GVSI?
LMFAO...
What a blue clues hoot.

$GOFF $GVSI $SRNW update
Finally received response from OTCM & confirmed with SEC. Form 10s will be deemed effective 60 days after they are filed, provided that the SEC has no outstanding questions. Then OTCM will deem the companies current.

Somebody said they actually called FINRA and they said "up to 6 months" but he got ridiculed for saying that.
Go figure.

P.S. Nice first post here. Welcome aboard!
I dunno as he may say I was "stalking" him.
I'm not surprised that you would agree with the ones stalking me ....would that mean that it's okay for you to lie to other members on a stock board to make your point?
Here's just SOME of what people are up against with that character (took only a couple minutes to compile):
fred now you are lying here to make a point.....LMFAOO you freakin' hypocrite
i guess anything goes when you are a paid basher, "a seeker of truth" and "stock reviewer" and side with liars
You should quit lying while you're ahead...you're not good at it
and I'd say nice try....but you're not good at lying....so it was a bad try
welcome back....well for him to use part of my post to represent something else... is misinformation or at least misdirection....so the intent was a lie...
now you think you're being sneaky...so no math help for you....but don't comapare apples to oranges....we are not talking about ''authorized"...and I'd say nice try....but you're not good at lying....so it was a bad try
There you go talking in circles.
Please provide the authorized share count if 7 billion is a lie .
Then get back to why you think a few hundred million shares canceled will save this share bloated pig .
But you seem to avoid REFUTING things people say. Or have you somewhere once??
Just wondering.
"why not show my whole post for context:makes more sense that way, but of course you knew that"
"It's hard not to become sour about a trade after holding it for a year and a half..."[February 25, 2023]
Well that was very painful to read through your 30+ pages of screwing up and being totally wrong in GVSI. However, I have learned a lot about you.
Thanks for the reply. It's just that Barchart has more stuff there then I care to get to know, at least for now, and I thought all their indicators would be enough to get a good opinion on a ticker. But, of course, (pending) news changes everything.
Barchart Opinions show traders what a variety of popular trading systems are suggesting in terms of going long or short the market. The Opinions takes up to 2 years' worth of historical data and runs these prices through thirteen different technical indicators. After each calculation, the program assigns a buy, sell or hold value for each study, depending on where the price lies in reference to the common interpretation of the study.
Barchart Opinions are not a recommendation to buy or sell a security. Your decision whether or not to make a purchase should be based on your own due diligence and not on any representation we make to you.
I recently subscribed to BarchartPLUS for the hell of it as I like checking out the information, the technicals, etc.. But I do wonder, with all the technical information available there, their "OPINION" on this ticker (I take it that is based on all the information they have available) is that this ticker is now a "96% SELL".
My question is, how can your charts come up with something different then they do? And, yes, it's a legit question and NOT a bash and I realize their "opinion" could change on increased volume, news, etc.
Oh, and if you think that Barchart is crap, fair enough, but would appreciate your reason(s) as to why.
TIA

Welcome back. I wrote this sometime ago but now that you posted again I might as well post it. You asked this
If you don't own GVSI, why are you on this board?
...Bashers can never truthfully answer...
the age old question. .why are YOU here?
“I respect you as a person too much to respect your ridiculous beliefs.” -Johann Hari
In his quote above, Hari suggests that challenging beliefs is an act of respect designed to straighten out the principles of the misguided. However, what we are addressing here is not so serious or benevolent. It’s about people challenging beliefs for entertainment – for fun.
1) Do I own stock?
Answer: No. I don’t invest in penny stocks.
2) Why am I here?
Answer: I like debating things that I have a 95% chance of being right about.
3) Am I a paid basher?
Answer: Wait…what? You can get paid for this?
Altruistic Basher: An individual that has a true concern for the welfare of others and attempts to keep an unknowledgeable investor away from a security by posting negative information that sheds light on the scam or the pump.
Defrauded Basher: An individual who realized that "their" stock was a fraud, and partly feels the need to vent, and in addition, wants to warn others not to make the same mistake.
Cybersleuth: is an individual who uses the resources available on the World Wide Web for research. Generally applied to someone who ferrets out information about organizations, policies and procedures from the abundance of material available on-line.
I never bash another stock. That's somebody's food on the table. Alot of theories of why this is done, but definitely the person is an a-hole.

I am a major $HMBL investor both directly and indirectly through $FORW. That does not mean that I will not call out mistakes. It's what makes me credible. I am also an investor in $TSLA and that genius/idiot makes tons of mistakes.
So just like that, they all vanished? (I saw what you did there!! wink wink.)
SHAREHOLDER=GOOD
PUMPER=BAD
BASHER=BAD
So just say there are no pumpers and that just leaves SHAREHOLDERS (good) and BASHERS (bad), huh? Seriously? But why not do the same with the "Bashers"? After all, aren't bashers, for the most part, just complainers, critics, negative DD (truth!!) conveyors (sometimes), grumblers, whiners, bellyachers, disenchanted (former?) shareholders, etc.? Yep. So, then, let's also dispose of the word and they'd be gone also leaving just "SHAREHOLDERS and NON-SHAREHOLDERS!! Nice, huh?
So you don't believe there's anybody here trying to PUMP UP the share price, maybe even EMBELLISHING news and every little thing to make EVERYTHING look better then it might be? I sure do. But isn't that why some are called "Pumpers"? Methinks so. Here's just one example:
"Sellers gone...
Next week May " [April 28, 2023]
IHUB used to be infested with hundreds of scam pumpers roaming IHUB boards in large groups, stealing from the less informed by lying about the potential for big gains (while they sold into the hype)...
...If we are down to just a few IHUB scam pumper clowns, less damage can be done to the less informed… and less influence will be needed from the truth tellers.
Pumpers have an agenda
Stop listening to pumpers!

Pump and dump
Pump and dump schemes involve the intentional spreading of information (sometimes embellishing truthful information) in an effort to create additional demand for a security. Once the additional demand results in a higher market price, those who spread the information “cash in” by selling the security.

SPOT ON!! 👍️
You’re especially hostile when you get defensive."
My only post about this on-going pumper vs. basher argument but I have to say that I think BOTH SIDES are correct (from what little I've read. So excuse me if I got the argument wrong). But there's two sides to a coin and I'm thankful for BOTH pumpers and bashers but the thing that matters most is are they telling the TRUTH or LYING? Truth=good, Lying=bad.
But what I'd like to know is (and I haven't checked to see what happened to ANY of the companies that are listed in the link below) but if the bashers told the truth and said the tickers listed might get suspended and that whoever was in it might lose their arses, would that have been a GOOD thing or a BAD thing? I think the former and I would think that there might be a lot of folk who wished they had listened to the bashers and not the pumpers on a lot of these tickers when they got suspended. (Are warning labels on cigarette packs good or bad?)
Just saying.

Once PINK LIMITED and tens of thousands of people who have been waiting to BUY, can NOW BUY SHARES; you’re going to see a lot more than .20 cents.
GVSI will be the “Talk of the Town” around the World. It’s most likely going to be “The OTC Penny Stock of the Year”, 2023.
And all this I say, is about to happen, SOON. Twenty cents is just for starters. It could see much higher than that on PINK LIMITED DAY, as investors have been waiting 17 months or longer to BUY SHARES of $GVSI.
PINK LIMITED DAY could be a “frenzy” OF BUYING. It could run to .35-.50 in “the blink of an eye” as everyone rushes to market, starting at 9:30 am on that day. The potential of owning a George A. Sharp mega-merger with potential for multiple dollars is very enticing. And ALL EYES ARE ON GVSI. And all EYES WILL BE ON $GVSI, not only on PINK LIMITED DAY, but for many months thereafter.
It will lead the OTC out of the DOLDRUMS. Everyone wants a piece of the action. Anyone short the stock, will be running for cover, actually, BUYING FOR COVER, which will drive the stock even higher.[January 11, 2023]
