JMO, but that is exactly what they will need to do. If they can build steady and reliable profits, a buyback over time will fix this. They also will need to finish the audits. A name and ticker symbol change would be a good idea too. Their current name is not really a good descriptor of their business since they are focusing mostly on Europe right now.

To really get this thing to move up, IMO we need to see the audit finished, significant and consistent profits and finally they will need to start buying back shares. I think this is all possible but will take years.

Hey all, just wanted to point out that if you had a bunch of shares you should have sold at least a little of them when this ran up to .03. I am so grateful that I got all my original money out of this and got enough extra to buy a car. I still have a lot of shares and will probably wait and see what happens here. But the lesson here is when you have an investment that is up 5000%, take some off the table.

Legalization of cannabis is on the ballot in several states. The two most important ones to watch IMO are going to be Arkansas and Missouri. These are both strong republican states. If these states legalize that will send a strong message to Washington to legalize it nationally.

I agree completely. I think it is a much safer opioids and also much less addictive. I can't understand why tobacco and alcohol are legal and cannabis is not. In my opinion, tobacco is much more addictive, and alcohol is much more dangerous. Violent crimes are more frequent near liquor stores which is probably due to alcohol reducing inhibitions and making people more prone to violence. The most violent thing that people that are using cannabis do is order pizza delivery.

I agree with both of you that legislation needs to be passed. It is ridiculous that tobacco and alcohol are legal and marihuana is not. But I fear that this is going become a partisan fight because this is an election year. They should be able to come together and get something passed but I think it is likely to be used as a political issue in the election.

Yes exactly right! By the way, all of us that bought millions of this when it was in the low trips should have taken a small portion off the table when this thing hit over 3 cents. I did. I still have millions of shares and no reason to panic. But for those of you who want to panic and sell please feel free to do so. This company is making a profit and will eventually start to buy back shares. Panic selling will just help them get the share structure improved much faster.

Hey everyone, it's just my opinion but I think we will start to see some movement on legalization this year. Since this is a popular reform, it is an issue that will help both representatives and senators to get re-elected. I also think that it will be pushed closer to the elections as well. This is something that they will want voters to care about for the election. I hope that the two parties will not come up with different versions and the whole thing implodes. They might do that if they think they can blame the other side for a failure.

Yes me too. I sold a very small portion of my shares when it went over .03. That paid off all my original investment with enough left over to buy a car. So I am sitting on my free shares too. Not selling till it gets a lot higher.

I agree completely. Can't believe people are selling a company that is making money and has potential for huge growth. As I think I have posted before, I own a couple stocks in companies that are still losing money. Both of them are much higher prices. Of course, they are projected to eventually become profitable, and they both have growth potential, but this company is already profitable and probably has tremendous growth ahead.

Right on. I own stocks that are not making a profit but are still a lot higher than this one. Also, with legalization in Switzerland, they will probably grow even faster.

Briz, have you noticed that the volume has seemed to be increasing lately? Do you think they may be buying back shares now that they have cleaned up a lot of the preferred shares?

Hey Mojo, hope things are going well with your family. I do agree with you that they need to get the audit done. But I am long on this stock so I don't care if it is done this week or whenever as long as it gets done. From looking at your posts, I am guessing you are a flipper, and that is OK by me. Flippers can certainly make money. I don't do it because it is a lot harder to make money that way. Flippers need the audit out so they can sell at a higher price. If you were long on this like me from the low trips, you would not have to worry about any of that, just wait till the audit, up listing and profits make this thing fly.
