That’s fine. Not saying you can’t wait as an investor but as a company you can’t sit around and wait. You have to make moves or someone else will
Doesn’t matter if they aren’t making the sales. Bigger market only means more competition. Once again only thing that matters is profit. People can talk all day but if you don’t make money, you don’t make money.
See, now that’s the first real business pitch I have heard all day. That is a viable debate right there and I would like to taste the difference for myself.
Personal preference is hard to sell, but if the price is down right a sale could be made
You are right, I have no idea how it is in Canada. I do however know how it is in San Antonio, Texas (which is where the facility is located). If you want to talk about Canada then we can talk about surcharges and shipping just to move the shrimp from Texas to Canada. You can tell me if you still want to buy it in bulk when it’s price is increased 200%. Its gulf shrimp, I’m sure your French Canadian shrimpers can get a much better variety for even cheaper. No need for a state of art facility down in Texas =)
Yes and shrimp cocktails as well. Generally speaking though, those are higher priced items and situational purchases unless you are just rolling in the dough
How often do you go to the grocery store and buy shrimp? Let it be reiterated, this was a comparison to chicken
The food I eat and the stocks I invest in have nothing to do with each other...
Chicken is a whole different game. Sanderson farms is out of college station, Texas. I did work with the poultry science division at Texas A&M with them so I am very familiar with it.
When you talk quality of processed foods vs free range there is a huge difference and a huge difference in demand. Not many people go to the grocery store to buy processed shrimp, or shrimp at all for that matter
I’m a Texas boy and we don’t care about shrimp to begin with. We got all the cattle we need. If not HEB gets good enough shrimp. I’d rather eat catfish over shrimp any day
It’s not disruptive technology and it’s not early in the game. If it was disruptive then shrimp would be raking in the profits which it’s not. Simple as that.
How many other shrimpers are out there, 10s of thousands? This is the Whole Foods age, people will care more about freshly caught, never frozen salt water shrimp over shrimp farmed in a tank. Once again the only thing that matters is profit...
The same concept is used in weeds in your lawn. Survival of the fittest. That begs the question, is it better to spray your lawn for weeds knowing that the roundup will eventually not be effective, or is it better to leave the weeds alone?
Back when I did research for Monsanto, we determined it was better to spray fields with revolving cycles. It opened the market to chemical altercations which proved more profitable and more effective turnarounds. It only took a few years before mimics copied glyphosate and the market was flooded with competition.
Same concept applies to all primary resource farming
Doesn’t make a difference. If you don’t have research grants or large private funding, then you have to be profitable...
Business 101 dude, why are you even arguing? Lol
Yes gross profit is the only thing that matters. No this is not basically a biotech, it’s shrimp. It’s farming a primary resource...
Biotechs are not profitable because of research grants and large project funding. Neither apply here.

All in doesn’t mean they are smart. People go all in all the time and typically they lose. Primary example, Poker. It doesn’t matter if it’s a game or a slowly developing business.
Only 1 thing matters. Gross Profit. All the rest is just talk
Bill Delgado stocks= crappers. He is a financial con artist
I say A and D. I don’t know they can collect but Bill will definitely squander the money. He has already given away over half of it and he doesn’t even know if he will win yet...
You don’t think you are jumping the gun? We will see it first hand if and when it happens
I’m sure that he is smart enough not to PR an assumption. NT-10Q due 45 days after filing to stay current
Haven’t made a dollar in years other than selling shares. One lawsuit isn’t a business. They give away close to 70% of the proceedings to the loan shark and the law firm. No updated financials after a 2B share increase on Jan 31st.
In other words, pump and dump =)
Too bad rockets launch towards the equator which is south =). That is unless you are from the Southern Hemisphere. (Up isn’t north)
That’s a very good rule. Never marry a stock. Play the highs and lows and make that dough
The number 1 rule in entrepreneurship- build a business you can sell one day.
A company is worth 6x EBITA. That makes GDSI worthless. Only thing Bill is selling here is shares.
Shrimp are bottom feeders anyways. It’s more likely that the OM and bacteria are not supple.
Ok. That’s not right but it doesn’t appear as if anyone will be changing your mind. You are missing the factors and your numbers are lah-di-dah. There is a reason you don’t go inland to find the best seafood, you go to the coast. Relative cost only goes up and freshness goes down... “not a big deal” becomes a big deal in scale. Every % counts
Golf courses and businesses have different regulations when it comes to water restrictions. Golf courses are allocated far more water than any business would be for obvious reasons (house values, land grants, ext). A nice golf course will still spend around 300k a year on water alone. Regardless, 1.5 million gallons of water not only is expensive but it is super heavy. Almost so heavy that it doesn’t make it worth transporting past locally.
It is a big deal for 1 major reason. Water restrictions... I take it you are not from Texas but water restrictions are a huge ordeal. There is a weather condition called drought. Maybe you haven’t heard of it but 1.5 million gallons during drought induced water restrictions is expensive saying the city even lets you pump that much water out of their lakes.
Not to mention, city water... come on man. The amount of metals and colloids in city water is not good for shrimp and business. We have alkaline soils (that means a pH over 7.0). Metallic flavored shrimp sounds good doesn’t it
Papermaster selling off 30k shares. Only worth mentioning because the dude’s last name is Papermaster. That’s all
Why is that quite obvious? They mentioned that they needed certain certifications to be in accordance with Florida law. That seems more likely of a reason to withdraw. It doesn’t make all that much sense to make the Brazilian lawyers jump through hoops in order to participate
If you meant they were not getting paid, I don’t see any proof of that. If you meant they are getting paid, then bummer. Who wants to get paid?
I read the same thing and didn’t get the same conclusion. All I see is the info we already knew. Defendant filed a motion to dismiss and the plaintiff counter claimed...
only thing that is new info is the defendants council was granted withdraw and based off the information given the reasoning may have been due to Florida law.
Reminded that this deal was in 2016 and GDSI didn’t update its info until 2018. Nevertheless, there is a motive to support US companies vs foreign companies
Exactly. Blind faith isn’t very intelligent decision making. You can always just wait for the good to happen. It’s not like the price isn’t dwindling down from the last pump...
What we do know is what is in the filings. 2B A/S increase on January 31st, 2019. Cash on hand of less than 10k (wonder how they pay rent), multimillion dollar debt with no revenue (bankrupting cash flow).
Have alarm is supposed to do what again? How is it revolutionary? Doesn’t matter until it makes 1 single dollar...
Rontan isn’t doing well though. Their employees went on strike because they weren’t getting paid. The government bailed them out. It’s hard to think that the government would let their bailout money be sent to a penny stock over seas.
What could the US even do to enforce the lawsuit? They won’t cut ties with Brazil trade over a penny stock. Only thing I can think of is take assets from the Florida branch but at the same time, they can just pull their assets and focus on rebuilding in Brazil.
Besides, if GDSI did buy Rontan back in 2016, they would have probably went bankrupt as well. Hard to up play that
Too bad it’s not David Boies, it is William Isaacson. GDSI is no Microsoft, they are the bottom of the totem pole. Little Sally makes more money at her lemonade stand than Billiam Failgado has made in revenue for GDSI.
Yeah but filing a non-timely is on GDSI. Nothing to do with the Rontan case, it’s for the yearly and quarterly financials
I do not have a good answer to that. I do not know
Another form 10-k by GDSI... we will have to wait longer to see the real proof of dilution
It’s not really telling a story at all. The bottom line is that chart indicators are not as universal in penny stocks as they are they are in the Dow. There are way more shares issued with way less volume. These numbers basically state that the information is skewed and not enough info is present to determine anything.
Yes GDSI going current is positive, but it is also a third party job that has been delegated. Bill and team still do nothing other than pump stocks and delegate jobs. There is no sweat on that man’s hands.
I didn’t see it but it doesn’t surprise me. The one thing Bill is capable of is raising money there is no question there. He can’t turn money into money though. That’s a loser in the world of business. Pump and dump. Raise funds. Rinse and repeat. Been the same thing for years. Empty promises and misguided fortune.
To don: I can’t speak for Bills motives but I can speak for his results. His results are garbage so far. No I do not get payed to critical think and no, you are not the only one who’s posts get removed. I have had so many I am limited to 1 post per day.
To hockey: no I am not some disgruntled MYEC investor. I do not own stock here but I am very curious as I truly believe Bill Delgado is a scam artist. Haters are always going to hate on things that they do not want to comprehend. I have no skin in the game so I have no emotion here. I quite literally do not care what happens
“Spotlight Growth is compensated, either directly or via a third party, to provide investor relations services for its clients.”
Keep on paying to pump your stock Delgado but you still have no revenue... we know how you are paying for the promos. Still no volume though, nobody wants this crap because they know they will get screwed. History tends to repeat itself...
That is another paid promo. There is a disclaimer at the bottom saying that it is sponsored.
It will be an interesting 10Q. Being current is one thing Bill is doing right, even if it is a delegated job. They made it clear that they were in desperate need of cash on the last 10Q so the numbers will tell the story soon.
