I don’t think bills IQ is 165. He has shown to have deep connections but that doesn’t make him smart. If he was smart, I think he would understand that he has to make money to run a business. This isn’t a business, it’s a shell company
This fire sale got my interest. Bought 1k shares at 39.90. USPS is a dying business anyways. That’s a hard pill to swallow but management made the right long term call. Opens them up to new business
Why do you keep thinking the price is going to be more than the proposed deal? The buy price was only like 52m (26m cash and 26m in shares). 15% break off fee was agreed upon even though the standard is 1-3%. No way they are getting nearly as much money as you think. It was only a deal falling through, that’s not worth 150m
And how many of those customers came back? If they could have started selling what they were harvesting 8 years ago, why are they not selling now? It’s because it’s an impulse buy and customers won’t be recurring
And? All plants go through photosynthesis and respiration so that should be the obvious paragraph.
Also blooms are devastating to small ponds and small rivers/ creeks. It is different in salt water oceans. 1 is because the salt and 2 is because the ocean circulates itself.
Still not going to affect the price of this stock. It may kill some shrimp but who cares, the strong will survive and adapt. It’s not like it takes 9 months to have offspring
https://www.google.com/amp/s/theconversation.com/amp/explainer-what-causes-algal-blooms-and-how-we-can-stop-them-109646
Not a new thing. Didn’t drive the price for shrimp before, won’t do it now.
No it isn’t... that’s ridiculous. Besides, like I have been saying, the algae is good. Algae bloom is when algae grows so fast it dies. The very thing you are trying to argue with me about makes it not IMPOSSIBLE.
So what are the consequences of algae? So many things feed on algae and algae is very easy to kill. So what if they are supersaturated with nitrogen. The ecosystem will change and the fish that survive will adapt. Acting like this hasn’t happened for billions of years. Things change, we adapt, life goes on
I literally do this for a living. I know what I am talking about. It is not as bad as environmentalists want to make it seem. You people are arguing with someone who studies these things for a career.
The only real proof is in the mouth of the Mississippi River. That isn’t the whole gulf. That is BS, it’s in the mouth because the tides counter the outflow of the river.
Not 7000 miles. That is a prediction...
So if fish have to raise altitude to reach more readily available O2, then wouldn’t more bottom feeders have to move up the gulf? Why woulnt an increase in population density offset the excess nutrients available theory? Also this theory doesn’t even consider tidal density (meaning the metals would sink). Then we can talk about the dissipation. Is there really more nutrients flowing down the river than can connect to hydrogen bonds? Doubt it. Two sides to every story
That is a load of BS. Anyone who knows what water is made of knows that oxygen levels will not deplete as long as there is H2O. It has nothing to do with oxygen but the density of water compared to air. Water is about 800 times denser than air, that’s why fish have gills to act like a low efficiency pump to retain their oxygen. I call BS. Anyone can make it up
And what farm fertilizer do you expect to do this? I am curious as to what you expect to drive away the shrimp.
For all you who don’t know, fertilizer consists of NPK (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium). All three minerals are good for both plants and humans... nitrogen is the only thing that affects algae as it is a nitrogen based organism. Nitrogen is also the building block of amino acids.
Algae is the easiest thing in the world to kill, just don’t give it sunlight. Algae is also a stationary protein source for many bottom feeders. So once again, what is it that you are crying shrimp doomsday over?
That’s a bold prediction for a company with no revenue
Acquisitions for what? You can buy all the companies in the world and still not make money. I haven’t seen one thing that points to the ability of Delgado to make money yet. (Lawsuits do not count)
Really? How obvious can we get now. No kidding people get caught... they also don’t get caught... they also do it all the time. Arguing over nothing
It’s been capable of nothing so far. Saying they do win this case, what exactly is their plan? Take the money and run?
How would they know? That’s a terrible point. You don’t get caught...
There isn’t insider trading filings either. That’s what you call turning yourself in. Obviously there is insider trading. There always is
That reality keeps getting further and further the longer that they sell shares to stay afloat. That’s a reality that speaks for itself
It’s the official release of project scarlet. How many Xbox’s were sold? Something like 80 million units and counting. AMD’s Zen 2 to be featured in the next generation of console gaming is big news
Bingo. You can literally just cross-breed generations and get the desired traits and not have to go through this food hipster faze. Much cheaper and much more cost efficient. Just use Darwinian theory like we already do for almost all of our produce
Maybe they are the only ones because there is no money to be made. I guarantee you one thing though, if there is a market for this, then “they are the only ones” will no longer be a thing
Do you not feel the same? 90 to 10 is a big loss to your account. Let me guess though, holding for dollars? Be careful you might as well average down or you may miss the run because as soon as one contract is reveal, boom, up to dollar land this goes... =)
Let’s see if they can even sell to HEB before touting around the Whole Foods name. That’s how pumper fluff gets started
Go take it to them yourself then and come back and tell me if they say anything different
I didn’t know that -12% is flying up. Seems like a fluff statement to me
I don’t care about the possible market. I live in Texas, I am very aware of the cities here... we get our shrimp from the gulf. Once again, without sales, distribution, overhead, marketing and production costs laid out with a market based price point, it is impossible to see the margins and nobody will do business if the price isn’t right...
Distribution would be so expensive. There is no template for overhead, logistics, marketing and production costs. On top of that, the market hasn’t shown that it is even willing to buy from shrimp yet so there is no price point to base margins off of
I already asked my friends over at Whole Foods corporate. They said quite literally “ Hell no”
Extension day. Nobody is talking about it. Gone kapoot?
Another Delgado stock down in the ditches...
Overvaluation is the best way to lose money. Right now the company is worth a big ole goose egg
Because it’s June with no 2019 info. The rest is that dude just trying to discredit me. I’m not sitting here claiming to be an expert on the matter. Just saying I want to see the info
No I don’t. I want to see the quarterly for Jan 1- March 31st. I want to see the convertible notes and the Dilution, not that the company went to a convention
They do though and if they don’t then they don’t wait 90 days to file...
Go look at any of the big guys. They post their 10k before the 45 days is even up... NFLX , POOL ect..
Like I said, poor investor relations
That’s the problem with that. I get that you can legally merge a Q4 into the 10k because the 10k would report the Q4. However, that’s poor IR strategy. Every respectful company I have worked for reports all four Qs and the K... what makes you think I want to wait another 45 days to see the financials from 3 months ago?
So do we all want to wait until the last day to see the 10k? It’s not like the filing is audited. Saying I want to see it isn’t a crime...
10k isn’t a 10Q...
I don’t get what you guys don’t understand. That is for the period ending dec 31st, 2018. I want the quarterly for the period up to March 31st, 2019 which is due 45 days later which it is well past... no NT-10Q was filed
