I like your optimism.
The party is over. Save what you can!
Hey MFH have a look back at post #850. The announcement I am waiting on hasn’t happened yet but it will.
You did good.
When I first posted I said the easy money was over and everyone was screaming 10 bagger and I said it wasn’t going to happen. I spent my entire career in this industry and still keep m finger on the pulse. As large as the industry is, not many secrets can be kept. All I can say at this point is don’t sit on your hands.
First time in over a year I have heard encouraging news. Now I buy more. A bunch more
You have said nothing that has been true since you started posting. (Just name one. You can’t. Typical lymee.
***YOU CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH YOU IDIOT. ****CHEERS ***. I went back and looked at your past post and just have to ask if you have been this stupid your entire miserable life yes you have****Loser****
Buy on the dip D.A.
You are a real idiot. You have done nothing but talk shit about me. Again you fuckin* idiot. I told you so!,
I believe the upside for Amazon is huge. The problem is that Raymond was not awarded the business. Crown and Jungheinrich were awarded the business and both those manufactures use different lithium technologies. In hindsight Raymond was awarded the trucks that will be using the Electrovaya battery. Everyone needs to realize that these manufactures control what battery they use and Raymond is the only OEM that uses Electrovaya. It is going to be the same way with buses. The Bus manufacture has to be on board or they will not warranty the bus with an unapproved battery vendor. The majority of the lithium battery companies will fail in the next couple of years but for now everyone has a lithium they think is the best
Mars was done in a facility outside San Antonio in March. All of the companies listed are trying the batteries in select facilities. All of the companies listed are buying batteries on a trial basis. The new company listed is Amazon. They purchased 8000 lift trucks this year and 300 lithium batteries for trial runs. They have previously installed hydrogen fuel cells in a couple of facilities they are now testing the lithium.
****Things are looking really good. CHEERS****. Next stop .75
Those naysayers who always say I’m Scum and a Parasite are really stupid (Country and Invest). You can call me anything But Wrong. Have a nice day as I sign off for the last time and LMAO at you.
*****Cheers*******
Again, this is a rumor I heard it and no it didn’t come from any company officials. This is a reason I have stopped posting.
All I can say is this is a rumor I heard. I have no solid information of this being true and I have Not bought or sold anything in the last 10 months so insider trading is out the door
Don’t shoot the messenger. I heard yesterday that Raymond is having to loan the money to buy the raw materials for every order they place as Electrovaya has no cash. They were put on notice that they have six months to get this fixed or they will have to find a new supplier. Toyota refuses to entertain the idea of using Electrovaya and there is a company “Atlas Holding” is interested in purchasing Electrovaya but Management is not entertaining because there is a legacy issue.
It is another feather in their cap
I’m here for the duration. Thanks for another uninformed comment
I do not ignore the improved numbers. That is the biggest part. Unfortunately wall investments houses were high on this stock about 4 yrs ago and got burnt due to the failure of the deal with Mercedes in Germany. I bought my first shares of Electrovaya several years and paid $2.50 a share. The operations side of this are what keeping investors at bay.
I am very familiar with this product and like many others I consider this the best lithium battery in the industry and in spite of themselves this company is going places IF they will bring in someone who is familiar with the industry (material handling) to run the company.
The material handling industry is weird in itself. With them signing a deal with Raymond the rest of the industry (including Toyota) now considers Electrovaya a competitor. Although they have about 32% market share in the electric business and only 10-15% of that can justify the expense of lithium that leaves the rest of the industry looking for a different supplier.
In the end the manufacture of the lift makes the call on whose lithium they use. The end user does not want a conflict if there is a problem with the manufacture of the Forklift or the battery manufacture they want one person to hold responsible.
Additionally there are huge issues when it comes to maintenance as well.
Volumes are going up but net profits are minimal due the the complexity of the lithium. This battery is to expensive to be maintain at this time.
These are just a few items keeping this down and that isn’t going to change anytime in the next couple of years unless they are up listed. .
I do have a Serious question. Recently a $3mm investment was made and in turn they can purchase all the stock the desire for 24 months at a price of $1.75 a share. Does that price stay true on a reverse split. If so what are the limitations and why would the company agree to that if they think this stock price will significantly increase?
Please look at my post and find one thing that I said isn’t happening or isn’t true. All I am trying to do is tell you the easy money is gone. This is going to be a several year process. Don’t just call me stupid for the sake of Chas just because you are under water. After research tell me who is Stupid.
I have said nothing that isn’t true or isn’t happening.
Who is beaten and battered? You really should change your handle to jug head because if you think anyone believes your BS you are mistaken
I have skin in the game and I will be here longer than you. Just keep checking. I am just telling everyone this is a long process and isn’t going to happen for several years.
Keep buying on the dips Matty. You should own majority stake by now
Wow, I should have known. If you are truly a broker you definitely can’t be a fiduciary because if you invested other peoples money in this you should lose all you licenses. Now back to your hole loser

Well well well. Yea sure right, just plan beautiful DA
Unfortunately this is going down further. No matter what they put in their public statements or announce, this technology is at least 5 years from becoming main stream. The cost at this time is just to high unless you are one of the largest companies trying to reduce the Carbon Footprint. Average lead acid battery $5K average lithium $35- $40k. This is for the average battery in narrow aisle equipment which is leading the industry in material handling. Hard to justify!
Electric automobiles great unless you want to go on a trip longer that 300 miles. It’s not like pulling into a gas station and filling up and then gone in 5 minutes. You have to recharge and that takes 2-3 hours. What kind of infrastructure what that involve or cost. Remember it takes a couple of hours not like refueling.
Are we all rich yet?
Yes I know the difference you just aren’t worth arguing with. I have been in the Toyota manufacturing facility in Indiana many times and you sir are clueless and aren’t worth communicating with. I will say though the you still are a prime example of the old saying.
Have a look. Toyota is currently using Microsystems for Lithium. As a matter of fact all the Toyota ELECTRIC trucks are made by Raymond but using a Electrovaya battery in a Toyota truck voids the warranty and if someone puts a Microsystems in a Raymond truck voids that warranty.
Like I said the two companies operate independently of each other even with Toyota being the parent company.
Do your DD and comeback and tell me Toyota loves Electrovaya.
Fact: lithium batteries make up less than 5% of batteries purchased in the material handling world. Please don’t insult me with your stupidity I spent my career there. Check with the major players crown lift trucks, hyster Yale group. Caterpillar, Toyota, Raymond Mitsubishi, linde, jungheinreich.
The fact that you say the whole industry is using lithium is just a bold face lie. And shows you are a prime example of “You cant fix stupid”
I thought I mentioned that I saw 37 lithium companies at the last trade show for the material handling industries. I agree lithium is in a lot of equipment. If you were familiar with the Material handling industry you would know that some of these batteries weigh 3000lbs. There was an Amazon facility that burnt to the ground 200000 sq ft and burnt for three days because they couldn’t put out the fire. Water on a lithium fire is like gasoline on wood. There isn’t a good way to extinguish.
You are correct that Toyota is the largest lift truck manufacture in the world but they are not using Electrovaya only Raymond is.
I am not trying to tell anyone this isn’t a good company and all of my previous statements are Facts. I just retired from the industry in Dec. after close to thirty years
Country I appreciate your explanation. This is the first time I have been addressed as not being totally off base.
Like I said I was in the battery business in the ev industry for my entire career. My concerns are listed below
1 this is Lithium and is very dangerous. On batteries as big as the MHE ( Material Handling equipment) use they are increasing the cost of a battery from 5-7 times. Yes there are huge benefits but the cost and the fact that some municipalities and counties are not approving use of lithium in their area due to the dander of lithium. Remember UPS has lost two planes in the last several years due to lithium cargo
2. Although Raymond is owned by Toyota they operate totally independent of each other. Currently Toyota is partnering with a different company. This is an ego move by Toyota but none the less that is what is as of today
3. UL 2580 (heat propagation test) I believe but am not totally certain this company is the only one that has passed this test. This is due to the ceramic separators they use. When that patent expires everyone will have that advantage
4. The largest industrial battery company in the world ( Enersys ) has not even introduced their lithium yet. If they are able to pass the UL 2580 certification which they claim they now can they will Bury Electrovaya in short order.
5. At the last show ( Modex ) there were 37 lithium battery companies and yes most of them are not financially capable of financially making it and will fall by the wayside but some have good products
6. Due to the danger of lithium, alternative ( Solid State among others ) chemistries are heavily and quickly being developed.
7. Management. Until they bring in a CEO that understands the entire industry they will not get much bigger due to the blunders they have made and continue make. PhD’s chemical engineers have a certain arrogance about them that they know more about EVERTHING that anyone else.
8. Recycling, ask a lithium battery company what they do with and where they do it with the battery at the end of life. There is one company (li-cycle). That can possibly recycle. They are a young company who just merged with someone. If they can actually recycle MHE batteries that to will help the industry and Electrovaya
I continue to believe this company has great potential but the industry is changing daily and they aren’t sure if they should lead, follow or just get out of the way. I am not selling my positions and hope it goes big but NASDAQ might not even approve the uplist due to past business decisions. As you know there are other factors to consider besides a recent financial statement and doing a R/S.

Look I am in at .17 and have done really good. I am referring to all the 10 bag chatter that is being posted here going forward. That just isn’t going to happen from here going forward. It is really childish of your description but when you finish your night shift at Walmart you can continue. By the way does your husband clog too
By looking at the newest postings all I can say is I TOLD YOU SO. Those looking to get rich quick are going to be disappointed. Amazing I read now that others are posting about the business moves of current management. I have read that I would be the battered guy and accused of talking bullshit and all I tried to do is warn that this isn’t a get rich quick investment. Well Charly who is talking BS ? GLTA ??
Can’t hardly wait
It’s called facts and knowledge. For you info I’m in with 40k shares at .17. I have never said we will not make money but you need to be in for the long haul because they are a long ways from serious investors from jumping in. The group whom I know are technical geniuses but not too business savvy.
You are aware the goal is to buy low and sell high. At least that is the goal for most. Buy it all at 1.54. Then launch the space rat.
