1 year chart says that's it time for a bounce!!!
Yes. This is not a public offering. This is a private placement
This company is no joke. They don't seem to want a buyout , they want to build there own big pharma conglomerate. This is very interesting and could be a life changing type stock if all pieces fall right
It seems that there offering preferred shares. Not common.
Last year there total operation expense was 2.5 million. So safe to say there burn rate is very very low.
Nice try lol. Mcafee was even quoted in a Bloomberg article about mgt being the hottest stock
Third halt
It has to do with Michael brauser He bought 7.4 percent a month ago. Just funny enough when the mcafee agreements were underway. brauser is a know con artist and fraud man
Volitility halt. Code m. Temporary pause on volitility
Most of the lockup is the ceo and directors. They are not going to sell
The warrants are now trading below book value.
It's not a new issue. There were 3.1 million shares and 3.1 million warrent to purchase issued in November and the American ipo. This just is the unlocking of the locked up share purchased by insider and accredited investors at the ipo + warrents
No the lockup include 1.7 million shares or so plus the same number of warrents to purchase
Just saying that the warrents held by locked up investors are now able to be exercised+ the shares they had.
That's all. Just a formality
Ya that's nothing. Every one of the nasdaq traded share are 20 of the ordinary shares. So it's 150 thousand of the nasdaq traded ADR
So it's like 120 thousand American nasdaq traded shares
Is that 3 million shares or 3 million ADR. Huge huge difference
Patience lol v. Whatever price it gets to , the highest it will go will likely be the day it's bought out
On parent is the United states parent office ( the one mentioned today) and the other is from world patent office or international
Weird but the warrants almost have the same volume as stock. That's very odd
Ya that makes sense also , It would in theory re secure a new patented version of Celebrex And they would have the marketing ability of using the Celebrex brand to sell it
I'm leaning more to teva as the likely buyer here.
If I buyout happens it will be before the NDA. Once you get a NDA approved the price becomes many multiples above what it is now. If all goes well, in 2 years this could be a 1.5-2 billion dollar company.
The patent news is the big news we all should have been waiting for. Ignore the price, just buy and buy as much as you can.
Getting rid of the ceo was the best thing that could of happened.
It's odd also because since the run up last week , most of the OS has been traded well above these levels
It's been almost all heaving buying at ask for the last 70 minutes.
It's been almost all heaving buying at ask for the last 70 minutes.
Ya something weird here. They do 150 million a year in revenue, have 40-50m in cash and at pre market price there cap is is like 40 million.
Ya but. This will trade over a billion times today at basically the lowest possible price. That does not and will not happen without huge huge dilution
It says that warrents won't be exchanged for cash !! They can only be converted ? Isnt that pure dilution
My bet is the debt is restructured. This will be a multi bagger from here
According to Reuters. Adani in talks to buy suns Indian assets. Very unlikely a bankruptcy
And if there really was a bankruptcy they wouldn't be doing this http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-04-04/sunedison-said-to-seek-buyers-for-1gw-of-india-solar-projects-imlj633q
It could be true. But the part that stands out is that every source is quoting the WSJ. Not one other major newd source has a there own source. It could.be true, but that to me is sketchy
Didn't the same thing happen to Chesapeake, major bankruptcy rumour, massive stock drop, then the company confirmed that no chapter 11 was happening.
Not a good thing. But not unusual
I'm betting that the guy were are talking about is the CFO that just left terra. My bet is he had some personal interests involved and is likely the focus
Excellent point. And all your facts check out
Prior to the companies re organization and re naming it traded in the 100- 135 range back in 2005-2011
That plummeted to under a dollar by 2014 where a reverse split occurred, then finally chapter 11 in 2014. Now the company is back leaner and better off going forward
