I guess picasso here likes to paint the close.
Anyways, closing at .0002 "most days" should not be said with pride. It's quite pathetic actually. More pathetic than the claims of this stock going to no-bid when it has a 2 billion share bid at .0001.
Very true bucks2triplepennies, one should definitely not put their life savings or next months rent money into halitron. I consider any money put into this stock, to be lost. That's the price of funding a sub-par holding company I guess.
My favorite PR from halitron so far, has got to be this one: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HAON/news/Halitron-Inc-Streamlines-Operations-with-Relocation-of-Manufacturing?id=182583
an ASR is not taking place here, investment bankers won't touch this.
i don't buy your theory.
it might be wise to look up the definition of insanity. at this point, one must fit the definition to even consider purchasing the stock after the track record here.
The HAON board reminds me of the movie, groundhog day. That is, posters here thinking that the next day, next week, next month, or even next quarter is going to be different.
Can you really blame the disillusioned holders of HAON for wanting to throw in the towel? The stock is trading at ten hundreths of a penny / .0001-.0002 , has a tendency to maintain a $30-60k bid & ask of $120-180k during PR releases. Also, while on the subject of PR releases - the trade activity mainly consists of bid sitters and impatient traders dumping their lots to move on to the next OTC scam. I mean, how does one make money from this bloated stock? The volatility is practically gone. The last 2 consecutive financial releases were absolutely terrible & the hyped up buyback program showed comical share purchases.
Face it, this is a struggling business that has sold off many of its assets acquired from Bernards inception of the company all the way down to .0001. That should speak volumes on the performance track record of the company.
But please, continue to drink the congregation kool-aid & think that a cashless buyback is taking place here. All I'm seeing is insiders being enriched with lucrative payroll expenses, and a CEO whose share position in the company - dwindling on each quarterly fin release.
When one has "taken the red pill" or been enlightened so to speak on the flim flam pikers sham that is HAON stock, one will begin to realize that HAON is nothing more than a short sellers wet dream.
It's definitely NOT looking good that's for sure Bucks. My question is, where are all those whales at - that on last PR were talking about buying up all the .0002's??? Bueller?
Oh! But this is the OTC! Companies on the pink sheets sell shares to raise funds! You should have known better than to think an uplist was imminent! LOL. . .
;)
HAON, with its 10 billion OS & pathetic financials is on a fast track to - nowhere
Looking forward to another laughable share buyback on Q2 fins. Maybe this Q they will scrounge up enough change to buy more than $1,000 worth of shares.
Good points. All trust has been broken, after all of those problems you've pointed out, how are we supposed to take their word that they won't reverse split the stock?
The more concentrated you are the higher the likelihood you will go through long stretches when nothing seems to be working in the portfolio. It’s easy to turn negative and cynical. Stay positive & focus on the businesses. If the businesses are performing the stocks will catch up

bucks, hopp is not haon's first acquisition. is hopp still considered a start up? is 5-6 time the charm for halitron? dig deep on otc markets, look at all the companies they acquired - then sold, and then contrast that to their financials. they lack assets. I'll give you an example - If they still owned PRD holdings in tijuana they wouldn't have to incorporate out there and find a facility.
Instead, findleys share position is decreasing - and we are relying on "one persons posts" to think that its all going to a cashless buyback.
Sorry, this is not my first OTC pink investment. I know how these games are played. The CEO's can't handle the pressure, so what they do? They sell dreams and lies, all for some shares.
HMMM... THINGS AREN'T ADDING UP HERE AT HAON THATS FOR SURE
WOW $60k for a printer that could have been purchased for $9-15k used.
this is such a POS stock. absolute trash stock, one can't even sell .0003's for fks sake. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that the $60k printer purchased was a used one from findley & the $40k early lease termination charge was a used property owned by findley or bob hopp.
The rent wasn't that high for the long island facility. Don't be fooled. The company incurred a huge penalty for breaking their lease early, hence the "one time expense" listed in the PR. If they save any money from the move, it'll be around $5-6k a month. Sure that's a good amount saved, but it's not like a radical night / day change that the company is making it out to be.
I agree with you though that starting a business does take a lot of money, thing is - this isn't HAON's first business purchase.
Maybe 5th-6th time will be the charm for HAON. Or maybe they will fold up & shutdown by EOY.
How are they going to pay for it? The outstanding share count is hundreds of millions of shares away from being maxed out. They are barely scraping by on the financials.
These acquisitions don't just pay for themselves, someone has to foot the bill. Do you propose that the authorized be raised to 20 billion shares? It took roughly 6 billion shares for HOPP to be paid for, and if it weren't for the Alpine fallout with the SEC, they'd still have more shares to dilute.
The only way for halitron to move forward is to follow the steps mentioned in my last post.
I don't really care about PR's nor does the market seem to care as well.
What I want to see is halitron achieve significant profitability, start buying back Treasury shares, selling said Treasury shares in lots that won't kill the volatility or strength of a run - but allow for organic capital independent of toxic financiers to be raised to pay for further expansion / acquisitions.
They could do it if they really wanted to. All I'm seeing from the last two quarterly statements is, an increase in payroll & general expenses while revenues are staying stagnant.
Maybe this quarter will be different. Or, maybe it will take the digital & 2-color presses to be operating in Q3 for turn around to be achieved. Either way, shareholders gotta see a different price channel than .0001-.0003. This endless all you can eat buffet of .0002's getting ridiculous, I'm stuffed and don't think I can possibly buy anymore shares.
You've put a lot of thought into this. What's your background if I may ask? These are the kinds of speculative posts I enjoy reading.
As far as the r/s is concerned, I agree it's just b.s scare tactics. Unless Bernard had preferred shares immune from the split, it would be idiotic to perform one.
Thanks, I'll read this more thoroughly later today. What's your analysis on the performance of HOPP? Do you think that they are spending money frivolously, and most importantly do you think that q2 will be the turn around point regarding profitability for HOPP?
Rather than engage in useless pumper speculation, (*it's not working to bring up the share price *), let's talk about the financials.
What is your analysis / opinion of them? Does it concern you that Findleys share position is decreasing this early on in the business?
There is more than one retailer that has close to the amount of stores listed in the pr & is a household brand.
Throwing anything you can find on a wall to see if it sticks is not doing "good homework". It's all speculation at this point.
Quackery.
In response to the last part of your message, it's going to take something more than a 2-6 million share buyback to convince shareholders to buy .0003's. Maybe if they put that $60k to good use on the .0002's it would make it harder for the market to buy .0002's.
Agreed, but companies on the OTC are experts at dragging things out just to sell shares. Look at how long the audit is taking for example, that was initiated in 2016. Lol.
Who knows. It is concerning to me that he is selling off his stock.
Another day of churning through .0002's again. The cycle repeats. What happened to the float getting locked 20 million shares ago?
Lol agreed. Don't forget about the blinker fluid.
I'm not sure at this point. If any of you besides derickd have been following the financials, you'll notice that Bernards share ownership position in HAON has greatly decreased. It's more than often a bad indicator if management is selling their shares this early on in the business.
If your going to come at me, do your DD first. Like your price predictions, I'm assuming the DD you've done is not very good or you haven't done hardly any at all.
Just cause you can't afford that many shares does not make him a liar. I know him from a previous ticker that many made bank on. Sad to lose a long but another shareholder will take his place, it's just the way it goes.
That's the only reason im still holding this POS. they got one thing right on the financials. Though their payroll costs went up - again , so I'm going to expect more revenues from q2 or I'm out.
Hate to burst your bubble but the proceeds of that note are going towards a shareholder dividend. If you didn't receive preferred shares last year, then you won't be getting anything from it. You should really do better DD on the note. It's not what you think it is.
I agree Shashank, it's b.s. I would follow haon and maybe consider re-entering upon next financials release - if their making good money by then. At that point, no matter what the PPS is - you'll be better off knowing that they'll have the money to buyback more shares. Until then, recoup your loss on other tickers that are actually volatile enough to make its traders money.
Gltu
No a.m damage control pr. Looks like haon is telling shareholders to go fk themselves. Let's see how that plays out for them today.
I'm ashamed at myself for buying this trash in the first place. I witnessed the progression of the dilution & diminishing financial state of the company, yet kept holding. Thinking that turn around was on the horizon.
Folks, if it seems to good to be true - it probably isn't.
%99.9998 of companies on the OTC sell nothing other than a good story for shares. $HAON sadly, is not and will likely never be a part of the %.0001 .
I'm really disappointed in our intern for hyping up these financials. It's clear as day why they waited so long to release the "kraken" aka filings.
Jimbob & confraudulate were right all along. Haon is on a fast track to .0001. just look at the charts and ongoing share dilution. The only way to win here is to short the stock, if you can.
GLTA. Tomorrow is going to be a blood bath for sure. - unless they issue out a convincing pr in the early a.m.
Gltu. I'm not selling anything less than .0003. I was going to hold for sub penny but this is absolute trash and a waste of my time. Slow money is just as bad as having no money and I can't keep losing out on potential gains here. I'm afraid if I hold this stock any longer that they will reverse split the stock or that it will go to .0001 for good.
They are broke and their expenses keep increasing. They don't know how to make money for anyone but the employees here.
It's been fun but you gotta know when to hold em, fold em, and walk away. Unless they issue a pr in the a.m stating that they have purchased an acquisition in cash then I'm out.
I'm out of here. $1,000 of shares bought back and they are broke as a joke. I can't believe I bought this crap, this was probably one of of my worst investments of 2018. I really hope you guys can buy me out tomorrow glta
Shorts are going to have to answer their brokers margin call this week. That is If HAON quits stalling and releases what they said they were going to do
.0002's are gone, sorry.
Marked it. Roughly 2 hours left until the day is over.
