What a sad pathetic attempt to prop the bid at .0001 with $20.. That poor chump shill is wasting his / her money on commissions trying to keep it away from no bid.
I sold a huge portion of my shares yesterday at a steep loss and I have no regrets.
Great job HAON, you've royally f***** over your shareholders. What a disaster this has turned out to be.
It looks to me like one of his past businesses. The best predictor of future behavior is well.. past behavior. I'm shocked to discover the skeletons in the closet, though wish I had done so sooner before buying in.

LOL! Your telling me.. I'm pissed that this didn't come up in my initial google search of the CEO.. damn I thought I had a winner here. What a f***** scam. I'm shaking my head in disbelief reading through all these customer complaints.
I have to agree with you Jim. You were right all along. Haon was nothing more than a flim flam sham. I'm absolutely livid right now.
Oh wait! I Forgot! Here's some more complaints!

It was a scam from the get go.... just read what all these pissed off customers have to say

This poor pathetic excuse for a stock doesn't even deserve to have a bid. Delist this trash and send it to the greysheets where it belongs. Too many hard working people have lost their investments here and fell prey to the load of b.s.
Absolute trash. How does a "CEO" lose a $3,000,000 asset?? Unbelievable.
Good job Berntard you inept piece of excrement. Your shareholders have lost a lot of money investing in your failure of a company. BTW great BBB reviews on archival musuem supplies, looks like a lot of your former customers were satisfied :eyeroll: .
To be honest I don't even understand how this has a bid right now. It should have collapsed. They are struggling financially and they have just lost a $3 million dollar asset. This is absolutely crazy, just when you think things couldn't get any worse they do
POFS
If your post comes to fruition I think an SEC investigation needs to be in order. I can't say I didn't think the same thoughts yesterday.
Old pr. They ended up exchanging the shares for a convertible note, that's where I'm thinking they went wrong.
Well imo they still need to sell shares for short term financing obligations and by having an active lawsuit over one of your companies major assets would more than likely discourage most investors from even considering to buy in. Those are my thoughts as to why this has been swept under the rug, but, all & all I agree with you - there has to more to it here.
Losing this asset in court will be a major blow to the company. I can't seem to wrap my head around how this happened.. Some loophole? Technicality in the convertible promissory note they signed? An explanation is required and I hope the company can tell us more about what is going on without disclosing anything early that could jeopardize the soon to be court battle.
The last thing this company needs to be involved in is a frivolous lawsuit that will be taking time and resources away from growing the business.
I had a feeling something was up with LTCP when they announced a plan to in their q1 financials to take the company private. I just didn't think that they would try to cheat HAON out of their end of the deal.
Intern! WTF is this & why was this not addressed in the conference call? We're talking about a $3,000,000 company asset stolen here! Please explain!

nothing new, in fact, the miners in the facility "could" be cooled using a non conductive fluid like mineral oil without having to purchase the particular mining unit you just mentioned.
Interesting posts throughout the board today. What price point in your opinion do you see EVIO tanking to in the near future?
your damn right it's a game changer.. to provide products for amazons grocery store which is primed to revolutionize grocery services???
best to keep this quiet for as long as possible. wouldn't want wall street getting word of this. it would be best to be before the crowd know what I mean? keep loading those .0001's while you can & gltu
hmm i'm really tempted to start buying shares of this again. that cc restored a lot of confidence. would like to start seeing weekly twitter updates from the company again. pr's can wait, as it's evident that they don't do much for the share price anyway, so they can save money by issuing tweets instead.
i wonder how that 2nd shift add on is coming along and when they anticipate completion? among other things mentioned in the cc in regards to revenue, the addition of a 2nd shift is one of the things that is really going to bolster quarterly revenues - when they get that up and running.
Sure did!
Hello board, can anyone please update me as it's been a while since I last followed the stock - but how many labs does EVIO now have up and operating? What are the anticipated revenues for 2018? How do you currently feel about the stock, and how do you feel about the stock in in the near and distant future??

How many labs do they have operating now?
It would be foolish to decimate the bid at .0001. I agree, if they are selling, then it's a slow stream at .0001.
We need timelines on how long the company needs to sell shares at .0001 for. How much longer do they need to rely on shareholder financing to sustain?
I feel like they are so close to reaching that pivotal point of success where they are bringing in enough money and no longer need to rely on shareholder financing with the exception of acquisitions. I could be wrong but that's the feeling I got from the conference call.
Anyways, the company talked about adding a 2nd shift, but they didn't specify a timeline for that. If they can get that done this quarter, I would be very interested to see how that affected their bottom line along with the elimination of relocation expenses for Q3.
A good possibility you could get .0001's. Stack the bid with a GTC and wait. One out of the many things I gathered from the CC was that the company still needs money.

Timber!!
On October 30th, 2017 the Board approved a stock buy-back program to acquire shares in the open market up to $0.01
per share under the following black out guidelines:
- 15 Days prior to posting annual and quarterly financials.
- 1 hour at open
- 1 hour before close
- 3 days prior to a Press Release
- 3 days post Press Release
- No more than 25% of the average four-week volume.
Watch and learn.
What exactly was this note issued for? The #1 thing about financial statements that pisses me off, is that they don't tell the complete story and can leave one guessing.
POS. Just took a major loss here. I'll consider rebuying in 3-6 months when this is below .10. glta
No. I think they will work towards acquiring a profitable 10m company in the central u.s and securing that manufacturing facility in Mexico like they announced in the call.
Sounds suspect. I doubt anyone could afford to pump up a 12 billion share O/S to .05. it would require a market cap of $600,000,000. again, this is a company that makes labels, signs, and what not for retail companies. Sure Amazon / WF may be a client but unless they buy them out there is nothing to warrant such a high PPS. It's fun to dream though.
What makes this one different? Well probably the valuation between the two stocks you mentioned. What did they have going for them? What kind if lucrative business deals did they have lined up?
All & all, at the end of the day - this is a holding company that has a manufacturing facility that makes items for retail stores. It's not developing the next cancer drug, it's not selling software to the government, and it's not involved in crypto or mj. Believe me whales would wipe out the ask in a heartbeat and push this where shareholders want it to be if HAON was really involved in something lucrative.
Good post though I do see .0006-.0007 as a possibility near end if this year if HAON gets 3 manufacturing shifts up and running, secures the two acquisitions using restricted shares, pays down it's debts, and buys back more shares to make the float more volatile.
Wow only $6.00 traded in the past hour and fifteen minutes.. Not good.
