Vitamin Green Strategy PR
The problem with the news release was that when they announced that they would "announce" their vitamin green strategy later during the quarter, the stock plunged. You know they would not have then release another story a day or two later had the stock not plunged. But they made matters worse with the next release.
They were supposed to discuss the strategy but they didn't discuss any strategy whatsoever. All they did was basically repeat what they said a day or two earlier. They said they secured a website. Big whoop. Where's the strategy???!!! What markets will be focused on? What cities? What products will first be offered? Edibles? Smokeables? etc etc. Will storefronts be opened or solely an online entity? etc etc.
Both those PRs had ZERO strategy listed and were a big disappointment. Frank, frankly, be more specific when you say you are gonna talk strategy and then don't deliver. You only hurt all us shareholders with crappy releases like that.
Like I said in earlier post....Snoop Dogg !!
Everyone email Frank and tell him to sign up Snoop Dogg to wear our hemp shirts etc. When that happens, this stock is .01-.02 easy imo.
Snoop is a biz man and would be happy to make some scratch wearing our products. It would increase sales dramatically.
Sign him up, Frank !!!
What's Frank's email, so I can email him?
VTMB Sponsorship/Spokesperson/Etc
I think VTMB was a bit stupid sponsoring/hiring/paying Ian Cairns to basically promote their board bags. We're talking an over 60 yr old dude with, frankly, not that much relevance at all, especially outside the niche surf/board market....and perhaps even within it. I'm sure VTMB could've found a more relevant/current/younger surf-related individual to partner with.
But what's more ridiculous, and I hope they get on this ASAP, is who they didn't hire/sponsor/pay. What VTMB should do is go out and sign up Snoop Dogg to promote their hemp apparel line!! Go sign him up, give him a bit of cash or a lot of shares or a combo of both. You heard it here. The poster child for MJ these days, and frankly very well liked Snoop Dogg, to promote their line of hemp clothing would be a PERFECT FIT (no pun intended). That could also segue/segway into the promotion of their MJ line of products as it expands. This is a no-brainer.
When Snoop Dogg is sporting some VTMB hemp apparel, it might be the start of the next FUBU !
The day VTMB announces such is the day VTMB pops to 1 or 2 cents easily imo.
You hear me Frank? GET SNOOP DOGG !!!
yep, Fast Track would be very nice indeed.
not here to bash either, but just refuting the claim you made in that you said the issuance of the stock options, not animal testing etc, would keep the price down. I was explaining how that minuscule amount, spread over 18 months at that, won't have any effect whatsoever on share price...even if dumped in one day. That's all I'm trying to explain.
And of course the best to you as well....we're all here to make some scratch.
Well it's to be that it's never really up to the company? If so, every company would be trading at inflated levels. I would think that all they can do is release timely info to bolster their case and share price.
What would really send this stock soaring??? FAST TRACK DRUG submission/approval... The beauty of this is that AT ANY STAGE OF THE DRUG DEVELOPMENT PROCESS THIS CAN BE REQUESTED BY THE COMPANY.
I would think that, based on what the company already has conducted and knows of the product, that this is something they should seriously consider doing.
Now we file for that, which I would think we have a strong case for, and you would see this stock, I would posit, trade at .08 minimum !!
(the bullet points were edited out during the copy process, so hopefully you can still make sense of it)

".....Fast Track
Fast track is a process designed to facilitate the development, and expedite the review of drugs to treat serious conditions and fill an unmet medical need. The purpose is to get important new drugs to the patient earlier. Fast Track addresses a broad range of serious conditions.
Determining whether a condition is serious is a matter of judgment, but generally is based on whether the drug will have an impact on such factors as survival, day-to-day functioning, or the likelihood that the condition, if left untreated, will progress from a less severe condition to a more serious one. AIDS, Alzheimer’s, heart failure and cancer are obvious examples of serious conditions. However, diseases such as epilepsy, depression and diabetes are also considered to be serious conditions.
Filling an unmet medical need is defined as providing a therapy where none exists or providing a therapy which may be potentially better than available therapy.
Any drug being developed to treat or prevent a condition with no current therapy obviously is directed at an unmet need. If there are available therapies, a fast track drug must show some advantage over available therapy, such as:
Showing superior effectiveness, effect on serious outcomes or improved effect on serious outcomes
Avoiding serious side effects of an available therapy
Improving the diagnosis of a serious condition where early diagnosis results in an improved outcome
Decreasing a clinically significant toxicity of an available therapy that is common and causes discontinuation of treatment
Ability to address emerging or anticipated public health need
A drug that receives Fast Track designation is eligible for some or all of the following:
More frequent meetings with FDA to discuss the drug’s development plan and ensure collection of appropriate data needed to support drug approval
More frequent written correspondence from FDA about such things as the design of the proposed clinical trials and use of biomarkers
Eligibility for Accelerated Approval and Priority Review, if relevant criteria are met
Rolling Review, which means that a drug company can submit completed sections of its Biological License Application (BLA) or New Drug Application (NDA) for review by FDA, rather than waiting until every section of the application is completed before the entire application can be reviewed. BLA or NDA review usually does not begin until the drug company has submitted the entire application to the FDA
Fast Track designation must be requested by the drug company. The request can be initiated at any time during the drug development process. FDA will review the request and make a decision within sixty days based on whether the drug fills an unmet medical need in a serious condition.
Once a drug receives Fast Track designation, early and frequent communication between the FDA and a drug company is encouraged throughout the entire drug development and review process. The frequency of communication assures that questions and issues are resolved quickly, often leading to earlier drug approval and access by patients...."
BigHorn...your previous post was weak/wrong...
As I responded to your previous post as well, even if the statement was read to reflect the worst-case scenario, 54 million shares would be granted over 18 months. We've already traded about 1/2 that amount in the first 45 mins today. Even if dumped in one day, zero would happen to the stock because of it.
You gotta be joking if you think that those shares would have any impact whatsoever on the market.
So, like I suggested earlier as well, it's best you not just read and re-post something, but first try to understand what you are reading and then you won't post things with your mistake-prone response on what they mean.
no,straight numbers as you seem them.
I'm just curious the trading app it came from, as I like the layout of it.
Is that an Etrade screen-shot?
Pennyking...
Yep, sometimes it makes me wonder if people actually read and try to understand the words they're reading or just try to prove their point without considering the obvious.
First, by the wording of that it isn't even clear if it is 1 million shares per person for that entire period or 1 million shares per person per month.
But for the sake of argument, let's take the most shares possibility. So that's 3 people getting 1 million shares each per month for almost 18 months. 3 million shares x 18 months = 54 million shares. That is nothing, dude. If they unloaded it all in one day, that amount of shares would trade hands in about 90 minutes. And since it is only maxing out at 3 million per month, it's even less dramatic.
This stock will have its ups/downs just like every other stock on the planet. But its potential seems far greater than the rest.
well I guess it would look back..... at those that didn't get on board !
If they really do have a cure for liver cancer, then there's no question that with the 3.15 billion shares listed as outstanding (probably closer to 4 billion now) that the company would be worth 10-15 billion mcap. That would translate into a share price of $ 2.50 - 3.75. So forget about a buck.
The question is, will they actually achieve such? If the science behind 485 is real and true, well, then it's only a matter of time until this thing rockets. There's no way a major drug company would not want to swipe this up and who knows what they'd pay.
If the science is murky well, it may just build slowly or stagnate. But I'm thinking that things will probably work out in its favor.
I don't think that there'll be any problem getting the patent issued. It'll just take some time. But getting a patent issued is not as important as getting the "drug" approved. Surely getting the patent issued would boost the stock even more, but when the "drug" gets approved, phew, this thing will do a Gleason (Bang, Zoom!!)
