Not sure why the excitement about this PR........Han. I am interested in your thought process...
you got me couch.
Any feedback to my posted question? Appreciate any insite.
hello folks... I am new to this board, but find the reading very interesting. However, I do have a question on this one. I am no expert on divi and warrants, but what is it about this arrangement would force a short to cover? One the divi and warrants are issued, does EQBM stop trading?
Interesting posts.....
My two cents...
If I were the ceo at EZ2 and had a copy of the NOBO list as well as knowledge of future events. I think it is in the best interest to wait until an onslaught of PR info is available.
Think about it. Publish NOBO list today (assuming it shows a significant short position ) you will get a nice run and eventually a return to current levels if no there is no followup on the merger. The shorters keep shorting knowing that they have another chance to get whole at a later date. Same game is played out indefinately.
Piggy back NOBO list with merger news (revenue hopeully) you clip the shorters wings for good at this point. The only issue we would have to worry about is being haulted if the share structure is way out of whack.
Myself and JB had some differences about his approach to shareholder relations on this board, but that is history. Hopefully, JB and Otto will do what is best for their shares and ours. Until I see any evidence of dilution, I can hold a few more days.
Cornell is not just going to rollover on this one. Who knows what litigation fees are adding up. The reality of this situation is we have a speculative play at best here. Fortunately, there seems to be some interest in the stock and time will tell. Play it as such, don't be stupid and stick to your plan.

I got the same numbers from Cindy. 185 restricted...
USC...My math would agree with yours....
Still here lurking greens.....not so fast with my $200
cosmo = the name of my cat as well. Maybe I should start listening to him. lol J/K
I would love to here your insight that justifies this as legitimate. Back to my question a few days ago. It appears that you may have more solid information than some of us.
cosmo,
The victim speech is not one you would typically like to hear from your CEO. After all, you want to see your CEO as an acertive personality that commands respect and drives results. You say it took three weeks to get your supplier to come through. I say who was pushing to get it in on time. Thats what we need here. No more of the its not my fault "victim" BS.
Skimoe
You defend a person as if you know more than most here. Hopefully I am interpreting that incorrectly.
current bid and ask please?
Have not been following this one close enough.
Does anyone have a current share structure??

Well boys and girls, I think it is time to close up shop on this one. I think it is a lesson to all that "DD" rules. I think some thought we had the leg up because of the information that was being fed through multiple sources. This was the first sign that something was wrong and too good to be true. Unfortunately, many were drawn in on this public optimism from figures of importance (importance is a funny word in this case). If this ends up being a scam and JB is a standup guy, he will come clean. I think that is all people are looking for in this case is the truth. Forget about the invstment, its gone. JB on a message board is troubling. His bedside manner when faced with criticism (some of it innaprpriate as well) has questioned my original endorsement. If this is a scam, I hold JB as accountable as the previous guys. I feel he has a responsibility to his supporters to tell the truth. JB, do the right thing. Poney up and set the record straight. I know nothing will come of this post, but if we as group keep driving for the truth in this situation we can't say we did not do our part. Thats more than I can say for our leadership. To that effect, this will be my last post on the issue. I have learned a lot on this board. Unfortunately much of it were lessons. Slappy, I agree with you 100%. I may not agree with your approach, but your message is clear.
Good evening Radman,
So...what do you make of all this other than the obvious? Do you think this has a chance based on yout experience?
Appreciate your feedback.
JB,
Give it up already with the banter. You are making yourself look silly in all this. If that is your goal....your on your way sorry to say. You are trying to make everyone that has said good things about you eat their words.
Good evening to all.
JB,
Appreciate the info. Some have decided to back you and some continue to question. Both parties are justified in their action for what ever the reasons are. Fact based or emotionally driven. I still look at this as an opportunity, but not without significant risk. There will always be those that critisize your every move or lack there of. LEts face it, there is a lot to question and be upset about. I for one back you as CEO until you prove otherwise. I think you understand that from my previous posts. However, engaging others on this board that are demanding answers, whether you can provide them or not, in a manner anything less than professional creates an image that change endorsement quickly. I am sure there are many looking at this board and when they see some of these exchanges, one can only question our leader and his concern for the share holder. Just my 2 cents and I think most know enough of the situation to dimsiss these exchanges, but there are those that don't. We have enough bad press. It is time to change this. Keep applying the pressure and do what you think is right. Thats all I can ask.
So JB, what is the reason for the E this time? other than the obvious? This one is you...even though it is a time frame prior to your first day of work as CEO.
But seriously, this is getting kind of old. Is there any update in the near future? Imagine if a company was as loyal to their shareholders as we are to this company? Everyone would want a piece. In the grand scheme of things, loyalty to the shareholders is quite a simple thing to achieve in so many different forms. Of which not one has been employed in this case.
In my opinion, it appears that the bad guys have hedged the crap out of this company for reasons we may/or may not be aware of. The only silver lining I see is that a solid business case is brought to light and the bad guys turn into our friends, on their terms of course.
How many shares are short now? Do we know this number?
all in my opinion...of course.
Greens...just a gut feeling on this one? In past similar statements you reference your DD...care to share?
Thanks...It represents what I would really like to do with my time.
MY appologies in advance, but this is for buckeye at RB. You seem to feel strongly towards the negative on EZTO and JB. I understand there is not much to prove the case as of yet, but have you tried to talk to JB directly rather than posting your continued, redundant , rhetoric? If you have talk to him directly and this is the way you feel as a result, then my appolgies for this note.
Skimoe.
dpb5,
I believe JB knows his way around a public company. I also, believe that the time may not be right to issue pr's. However, I may not agree with it. Tough call when we are on the outside looking in. My concern is with JB's recent comments. I have been in many positions of authority over the years. Most of these positions I was a successor. It is sometimes very difficult for an old CEO to break free and clear from his repsonsibilities and hand them over to his replacement. He/she will still try to influence decisions, push his/her ideas etc. It is the new CEO's job to drive the change and transfer of power quickly. The longer the power vaccuum lasts, the more we all pay the price. My advice to JB is lay down the law with Otto. Either your in with both feet on the ground or your out. Otto, needs to be responsible and get out of the way. Now this is just my assessment. The issue with Otto may not even be in this context, but this scenario is all to common. CEO's need to be driven and assertive. This company is no exception. If anything, the leader needs to be more aggressive due to the current condition. JB, this is what I considere being part of the solution. Go get 'em.
Skimoe
TJ,
I guess that could be possible. What I dont understand is if Cornell is the culprit, why not make good on the deal and register them their shares. They have the ability to be your best friend or worst enemy.
JB.
I understand completely. I just hope that the messages on this board have no influence on your decision making. Have a happy holiday and enjoy the family.
Skimoe
JB....
With all do respect. If a little banter on a message board can have this effect on you, what will you do when you the heat really turns up? You have to take the good with the bad as a CEO. You can;t please everyone and as long as you are doing what you think is in the best interest of the shareholders, that is all we can ask. Just remember, you are dealing with a bunch of SH that are foaming at the mouth for any little glimse of hope and news. I personally, would love to see you work this out, but if you don't have it in you to deal with good and bad, I suggest you move on. We are looking for communication and results. We have trusted what we were told by you and other. Shame on us maybe, but we live by our descisions. As you know, we are just looking for a little accountability. Apparently, this has proven to be the tough part of the job. As official CEO, you can imagine how far a small update will go. We have seen many on this board get pumped up over speculation. If the company would issue a small, quick update, imagine how easy your job just got.
Some food for thought..
Skimoe
Just got back in town...This is one is not looking so hot...hmmm
c'mon TJ. Otto is working hard right now. Don't you know that? Please....I can't even stomach my humor. I agree TJ. This thing is done. All I can say is if Otto can't give an update, then he must be in some deep s$%^t with this company. I wonder if the current health of this company could have been completely avoided? I think so...It is just a shame with the potential here that it has to go down like this. Makes one a little angry eh?
of coarse...IMHO.
Yup...I stated the float is the same.
Looks like there are plently of shares to go around...
Check out the new structure as of today..
Floats the same, but can't wait to see the next filing. Lots of restricted.
Authorized: 500,000,000
Outstanding: 271,316,667
Restricted: 190,286,249
Giff,
Any luck with IR?
This is pretty much a write off. If it makes a move...great. I stick around here more for the amusement. The only other place I can think of that is in an eternal quiet period is a cemetery. I think we have observed the grave digger doing what he does best for the past 6 months.
My opinion of course...
funny...I had the same issue today. I wanted to pick up another 10k but work got in the way.
Anyone still watching this one? News on the Horizon?
already have a significant position here. Just wondering.
Question to the board. I watch all this selling and then the PPS rebound slightly. Does anyone think that there is covering going on with all the shares that seem to be absorbed? Not really a short seller or pay much attention to the signals. Any feedback or am I all wet?
Guys....relax. I think we are trying to read too deep into JB's email relative to a time frame. I would love to see something in the next few days, but can't expect that based on what I have read. Let the plan unfold as it may.
Easily half the float...
Art,
You still like this one?
