Easy to explain. Vape's CEO is GrowLife's ex-president. When VAPE was started Kyle Tracey was still transitioning out of GrowLife so the original address was the same. VAPE has its own offices now separate and apart from GrowLife.

I personally don't think its to late to get in . I have been holding since .27 and I am buying more tomorrow. I see phot being around $20 a share in 10 years. This is pure speculation but it comes from the financing that phot is working on with their GIFT . Only time will tell but there is definitely a lot to like about this company
