Good question. Let me clarify, the bottles will still be for health food stores, etc. The orders we turned down or delayed are for "up and down the street" distributors that go to convenience stores etc. I hope that helps.

I am the CEO. I made that very clear on my first post! I use my real name. I don't have a code name like "Doc Holliday! I don't know why you feel a need to argue with me. I'm not disagreeing with you. I speak to the SEC every quarter. I get letters and guidelines from them constantly. Other companies on other exchanges can do things the way they are comfortable. I chose to do things the way I am comfortable. I am doing my best to make sure everyone has the best information possible in a legal and up front way. That is all I'm doing.

Thank you for your concern. I am not breaking any rules here because I am clear as to who I am and I don't release information. I have a meeting I need to get to. I have to rely on the information I get directly from the SEC not from a person on a message board. Sorry, but I think they know more about what they frown upon. You could be right, but I go by what they told me directly.
We are not on the Dow, NASDAQ, etc. They release info in their quarterly the same day they do calls. I told the shareholders I was going to release info about the CC this week. That's what I did. If there is a problem about what the information is, that's what the CC is for.
Thank you.
Buzzy
I wish that were the case. It was made very clear to me (by a phone call from the SEC) what the guide lines are. I do not and will not do anything that can even be questioned by the SEC.
Thank you for your input. That is why we are having the Conference Call. It is not cost effective to put everything in a press release. I had to release some information so we can legally talk about it in the CC. I can't break news in the CC but I can clarify. That is my goal. I am doing my best to make sure everyone is up to speed. You need to make a decision if you agree with our vision or not. You need to make your financial decisions accordingly.
Thank you again.

Update:
I met with the co-packer today. We are penciled in for a full production in about 10 days. The co-packer is a bit behind schedule. Once the co-packer is completed with the production of Roadkill, the Audit firm can complete the audit. (as I stated before, they must witness the process of raw goods to finished goods to inventory to billable goods.) They have all the raw goods there. They are backed up for line time. Our original start production date was 01/14.
Next week I hope to put out a press release pertaining to the production, a new conference call, our next incubation target and the year end numbers.
Please, don't believe all the outrageous claims written here on Ihub and other boards. This is a long process and we are taking things slow and deliberate. We can't afford to make mistakes.

Pertaining to JHOPDOG's post; That is true. That was a mistake. A PR Person that was hired to get press for a previous company set up an interview with USA Today as well as other publications. Before the interview the PR person asked me if "I Always wanted to be in the beverage business". Laughing, my answer was something like, "If I had my way, I would have played hockey for the Bruins etc, etc, etc." Somehow, he submitted that as my official bio. I didn't know about it until the articles came out. The interview with USA Today consisted of the motorcycle accident and the beverage stuff. All that was true. I have had to answer this many times. I'm ok with that. What end up on the internet never goes away whether it's true or not!

Update: Today I met with the Auditing firm pertaining with Fernhill. The hard number audit is completed. I was informed today that the firm needs to witness a production run before they sign off on it. The firm needs to physically see how raw goods are taken out of inventory, converted into finished goods, placed into finished inventory, shipped to the distributors, invoiced and paid for. I have a meeting Tuesday with the co-packer to finalize our exact production date.
Thank you.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone. I will be spending time with my family until after the new year. I'm looking forward to a fantastic 2015. Thank you all. buzzy
Look for news tomorrow. Buzzy
Due to the fact that this is a holiday week, we have decided to delay the news until next week when more eyes will see it. We will be updating the launch and also supplying information about the quarterly conference call. Sorry for any inconvenience.Truthfully, I forgot this was a holiday week. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. Buzzy
Look for news next week. (Tues or Wed)
I paid for 1 promotion. I paid for it with stock. It didn't work out so well. I have no idea what the other promotions are for or from. Nothing we do as a company is a secret.
I don't think it is. I am not selling shares. I am looking for investors. I will use restricted shares in exchange for capital. The company can't do that now. The amount of shares that would need to be issued is far too grate. I will be going over all this in the next conference call.
I hate shorters!
Look for news next week. Updates etc.
My Cell Phone # is: (760) 613-8828
I have tried numerous times to correct the 1-800 number with no positive response. I apologize for the inconvenience.

By the way, I'm a Jr. I was named after my father and he had the nickname. I've been called Buzzy my whole life.
That's not quite what I said. I said that it is every smaller beverage company's goal to grow the company big enough that one of the bigger companies (like Coke) would buy the brand. That's our goal as well. As far as the numbers go, We have them all in the quarterly reports.
Thanks again.
Buzzy
Unfortunately, I didn't activate the record option. It was my first time at this. I will next time. It was a success however. We had 50 people dial in. We had over 30 stay for the duration. I hope everyone got some valuable information. I know I did!
Thanks Again.
Buzzy
We will try to post a recording of the CC on our websight.
Conference call will be Thursday @ 10:00 am West Coast time. Look for a press release tomorrow.
You guys do know that news went out Thursday right? It's been going out pretty regularly.
That's the million dollar question isn't it. I am getting ready to launch a healthy kids drink in the next 60 days (under served market). The first thing I would do is to get in front of as many distributors as I could and see what they are looking for. I would try to see where 2 categories are merging and get there first. For instance; I was the one who talked to Calvin about the merger of the soft drink market and the energy market. Let's face it, energy drinks are the "soda" of the new generation. The idea for a "Super Soda" is sound but the packaging they proposed was AWFUL! If someone wanted to do a southern tea, it better be malt based like Mike's Hard Lemonade. You can do a slant on sweet southern tea and a sweet half and half (malt based) and market it as a beer alternative. Far less crowded market. Just spit balling some ideas!
Weaselman, you are partially correct. Some of the products were OK in theory. The problem was that they were just like other products already in the market. To succeed in the beverage business, you need to create your own category. The name of the game is distribution. You can't get quality distribution if the quality distributors already have competing products such as Monster, Vitamin Water, Etc. For instance, the major distributor in LA for Vitamin Water (before Coke) was Haralambos. They were doing 300,000 cases a month of Vitamin Water. If you bring them a brand that competes they will laugh at you. There is no way they will jeopardize their dist contract. The same is for Snapple (Tea), Monster & Red Bull (Energy). HOF were "Me Too" products. "Innovators get rewarded, Imitators get punished!" (Quote by Ken Sadowski)
I think I was the only one interested in building a REAL beverage company. The only person I met was Calvin. He had no idea how to do it. Jag had good intentions in my opinion but it was too late when she got involved.
I don't have a solid plan. I was just inquiring. I could put a real company in there. I at 1 time was considering getting 10 or so HFBG investors and putting together a committee that would launch a beverage. i have all the contacts to do it quickly. I've been in the business since 1995. The Brand you were referring to is A.N.D.. I went on to do well with it. I later sold the controlling interest to a National powerhouse beverage company who is in the process of re-packaging the brand for re-release in 2015 through their distribution network. I just took over another public entity that I will be turning into an "incubation" company. I will be using it to build other small businesses, growing them and bringing them public on their own on the bulletin board.
I think you need to go back and read some of the old posts. I even got death threats. If you can't figure out who I am, that's sad. My name is in my handle. Buzzy
I would consider purchasing the entity and building something positive with it if it isn't too far destroyed. I have made inquiries but they have not been returned. They tried to label me as the bad guy before but I think it has proven out that I was building something worth while and that was not their mission. Perhaps a group of shareholders would join me on this quest? Just a thought.
It's shocking to me that people are posting on this. What happened here is a shame. It had a small chance to be a solid company once. Someone should buy the shell, do a massive reverse, and put a real company in it. That's it's only chance of resurrection. Just my opinion.
