I saw a post were eeenf was trying to buy back shares on TDA. In my opinion I feel a buyout is coming. The wording like plugging the well means in this case as a precaution safety measures. But it also means in my profession a lot of wells are plugged when they have ran there course and no longer are producing enough oil to stay on service this is definitely not the case here. But everyone is thinking this is the case it’s not why they used this term “plugging the well”. In my opinion to drop the share price so they (eeenf) may buy more shares before the buyout at a lower price. Again this is my opinion but it makes a lot of sense

Are they working on coming current. The SEC is cracking down on companies that are not. Need to see filing soon
