Mr. Harry Barr
Yes of course. A body best examine the track record of Mr. Harry Barr BEFORE throwing cent one into that bottomless abyss.

SEC lowering the boom on Vancouver dopes.
We have had a trifecta of long time K9s get summarily stuffed by the SEC over the past few weeks. BCSC is useless correcting em, SEC not nearly so much.
The game now is to lure em all over the border (a suitcase of cash usually works) for the braclets and 5 years of free rent.

Robert Gardner's career is all about deals that end poorly (very) for the public.
Decades proving exactly what he's all about and what dum dum thinks they are are in a MUCH preferred position listening to the krap from the horrid source?
OLIE is done because nobody will ever be brave enough to hold it again, serious muttdog promoters included.
Gardner is on the SEC radar, big time and finally. Nada upside from the man moving forward, nor ever.

Robert Gardner sued again.
"Sunoil Ltd. has filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against its former president and former chairman, John Campbell and Robert Gardner, accusing them of fraud and deceit in connection with the company's acquisition of an oil and gas project in 2008. The company claims that the pair arranged for it to buy a Wyoming property assessed at $16.7-million. (All figures are in U.S. dollars.) A more recent valuation showed the ground to actually be worth $1.7-million, the suit states.
Sunoil says that Mr. Campbell and Mr. Gardner fraudulently misrepresented the value of the property to induce the company to make the purchase. The company also claims that the pair had a financial interest in the transaction, holding directorships in the vendor. The lawsuit seeks damages and a tracing of the money Sunoil paid, among other things."

Silver flat so far.

Congratulations for being first in line for the utter, complete, and total rubbish.
We have scads of Venture K9s who have figured out they can ply their wicked trade from Vancouver, into the States and WITHOUT any interest from the BCSC whatsoever.
Long overdue, the SEC is now spanking the K9s where they live ... and that means further promos from em are doomed.

SLV suxs.
SLW doesn't.
SLV recently released terrible numbers presumably because their contract miners are ripping them off.
Silver under pressure tonight but really. A week ago we were $ 19.
