They was in on rice 15 today put in a culvert told a buddy of mine they was going to get the electric on and the new well owner was Brian Ambrose the person that sold the well to xun for a large sum of money originaly. I felt that all of you investors needed to know this. Thank You THE PROPERTY OWNER. XUN ENERGY you did a lot of people wrong and I WILL NEVER FORGET.
NO.After they quit pumping the well I went back in and ditched the roads that we was going to do after all the work was done put in 1 culvert and pilled all of the shale that pushed out off the road into the center of XUN ENERGY road so if they ever decide to use the road again they have at least 1 more culvert to put in and some grade work to do to be able to drive to the well ....
One of the best was we are oilfied we are here 24 hrs a day 7 days a week 365 days a year you can get us when you can not get dial a prayer
I worked on rigs when the derrick hand rode the blocks up to the board . Iam pretty sure you are not allowed to do that anymore.
I worked doubles in the late sixtes and seventies in ohio west virgina and neighboring states I have seen my share of rig accidents. Some that I hope nobody has to relive. And do not think they do not come without nightmares. And service work on wells can just dangerous.
Working on a drilling rig is a dangerous job.
Who owns Rice 15 now?
ROFLMAO
If you wait till you have enough money you will never do it. I heard it was boomin down there is my old stompin groud was born in Cambridge and went to work on my first double back in 1969.
Staying nice and warm that is the advantage of retiring. Yeah I do not know what is going to happen to these wells. Hell who even owns 15 anymore?
Yeah they had a lot of trouble with the frac job on that well. And it never made any oil they took the pump jack off it a few years ago but never plugged the well the tubing and rods are still in well. And your guess is as good as mine as to where the money went but it sure never went where is was suppose to go. I see on skytruth DEP got all 3 of Malis companys for violations I kinda feel sorry for him in a way but he is the bond holder.
That they did not pay for in full and also did not keep the water truck or the brine plant paid in full. And on top of that did not pay me after I reclaimed 4 locations and roads that were built that was never used.
Jon Malice came out and picked up the pit liner that has laid up there for three years that the frac rig crew had left and put permit numbers on the well which every well is to have. I talked to him for a while very nice guy wishes he had never heard of XUN ENERGY.
I guess they must have been delayed from reaching their goals for SEPTEMBER
2017.
No I took my backhoe up and cut ditches and pilled all their shale up on their road and they can not even drive to the well until they put a culvert in and regrade the road. We was supposed to do all of that when they drilled the other 4 wells I was not going to let my property become a wet lands because of standing water.
It turned out to be ripple wine, saltine crackers and cold showers.
Yea I do not where the money went but I know for a fact there is several bills that was never paid and now there is several NOV that has been written from the DEP including failure to plug which when you get them boys on you its usually not a good thing and no telling if anyone from XNRG can even be found.
Yea I saw that I kinda feel sorry for NECP they kinda got stuck holding the bag after they financed some of the job I guess they believed to many people and did not do enough DD. XNRG had a real line of bull.
For one time I agree with you I would love to see XNRG prove everybody wrong but the have to start out by paying ff the bills the owe. Where did all the money go they raised?
That is a fact but yet people still defend him.
That is a different well on my property.
Yes and its to bad and that a company that actually loaned money to XUN to get the well completed gets stuck with it.
No problem I consider the source and look over it we will see who gets the last laugh.
That did not happen.
LOL and all the stockholders wanted to have me crucified back in 2014.
All i am sayin is Xun tore up my property and never paid the bill to reclaim my property and I have never meet any one Xun energy person I have spoke to Xun energy president on the phone personally and on conference calls that your CEO would not allowed to be recorded. But who am I Xun was supposed to be some be some big corporation with a lot of money to spend.
Word on the street? I would of thought thought Xun Energy would of at least looked at Vencedors production reports before entering into such a contract. Which you know nothing about and I do or you would not of try to call me out. You evidently have no idea how a land lease is wrote.
Somebody sure made alot of money.
My property has been reclaimed where the well sites was I did the work but I was never paid. As far as Rice 15 goes I do not want it it is nothing but a liabity they have not pumped it for 2 years the electric has been shut off for at least 18 months. I wish someone would plug the well. And I have contacted PA DEP.
Excellent question. What happens to rice 15?
You might want to sit down.
I think that 8k was a wish list for the tooth fairy to deliver.
Absolutely but as far as they are concerned NECP owns that well because they have it on their bond. If I had it to do all over again I would not have reclaimed the well sites and the DEP would have been handing out violations and fines for not not having the reclamation done within 30 days after permit expired . I have lost respect for any one person involved in leasing, promoting, funding, or operating in this project it has been a joke since day 1.Champagne taste with beer budget.
Also if approved it screws the landowner.
I never beg to differ but I did ask to be paid what was owed to me but that never happened either.
Their is no agenda here it is more like dream and hope.
Has anyone from the company stepped forward and said what they are going to do about Rice 15? I wonder if they have forgot they have a obligation here.
Thank you Ijust thought you may know what happens to assets at a time like this.
What happens to rice 15.
Just a few weeks ago they were talking about a refinery now its a power plant somehow the dream has changed.
