was taken by Majority Written Consent. The Board of Directors unanimously approved the reverse split as being in the best interest of the shareholders, and the amendment was filed with the Florida Secretary of State on July 12, 2018.
No shareholder action is necessary.

I guess, and who am i to turn down money when they show up it spikes, sell, then re buy when it settles back down.

I guess i just wish this thing wasn't like every other OTC stock. They have a legit business idea, that if it worked, would be huge.

The "pumpers" are really all my post was referencing. But i'm sure you knew that. You just wanted to respond.

In fact, i said how much i enjoyed this board. Mainly the positive posts, by people like MC, Coop, even haul.

Just can't stand the pump fest that's going on right now..

This board was a lot of fun and very informative about 2 weeks ago before our "new" friends joined spewing old and in most cases irrelevant information, i guess to try and get people to buy their shares from them so they can move on to the next big mover.

I'm still invested, and still think that they have an awesome "idea" here. It's just frustrating sometimes.

We were supposed to make money through GSL, and as i am sure you are well aware, that doesn't even look like it will ever happen, let alone the near future.

So instead of addressing that (i realize he may do this on Friday), Benny just flashes the next shiny object in our eyes so we forget how the GSL launch has failed now, how many times? Just feels like a slap in the face, that's all man.

Now our saving grace is Magika? Really? Nobody was even talking about Magika other than when we found out it was released in Australia and we didn't hear a peep from anyone at Redg.

I realize we cannot know everything, and understand that every company has to keep certain things close to the chest, but Benny is just awful. What is going on with GSL? TRU? Markplier? Hulu? Anything?

We all sit in here speculating as to what is happening but nobody really knows anything, a little transparency would be much appreciated, especially for people like you who have faithfully supported Benny and this company for over 2 years.

But you're only posting one side..

Why aren't you posting about the GSL delay?

Or is your intention to mislead investors to believe that there is nothing to worry about here and they should blindly follow your all caps posts?
