Had you acted back in Feb you'd be smiling now however if you fail to act now you may very well be saying the same thing when AMMX breaks through .03.
The way Marco runs DEWM would make it appear his training would be Scamology not Pharmacology.
AMMX at .02+ is just the beginning. With the coming news we may be looking at .035 in rear view mirror. This is going to move fast.
I would expect very exciting news within the coming week. AMMX is going to rock n roll! U heard it first here.
WHY? All indications point toward AMMX continuing to move in a positive direction.
Does anyone know if a date has been established for the Mensi Muck demo in June. It would be great if AMMX would put this event on a live YouTube stream so we all can view the demo. This would be great exposure for AMMX.
If anyone wants a substantially larger position they're going to have to offer much closer to the anticipated value.
We all know there is big news coming and the audit will get done, therefore, why would any intelligent person be willing to sell their shares at this ridiculously low price?
ANAS New management - Yea same crap just different names.
What happened to our transparent, hardest working CEO.
How about giving us peon shareholders some information about what's happening at Dewmar International, is it even still functioning?
AMMX WOW shares are getting bought up at a rate of 13 to 1.
It won't take much to move this up .005 to .01 in the near term.
More eyes are looking at AMMX and taking or increasing their position which is no wonder considering the sales volume and amount of positive news AMMX has release so far this year.
AMMX It's my understanding that if Marty were to sell any of her shares (Which she hasn't)as a director that would have to be reported. According to past conversations with Marty she has no intention to sell any of her holdings until there is significant value appreciation.
Lee has invested considerable resources toward becoming fully reporting and continues to do just that. AMMX has invested most recently in additional employees, a CFO as well as additional accounting support personnel. Things we don't readily see and can be more difficult if not impossible to control would changes in audit personnel or firms, changes in accounting standards which many of us know are a very fluid set of rules.
Although we haven't gotten the results we want AMMX by its actions definitely seems determined to do what's necessary in support of completing its audit. I think with a dedicated full time CFO and additional staff AMMX is demonstrating its commitment and urgency to the completion of the audit.
I would perceive this as a move forward as Hope will be a full time CFO. It's my understanding Tracie will assist Hope in transitioning including the audit background. AMMX appears to remain committed to completing it's audit in that the company has hired a full time CFO and added personnel to the accounting staff.
I would expect the next CC to provide some exciting details.
Seems though only 24% of the Farm Bill budget actually goes to farmers.
4 buy orders for each sell order. This is is what we want to see. I hope we get some good info next week. This thing could explode.
WTF Why sell now? Does somebody know something or just need a mortgage payment.
Why would people be so pessimistic concerning AMMX's completion of its 2017 audit?
I suspect that would relate to the fact Lee historically has consistently failed to complete any aduit attempt thus far.
AMMX may end the year as the best ever reported shareholders however will most likly AMMX fail to realize any great gain in the AMMX pps if the 2017 audit is again delayed. It's with great hope Lee will accomplish his mission to complete the company's audit and AMMX move forward to a position worthy of investment.
It hard to convince the market the company is so f'n great, sales are booming everything is rosey when the company fails year after year to provide an audit of the informal financials they release.
It's incredible that Lee places so little emphasis on the importance of completing the audit in a timely manner.
No Audit No Confidence equals depressed pps.
I hope your right, it would indeed be great news and potentially a huge impact on our pps.
It sounds reasonable however, one has to take into account Marco's steadfast resistance to being transparent. The financials as he has given to us over the years is total BS, would you want the fox to count your chickens and have no independent verification the count is in fact accurate? I would say HELL NO, I want to see that count audited. At present we've been given numbers which may or may not be correct using account systems that have not been test by an independent audit. We have the fox providing the performance level of the company without any way to test the veracity of the statements offered.
It's no wonder DEWM's pps continues down a slippery slope.
Thank you for bringing the AMMX info on this thread current.
Great, I understand it takes some time and effort and that effort is appreciated. Except for the audit delay there have been many positive events since the last update. Albeit slower that we might like Ammx has definitely moved in a positive direction over the year now, if only the PPS would follow suit.
Just to note the info provided on the site for AMMX's accomplishments has become very outdated. It would in my opinion help this site if it could be freshened up.
Best guess Marco has nothing to say and if he did it'd it most likely would amount to vaporware.
My sentiments exactly. I find it particularly frustrating that Lee as CEO year after year has failed those that have made financial commitments to AMMX through their purchases of AMMX stock to provide a clear accurate and audited picture of AMMX's financial condition. Lee, make it happen, complete your company's Audit!
June "17 - According to CFO Tracie Hannick, the completion of the audit has been moved to the first week in November. This is due in part to a member of the AmeraMex audit team being sidelined with health issues and a new lead auditor becoming acquainted with the project. There are no fundamental issues regarding the company's financial statement and accounting procedures - Yet still NO definitive date by which the company plans to provide a completed AUDIT
It's no wonder the market will not support a higher pps when the company continues the appearance of disregard toward its stated goals and time frames in meeting those goals.
I didn't listen in to this CC but, did read the transcript. Basically, the presentation gave greater level of confidence in AMMX than did the previous CC.
With respect to the past audit attempts Tracie made the statement "Again the auditors got behind and we didn’t meet our deadlines so then we were going to '15 and '16", from this can we infer the auditors were derelict in performing the audit and AMMX shared no responsibility for the delays?
In as much as this has been an occurrence over a several years period I only wish Tracie would have been forth coming with more specifics of the cause and more specifically what actions AMMX might have implemented to insure there is no delay with the '17 audit.
Does anyone know whether this is a sale or a lease? I found the news unclear but it sounds as if it is a sale. Either way it's a nice order.
I agree - smells like sardines.
My guess would be Lee won't sign off on disclosures the auditors would have to include in an audit. And he's been auditor shopping.
That would be a good basis for a question to Lee. He has to have the answer whether we'll get the answer is another question.
SCAM? What are you talking about, do you have evidence? I'm sure everyone on the board would be interested in reading your DD supporting the assertion DEWM is a scam.
Everyone here would like to get more objective information from Marco but his ambiguous and often infrequent information releases doesn't equal scam
Absolutely AMMX needs to produce the audit they promised so long ago but one has to wonder just what is holding up its completion. I would like to see verification of all we have been told in the past.
Without verification via an audit our pps is going to continue to languish. I can't imagine that Lee can actually validate any reason for the length of time the audit has been delayed unless there is information which would have to be disclosed in a audit that the company does not want made public.
That would be Shemica Moran.
Ref: insert-text-here
Did Moran say that he provide up dates by Oct? And you believe that? You must know by now Moran never follows through on what he says he's going to do. He's simply not reliable but, he is good at BS as long as it is a one sided conversation and he doesn't have to field tough questions.
If however your of the mind set Marco will come through now is the time to buy til it hurts and if your right you'll be a very happy person.
Good luck - I'm going to just sit tight.
Marco seems to have sporadic moments where he starts a dialog of transparency, multiple news releases then he goes silent. There must be activities within the company he could to share such as follow ups to previously made statements.
His silence adds to uncertainties and skepticism over the performance of DEWM.
Marco - Speak up give us the truth at least some of it, stop hiding behind a wall of silence this is very unflattering to the individual you purport to be.
Well any statement regarding an FDA shutdown of DEWM without a factual basis is simply absurd and in my opinion tendered solely to encourage a stock sell off by weak investors.
The FDA simply will not give advance notice of a shutdown.
Has a date for the CC been established?
The number one question has to be the audit.
If they failed to produce an audited and up to date set of financials anything else Lee could tell us will be of little merit considering Lee as CEO of AMMX has consistently failed to meet his self imposed time line to produce a complete audited statement of the financial condition of AMMX.
It would seem (only as speculation) Lee has taken the position so long as he knows what AMMX is doing financially F' everyone else!
Absolutely, The audit needs to be top priority if Lee ever intends to improve the market value of his company, investors are only going to take his word so far. However the audit may play out it must get done. This is imperative for AMMX to move forward, otherwise Lee can basically imply he has no legal or moral duty to those investors that placed their faith and money in his ability attain the goals he stated. As investors without the audit there is no absolute certainty that anything we are told by AMMX is in fact the truth.
I'm not trying to disparage Lee's character in any way I simply believe as CEO he could have made alternative decisions which would have impacted much more favorably on AMMX in the financial market.
