I can't understand why the company does not take advantage of the various internet media forums to market itself. Maybe it's a case of management not having the right individuals. There ought to be much more excitement in how the company has been performing.

AmeraMex International
Well I believe it would make a far greater impact if it were AMMX management issuing its expectation of activity in the coming quarters.
New order 2/15 nearly 1.1 mil.
AmeraMex International Inks Orders Totaling Approximately $ 1.0 Million
CHICO, CA February 15, 2022 – AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTCQB: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies, infrastructure construction and forestry conservation, announced that it has received equipment orders totaling $1,065,000.
Thanks, strange they didn't post this on their web site.
Zzzzzzzzzzz
That sort of announcement would be terrific but only if it's not in Africa.
Lee ought to be providing guidance on how the quarters are going to be shaping up. Hopefully he would have good information on what is expected for the company. Maybe it would be helpful were he to embrace using the Twitter platform.
2021 has been a very good year for sales at AMMX unfortunately the same can't be said for it's shareholders.
Are any more sales expected this year?
It's crazy, every time there's a sale the price dips. Need another 300 mil African deal to get attention.
That's been there
Y-T-D sales total approximately $27.0 million
CHICO, CA / November 16, 2021 / AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTCQB:AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies, infrastructure construction and forestry conservation, announced that it has received equipment orders totaling approximately $1.9 million. The new orders consisted of the following equipment:....
Is anyone having difficulty accessing the CC replay. I'm using pin 1016190 and get a statement the pin is not valid.
Do you suppose insiders see potential as limited, management as incapable or weak. I just can't imagine any insider selling at these prices were there a positive financial picture within the company. Although I guess some of the insider shares were obtained at prices lower than current market
I can't understand how they could go through 3 quarters before recognizing they were giving away the store, who was asleep at the wheel? One would think had this been addressed earlier in the year steps might have been taken to minimize a negative effect on the bottom line.
Looks as if Lee is prepping us or unfavourable year end profit.
Somebody is playing games here.
What are the odds a person would buy 19k+ at .42 then someone else steps in and sells 19k+ shares at a slightly lower price.
Seems as someone is trying reduce confidence in the stock.
I'll second that!
As CEO, Lee must be more proactive in promoting the company, telling the market that which is already accomplished is ok but no where near what could be accomplished were he to share the future story of AMMX. It really doesn't need to cost additional dollars, it just takes Lee's willingness to provide credible info on where AMMX is headed. It's Lee's responsibility to insure the company gets effectively promoted.
Each time the company receives an order and releases an announcement would be an excellent opportunity to include a statement on future growth. Such a statement needn't include any specifics but enough to give the market indications where the company is going.
Excuse the rambling I get frustrated with the lack of information coming from the company.
If there were a plan afoot to sell the business wouldn't it be make sense for management (Lee) to get the market value up?
Although $AMMX is seemly having a good year the market sees AMMX as a small family controlled business that is making enough to keep the doors open but there needs to be a stated plan for the coming 5 or 10 years. What's needed is a well thought out plan for corporate growth which seems at present to be lacking. There must be a corporate vision beyond just making the next sales.
Silence is not good.
It should be noted the news release today differed from most announced sales in that there was no anticipated shipping timeframe stated. Will these items ship in 2021?
Nice news on the sales today.
The release would have greater impact if the company would release some forward to looking info on its expectations for the next few months. The market wants to know not simply what's been done but what might be expected in the future.
What AMMX needs is some really good PR.
We don't even know if there is anyone at the helm. There's no info that demonstrates a forward movement. Without something to generate some momentum this dog likely continue to drop. Eventually there'll be no one left to buy shares.
I want to see AMMX share what it expects to achieve in sale through year end and the product mix it expects.
It would seem like Marty ought to be proving her worth by getting exposure for the company
I highly doubt a stock div would strengthen any demand for the stock.
AMMX needs a more consistent stream of revenue with more on the used side. What ever happened with the reps in Africa and the opportunities there?
It might be some helpful if Lee would be a little candid and share what is planned for AMMX to achieve more sales.
$ammx I would encourage Lee to offer guidance on the company's sales expectation for the remainder of the year.
It wasn't stated whether AMMX will be a stocking the product, type of distribution structure, will AMMX buy directly, or buy on a second or third tier basis.
If this AH was going to make some great move he'd have shouted it out long ago. Don't expect this turd to do anything.
Would that be an increase or decrease.
We can't expect much without an increase in people wanting to get in on the potential, if any.
Lee hasn't really done all that much to expand interest in AMMX$.
Given the share structure, Lee can do basically whatever he wants to do without having his feet held to the fire. But that's what you get with a closely held family company.
That not such a bad idea but under the distribution of ownership I agree it won't be happening. However, were Lee offer a dividend he would be the biggest beneficiary. A positive move for Lee would be to significantly lower his compensation and take a proformance bonus on profit after dividends. As CEO it would surely demonstrate high confidence in future performance.
I've wondered if Lee were to offer some equipment for sale with Bitcoin as the optional payment method if he could get attention in mainstream media.
Would like to see more referb sales, wonder how deep their used inventory is at present.
They are having a great year, hope to see alot more referbished sales. While sales are looking good much of the resulting profit won't show up for some months as profit not being booked til shipment.
