I want to see strong sales coming in, it was indicated by Lee in July potentially seeing a double in the sales volume over the (then) coming 90 days. So far nothing has been released by AMMX that this position has changed. I would suspect that as in the past we'll only find out as an artifact of history the projection was vastly over stated.
I don't know whether anyone has a similar sentiment but I find it highly concerning AMMX has a new Pres and we have yet to hear "anything" from Brian. This is his opportunity to shine, to highlight AMMX accomplishments and express how he intends to guide growth in the future.
Seller is only going down slowly since there are buyers not willing to hold out to see how low presumably Warren will go, it obvious this seller wants out I'd think without buyers he'd continue lowering the offer.
If Lee has a high confidence in the viability of Ameramex now would be an opportunity to buy back some of its shares.
When ammx was unable to meet stated delivery dates and suffered a significant reduction in anticipated revenue he had no choice.
What I find concerning would be that it appears ammx is not going to come close to achieving the order level that was projected by Lee during a July podcast. Having made that projection it would be prudent for transparency to provide an objective update as to the viability of these opportunities.
My guess is no, it's not over.
Ammx seems in need of a management team more capable of inspiring excitement for the company's future.
In July during a podcast on the 19th ammx management stated sales for the proceeding 90 days would likely more than double that of the six months however, nothing but crickets since. Follow up info for that forward looking projection would be helpful unless the original statement was just puffery.
We have a new president that we've heard zero from, what's going on there. It would be expected we'd hear something from Brian unless however the business will be "same old, same old model"
Thank you, won't do that again.
I would have thought a nearly 2million$ shipped order would have garnered some attention.
AmeraMex International Receives Equipment Orders

CHICO, CA August 22, 2022 – AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTCQB: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies, infrastructure construction and forestry conservation, announced that it has received equipment orders totaling $1.9 million. This order brings year-to-date sales to $16.1 million.
The following equipment was shipped to customers throughout California:
· Two Taylor XRS-9972 Reachstackers
· One Taylor THD955 Loaded Container Handlers
· One HAMM 32056 Soil Compactor
· One Taylor TYC920L Forklift
For more information and pricing of equipment for the logistics, construction, and forestry industries, or to book a demonstration of the First Green Company’s Electric’s 100 percent electric skid steer loaders, ASV Posti-Tract and Skid Steer Loaders, Menzi Muck Excavators or a Magni Telescopic Handler, contact the AmeraMex/Hamre Equipment sales team at 530.895.8955.
AMMX has stated they can be followed on Twitter (@ammx_intl). I'd like to know who has dropped the ball keeping this current. It would be a great place post announcements and links to other on line AMMX information.
AMMX has not posted an update since Dec 2019
IMO this needs to be remedied.
It would very minimal effort to keep this current in the
hopes it may bring more eyes to AMMX.
Is it known whether the number of shareholders has changed?
What ever happened to "Born" he had been an avid poster here. Haven't heard a word from from him for 2 or 3 years?
Hopefully, AMMX and it's new CEO will do something to spark greater interest in trading this ticker.
If AMMX is to achieve the revenue levels suggested by Lee in the recent podcast we need to see about 1.3 mil weekly for the next eight weeks.
If that were to be pulled off it would gain a lot of attention.
Lets hope he's spot on.
AmeraMex International Receives Equipment Orders Totaling $746,500
AmeraMex is an approved vendor for California’s Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project
CHICO, CA August 3, 2022 – AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTCQB: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies, infrastructure construction and forestry conservation, announced that it has received two equipment orders totaling $746,500. This order brings year-to-date sales to $15.8 million.
The orders consist of the following equipment:

Taylor Forklift
two Tico Yard Spotter Truck for moving trailers and cargo containers;
Tico Yard Spotter Truck
a Hyundai Mini Excavator;

LiuGon Forklift
All of the equipment is shipping to a container-transfer yard on the West Coast. The equipment is scheduled to ship in the third quarter ending September 30, 2022.
Management also announced that AmeraMex (dba Hamre Equipment) has become an approved vendor for the Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) program. The California Air Resources Board (CARB), in partnership with CALSTART, launched the CORE program to encourage California companies to purchase or lease currently commercialized zero-emission off-road freight equipment by providing a streamlined voucher process to offset the higher cost of such technologies. Under the program, AmeraMex will be selling the Elise 900 billed as the first fully electric skid steer loader. The Elise 900 is rated to lift up to 1,984 pounds and run for two to eight hours on a battery charge. The Elise retails for $122,000 without attachments.
For more information and pricing of equipment for the logistics, construction, and forestry industries, or to book a demonstration of the First Green Industries’ 100 percent electric skid steer loaders, ASV Posti-Tract and Skid Steer Loaders, Menzi Muck Excavators or a Magni Telescopic Handler, contact the AmeraMex/Hamre Equipment sales team at 530.895.8955.
I'd been hoping to hear words of encouragement from the new leadership, looks more likely he'll be following the old playbook.
For those that didn't tune in to Lee's interview, it's worth noting Lee stated that looking forward over the next 3 months there are opportunities that could easily double the current revenue and during the final quarter he sees the potential to do half again as much as q-3.
As I calculate what he said the year end revenue could push 35 mil. Will it happen, who knows, but I've been on asking for projections from the company and now we have it.
I see it concerning that Brian hasn't provided any statement relative to the company and how management intends to shape the company is going forward. Unless however his intent is simply business as usual...Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Was a response ever received from Marty?

$1.2 Million Equipment Order from US Military
$AMMX 6-29-22. $13.7 MILLION YTD
CHICO, CA June 29, 2022 – AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTCQB: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies, infrastructure construction and forestry conservation, announced that it has received an $1.2 million equipment order from the US Military. This order brings year-to-date sales to $13.7 million.
The order consists of a new rail tamper and ballast regulator that is shipping to a military installation in California. The new equipment is expected to ship to the customer in mid-August 2022.
Railroad tampers are another type of maintenance equipment that have greatly improved the efficiency and speed in maintaining the track and right-of-way. As their name implies, railroad tampers use hydraulic jacks to "tamp" the ballast, which levels the stone around the ties as well as works it underneath the ties for proper support.
Railroad Tamper
Railroad ballast regulators are also an integral part of railroad maintenance. They are one of the last, if not the last, machines you will see during track maintenance as they follow behind the tamper and work to properly sculpt new crushed stone evenly across the right-of-way.
In doing so, regulators clear the stone from the ties and angle the ballast to the proper slope so that efficient drainage is restored. They can also be equipped to manage multiple tasks. Aside from ballast profiling they can be used to plow snow, cut brush, and clean or dig ditches.

Well, can anyone enlighten me of any campaign designed to achieve this end.
When the company starts setting up metrics focused on growth with an objective of creating a measurable value to investors the market will take notice. The company must show its concern toward the investors, a start would be engaging a credible pr effort.
It could be company leaderhip has just lost the drive and just wants to coast, I hope this isn't the case.
The first quarter is looking good with $6.8 million so far.
