Back in Q4 '14 we were waiting for customer deposits securing their orders and if memory serves me the goal for that was principally met in Dec. If customers have placed deposits on ordered vehicles one would assume they have a definite vehicle type ordered so why is it the the parties in Niger take months to compile a order list.
Maybe Niger moves to a different clock.
DEWM unlike the bev company mentioned in the CNN report has failed to mandate prompt action by its accounting firm to get the financials current. It would appear the Marco Moran has no intention to bring the financials current any time in the near future. We heard from Moran back in Nov 2014, at which time it was indicated there was an effort to come current by the end of the year and now 5 months into the new year no financials, no update from Marco on the financials or anything else for that matter.
Seems strange anyone would spent trade fee for a 31.00 order. With e trade that would end up costing .023 pps incl the fee
DEWM - Big question on everyones' mind is when is Marco going to be ready to release a meaningful PR. I don't see anything happening with this ticker unless Marco is willing and able to come forth with some really good information on what DEWM has accomplished.
With Marco's track record of failing to provide follow up of performance of previously stated future plans any thing he may release short of actual performance will provide little confidence in this baby.
Can't understand why one would make an assumption this 12 mil would be relate to the truck deal? Or just wishful thinking. Lee has preciously announced the potential in other countries, possibly this 12 mil could be coming out of the Congo.
I find it odd this PR failed to make any mention of the Niger Deal as has been done in most previous PR's. I just wonder if the Niger Trk deal has run into some delay that Lee's not ready to share.
The million Dollar question...When!! Guess we all would like to understand what Marco has in mind when he uses the word SOON as it relates to the timing of future PRs
Weren't we led to believe that Niger wanted these trucks like yesterday? One would think the customer, Niger, would have previously prepared their requirements list for the first buy. Seems like something is being left out of the information we have been given, preparation of a bill of materials at this point should be fairly rudimentary, my god what have they been negotiating over the last year or so? It would almost seem the contract may not be as close to finalization as we thought it to be a couple of weeks ago.
Here is a link to a google translation of the Niger Govt web site

And...the yield sign needs to go. Hopefully, Lee demands a high priority on getting this changed!
That's great! Thanks for the effort.
Have the farmers been able to get seed? Any word as to the acreage that will get planted.
Use a starch based plastic bag which degrades fairly quickly and they'll be buying evening more bags.
That response makes it sound as if AMMX during the past several months has done little if anything to get their annual report put together. One would think a competent CFO even one working part time given four and a half months since the year end could provide reliable estimate to completion and meet that schedule.
Born Thx for the update, sounds as all is moving forward as expected. Was there any indication when AMMX would complete and return the invoice?
It seems to me the more beneficial option would be a share buy back which I believe in the long term would benefit both AMMX and in turn the share holders.
With the impending finalization of the Niger deal an announcement to buy back up to some number of shares on the open market over an 8 to 12 month time frame would greatly enhance interest in the company as well demonstrate that the company believes in its own success.
What about penalties for violations, seems I missed that.
If your looking at the entire agreement I agree. I was only looking at revenue that might be reasonably expected to book in 2015 from truck sales.
As I understand AMMX will take revenue as each order gets placed approx at 2 month intervals which will be about 3 orders of 100 units each at 12 mil per 100 units I would expect about 36 mil through the end of 2015.
Looks to me AMMX in addition to it's core business can expect somewhere around 36 mil in 2015 from the Niger truck deal alone.
2015 will be a MEGA revenue year for AMMX
AMMX This is GREAT NEWS. It's difficult to understand the logic of anyone giving away their shares at this point. AMMX is poised to explode, it's crazy to take profit on a few ticks when this has the near term potential to see silver.
DEWM - Good post Investo, I hope Marco sees this one and takes the time to think about the adverse effect this non transparency position he is taking is having with present and potential investors.
Did you get those .0035's?
Well you'd probably would've gotten your order filed with a .0036 but to save .0001 you missed it at least for now.
I wouldn't equate DEWM to PLKD which was a total POS. I simply feel if MARCO were more transparent with the activities of DEWM investors would react more favorably.
Is your statement based on fact or speculation, I agree Marco needs to updated the market on the status of the company however historically he relies on weasel words such as "soon", "shortly" in an attempt to inspire confidence in DEWM.
Its difficult to believe during the past year Marco hasn't achieved some positive results worthy of a fact filled PR.
Without providing some factual info on DEWM accomplishments PR's letting us know things DEWM is planning on doing begin to sound like BS.
We've been told of so many positive plans that Marco has for DEWM which if accomplished would dramatically move the PPS into the green, unfortunately we've not been given any info on successful implementation
I'm just frustrated with the news vacuum Marco has created as I sure most of you folks are.
Unless you know Marco will be releasing information on DEWM's state of business how can you make that prediction. This isn't going anywhere until Marco opens up with a positive state of affairs for DEWM.
HaHa! That didnt last long 410K share trade pushed it up 2 ticks back to .0048
It nice to see DEWM putting out info on the show. It'd be good if he'd give out some info on how well received the Kush Cakes are being received at the wholesale level. Are only individual packages being distributed or has DEWM been getting orders for cases, boxes? Give us a measure of just how well the product is being received, think that is a fair expectation.
I'd just like to hear something more than simply here we are at the show, doin great?
Great could be well we gave out 2000 individual packages and the responsive was positive or it could be we gave out 2000 individual packages and the response was great, we have received paid orders for 300 boxes and 85 cases going to 30 retail establishments.
I just wish Moran would be more definitive with his information on how the product is developing in the marketplace.
You got that right.
Not getting too excited unless we get a nice move up on the pps or Lee give us news the Niger deal is complete.
If it is indeed free lets us know how to access the feature. when I tried clicking on "private Reply" it goes right to the subscription options.
Maybe Marco will use these events to introduce the Kush Cakes?
investo would you mind forwarding the reply to me, can't PM my add' is gaf3@live.com
Are we going get a news release on the launch of Kush Cakes as indicated in the Hemp inc. PR 4-4? I was hoping to see that come in before opening of the market, it would be a great to end up the week.
Can't wait to hear the reviews!!
Damn I love the Keys. The best memories were before the 70's.
Well you captured a great shot of twin peaks!
Comon Marco chime in with a comment or maybe some news not the forward looking stuff.
YES we do need more of a catalyst.
Marco ceo DEWM ought to be the person providing info on the KUSH CAKE release. It's nice we got something from Hemp inc yesterday, it was big help to revive confidence but this should really be coming from Marco.
Do you supposed the Kush Cakes will be placed at all the check out lanes?
DEWM & Kush Cakes in the news - announcement this week on Hemp, Inc.'s joint venture with Dewmar International (OTC:DEWM) on the launch of the new Kush Cakes
According to Hemp, Inc. executives, there will also be announcement this week on Hemp, Inc.'s joint venture with Dewmar International (OTC:DEWM) on the launch of the new Kush Cakes, now made with hemp flour.
Consider you paid 3 - 4 dollers for the brownie shipping 1st class usps at mailer at about 2.50 - 3.00, a dollar or 2 handling. I don't see where 8 dollars is much more than the cost to make it and get it shipped.
People need to stop complaining about this trivial cost of shipping a small quantity of brownies and look for a bigger picture.
