Just as expected.
I take exception with the statement "inaccurate as it is" what did you base this on?
My original inquiry to Menzi re: a dist. on the west coast of the US was made through the Menzi web site to Mr Thomas Henke at Menzi and was replied to by Grant at AMMX.
If you can support this as inaccurate please be kind enough to do so. I have attempted to provide fully accurate info and if you can support this as inaccurate I'm sure the board member would value your input.
Ammx is a dealer for the Menzi Muck equipment. If you basing that on the fact the Menzi site doesn't mention AMMX your short sighted and plain wrong.
Any inquiry made at the Menzi site from someone from the western US will be directed to AMMX who will contact the inquirer. That's a fact.
I know, I did just that and received an email and a call from Grant at AMMX.
How closely involved is DEWM with hemp inc?
SEC is charging HEMP inc with Fraud.
SEC Charges HEMP
That's a foolish statement considering the type of equipment AMMX sells.
Could we be getting close to a large international deal? There are a lot of irons in the pot something should fall out.
Hoping to see some big Dollar orders.

There's nothing that DEWM is doing that serves to inspire confidence. It's baffling how a company purported by it's CEO to be making progress with it product lines is so unwilling to validate it successes.
AMMX announces it has selected an audit team and anticipates completion of the audit of the years 2014 and 2015 by September 2016
AmeraMex International Retains Auditing Firm to Perform SEC Audit
CHICO, CA – May 3, 2016 – AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment to logistics companies (stevedoring), infrastructure construction and mining companies, today announced that it has retained a California-based full service accounting, tax and advisory firm. Through their extensive international network, the company services over 2,400 clients in the small to middle market with an extensive international, national and local network of consultants, business advisors and directors.
The audit is expected to begin the end of May with a current projected completion in late September. The mandatory two-year audit necessary to become a fully reporting public company will encompass years 2014 and 2015. At the completion of the audit, the Form 10K annual reports will be written and submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for review and comment. Once approved, AmeraMex will file quarterly Form 10Q and a yearly Form 10K with the SEC.
“We are pleased to be in position to begin our audit and become a fully reporting company. The auditors have been reviewing our financials and we do not expect any obstacles to interfere with the completion of the audit in a timely manner. Once a fully reporting company, we intend is to apply for listing on the OTCQB trading platform. This transition is expected to provide additional exposure within the investment community, which in turn should provide improved liquidity in our stock,” added Hamre.

It is noted this site was updated to remove contact phone numbers of both the company and the IR. Is it known if this will be updated?
Has everyone here taken a vacation? I'm amazed there are no posts.
can someone explain how the bid can be higher than the ask and the ask does not get taken out?
Massive AMMX News anticipated March 7 thru 11. Expect news on next CC, audit developments and future business.
Many here on the board already know the idea that AMMX is being diluted is a complete falsehood.
I would suggest that if MH is attempting provide some new information concerning AMMX such as dilution, be the man and provide your backup.
Now if only Ammx can do this - CDii Up over 3000% on news of subsiderary receiving a 24 month contract valued at 350m
When or if Niger contract is awarded this could be us!
Who would be satisfied with the current pps. I hope when extra $$$ come available Lee will start the process to get AMMX to an audited status.
Highly probable forthcoming news will be released on 04/01/2016.
What point are you making?
The problem with this the legislation that rubs many people the wrong way is that along with the legalization there is a provision allowing for 10 constitutionally permitted monopolies to grow mj.
Then also there is another item on the ballot which would disallow monopolies.
If both of of these items were to pass there is going to be a lot of legal issues to resolve.
It's going to be interesting.
You probably noticed the toll free number is the same as Dewmar int'l.

I just wrote to my Representative in Congress to ask them to cosponsor H.R. 1831 and let U.S. farmers grow industrial hemp once again and thought you would be interested, too.
Vote Hemp
Has anyone heard if Lee has returned?
Don't forget about having audited financials, that will open up the potential for fund managers to consider AMMX as an addition to their portfolios.
We'll get one. But, it won't be the big one everyone is looking forward to.
On the positive note AMMX is a pink that actually has a decent revenue stream and is making profit.
If anyone out there has worked for a company bidding large programs with our Gov't you well know how slowly the process works and the hoops the company has to jump through before the deal is consummated.
My hind sight wish would to have taken some gains last summer, oh, I'd still be in AMMX only with more shares.
Our Day Will Come.
I would like to see the letter from Kim.

Those little plants must be weeds (not to be confused with weed) as they sure don't like any hemp I've ever seen.
What's moving our pps?
Most likely we won't see this til Aug. There is a lot of info to be supplied to the attorney, it's not simply letter there is a complete package of information the attorney will have to submit.
At issue with the Niger deal is principally the customer's in Niger deciding what they will require to fulfill their contracts. This whole deal is much more complex than just ordering a bunch of trucks. What I have learned the deposits that have been required of customers are tied to the contracts they have with the Niger Government. It seems that the deposit had to be in place as part of their bid package. I have been told the contracts have been awarded to customers who will ultimately be using the trucks and that these customers must submit their truck requirements (I don't know specifically to who) which will be compiled as a bill of materials then provided to AmeraMex for pricing.
My guess would be Marco is raping the company's financial position through salaries and poor judgements and doesn't want to divulge this by filing financials. It is my belief DEWM could thrive with different leadership both with the Board of Directors and the CEO. It appears the current board is merely a group of individuals acting as directors in name only to rubber stamp the wishes of Marco. DEWM needs to become it's own country not the Kingdom of Marco.
DEWM - Hopefully DEWM will be attending this Asheville, NC Hemp Festival Sept 18 & 19
HempX, a collaboration between Adapt Public Relations, Highland Brewing Company and Asheville Event Co., is a family-friendly event that aims to educate the public about the many uses and benefits of industrial hemp.
Presented by Canna Energy, the two-day event will feature a fuel/fiber/food expo with local and national hemp vendors; a Taste of Hemp with small bites from local chefs; educational workshops with industry experts; and a diversity of speakers and live music each day.
HempX will be the first event of its kind held in North Carolina and local organizers hope to shine a light on the role the plant could play in helping revitalize the family farm throughout the state. Blake Butler, one of the event organizers, said, “Our goal is for HempX to be an educational experience. With hemp pilot programs currently moving forward in other Southern states, we’d like to accelerate the conversation about this opportunity for North Carolina.”
Leah Wong Ashburn, President of Highland Brewing Company, also sees the need to dispel the misconceptions about hemp, “I knew so little about hemp but I’ve learned it is a different plant from marijuana that is easy to grow, has multiple uses across industries, and negligible amounts of THC. HempX will educate more people like me on the real value of hemp.”
In January of 2015, The Industrial Hemp Farming Act was introduced in both the U.S. House and Senate, H.R.525 and S. 134 respectively. If passed, the bill would remove all federal restrictions on the cultivation of industrial hemp, and remove its classification as a Schedule 1 controlled substance. The number of states that have pro-hemp legislation continues to increase. Currently, 23 states may grow hemp per Sec. 7606 of the Farm Bill, including California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia.
With a primary sponsorship from Canna Energy and support from The North Carolina Industrial Hemp Alliance, the event will bring a diverse crowd to Asheville. Thomas Shumaker, NCIHA Executive Director, said, “This gathering comes at a perfect time for North Carolina and our network of activists, farmers and small business owners will be there in September.”
An incredibly versatile crop, hemp fiber, oil seed and flowers are used for a myriad of products—including health foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics and body care products, building materials, automobile parts, bio-composites, batteries, bio-fuel, textiles, paper and many others. There are estimated to be over 25,000 products made using hemp.
Sara Day Evans, Executive Director of Accelerating Appalachia, one of the area non-profits HempX will benefit, is enthusiastic about the event and its aspirations. Evans is also a native of Kentucky, a state where hemp was once an abundant crop.
“We at Accelerating Appalachia are particularly excited about the growth of the hemp sector in Appalachia and the U.S. The economic and ecological benefits of hemp are numerous – not only can it help boost small family farm income, but the nutrients in hemp help build healthy soil – with very little need for additives, hemp is easy to grow organically,” said Day. “We are seeing an increase in hemp businesses and start-ups reaching out to Accelerating Appalachia for business development support and we this trend increasing X-ponentially as laws are rolled back. It’s past time to restore one of the world’s oldest industries, and a founding industry for the U.S. that brings together our economy and ecosystems for a more regenerative Appalachia.”
The Taste of Hemp will be the only ticketed portion of HempX. Everything else will be free to the public.
It is looking to be a very good year for AMMX. Just think how much better this will look if Lee gets the company into an audited position. Next to finalizing the Niger Truck deal as we understand it to be getting the financials audited would probably be the biggest news of the year.
Getting current with the financials and getting the "Yield Sign" removed is extremely important to AMMX moving forward. Many investors will not touch AMMX until the Yield notation is removed.
I would hope that the yield sign is removed before AMMX receives any large contract with Niger.
Granted he has sales, the question would be , besides members of this board that have purchased the Kush Cakes how many other customers are there and what quantities are being sold. I would think if DEWM were actually selling some significant numbers there would be an announcement of the product's success.
