My thoughts exactly! I know people like to look up addresses and call these companies, but we are talking about small companies here! If they were doing so good that they could afford an office building, a receptionist, and a PR agent, do we really think their PPS would be at the price it is?!?!?!

That's wild, to say the least, but think of the impact this will have on the MJ market overall. Wether you like Walmart or not, they DO offer low prices, and this will hurt, even destroy the smaller growers. Sure, there will still be a market for higher quality MJ, but the Walmart product (WallyWeed) will have a definite impact on "everyday" MJ prices.

I have tried a few times to sign up and haven't been successful...may be just me. :D

That is true, more or less. Locally (Central CA), appointments are advertised for $150 and up. Not exactly sure what happens at the appointment, but apparently, MMJ is the prescription...

No offense to Luther personally, but it was about time someone gagged him...there is a fine line between "transparency" and "bullshit"!!! When he broke out in his "total transparency" mode, it was well received initially. A company spokesperson has to choose their words carefully, and "Update soon, big things happening, update tonight, update tomorrow, update end of week" is AWESOME....IF THE PROMISE IS KEPT!

I know, same here. If you read these boards enough, you will see it is usually the same people over and over again. They are trying to scare people (mainly newbies, as everyone else knows better) into selling so that they can pick up cheaper shares. Some of the posters are pretty pathetic, but there are still a lot of GOOD people with GOOD info and knowledge here as well.

Exchanging general info (including thoughts) on a stock is why these boards exist. Wether we like it or not, and annoying as it is, we cannot keep some from repeating the SAME message over and over (that's part of the Mod duties, should they find the posts violate the TOS).

Yep. It was inevitable that halts and alerts would coincide with all of these sunniest suddenly entering the MJ arena. Happens in every industry that's ever boomed like MJ has. This isn't over, by a long shot.

I don't know it will take, but the sector will settle down and the scams will be revealed and be gone eventually. When that happens, there is no denying there is money to be made.

Even though Today show is a rag, it has millions of viewers (including me, what else am I supposed to do while checking emails and watching my iHub monitor, lol). I would think we will see more in the near future on the subject. More buzz about "real" sugar being better than High fructose corn syrup and other sweeteners, I'm sure the zero calorie crowd won't be left out, and that's just more natural (almost subliminal) PR for us!
