It may also be a large retailer (I believe Walmart was trying Alkame our in a few stores) that will be fully stocking our own water, necessitating the new large machinery.
New Bell Foods video showing the newly acquired machine was just posted to FB
Thank you, I did see it... the company really is making an effort to let us know what is going on on the campus... love it
New FB posts.... apparently we package blueberries too... and a LOT of them! Who knew?! ??
So you can stop quoting various parts of said rule now
“The rule is not the exclusive means for selling restricted or control securities, but provides a "safe harbor" exemption”
What Are the Conditions of Rule 144?
If you want to sell your restricted or control securities to the public, you can meet the applicable conditions set forth in Rule 144. The rule is not the exclusive means for selling restricted or control securities, but provides a "safe harbor" exemption to sellers.
Yes, we produce their Highdrate CBD Energy Water.
Eakle stayed more than $2Million revenue if they stop growing. What are the numbers if they continue the same growth rate?.... what if the growth rate continues to expand?
CBD just now starting to hit the masses.
Taken from todays PR of one of Alkame’s clients, Kona Gold.
“It’s exciting to see the sustained growth the Company continues to experience this year, signing five new distributors in recent months,” stated Robert Clark, CEO of Kona Gold Solutions, Inc. “The move to our new, larger corporate headquarters couldn’t have come at a better time as we are about to place large product orders to fulfill the demand from our distribution and retail partners.”
That’s right, large orders to fulfill the demand. This is just one of many products currently “Powered by Alkame”

OVERVIEW
OTC Markets Group designates certain securities as 'Caveat Emptor' and places a skull and crossbones icon next to the stock symbol to inform investors that there may be reason to exercise additional care and perform thorough due diligence before making an investment decision in that security.
The Caveat Emptor Designation may be assigned when OTC Markets becomes aware of one or more of the following:
Promotion — The security is the subject of stock promotion that may be misleading or manipulative. Promotional activities may include news releases, spam email, and newsletters, whether they are published by the issuer or a third party. See OTC Markets Group's Policy on Stock Promotion.
Investigation of Fraud or Other Criminal Activities — There is an investigation or other indication of fraudulent or other criminal activity involving the company, its securities or insiders.

Other Public Interest Concern — OTC Markets Group may determine that there is a public interest concern regarding the security. Such concerns may include but are not limited to promotion, spam or disruptive corporate actions even when adequate current information is available.
When Does Caveat Emptor Get Removed?
Facts and circumstances may differ, however generally, OTC Markets Group will remove the Caveat Emptor designation once the company meets the qualifications for Pink Current Information, has verified the information on its company profile on www.otcmarkets.com, and demonstrates that there is no longer a public interest concern. The Caveat Emptor designation is typically not removed within the first 30 days. During the time it is labeled Caveat Emptor, any stock that is not in Pink Current Information will also have its quotes blocked on www.otcmarkets.com.
One detail I did notice was people talking about this stock on Twitter and watching it dropped off substantially leading up to the Fin announcement. I think the Fins took longer than expected and the excitement died down. The spike will come.
I think you misspelled “Highdrate”
Lol, such difficult decisions we shareholders have these days
That would fantastic!
I am thinking it might be referring to the soothe tea, but it was Alkame Water, not Alkame Holdings that posted it, so hopefully it is something we haven’t stumbled upon yet!
Hatter, any thoughts on what this new revenue stream, I mean product, might be?
Who was wrong?! Let’s revisit your post #43529 shall we?
“I wouldn't pay more than 0.0045 because I don't trust scammers making exaggerated claims with nothing to show for revenues.”
Price was just above a penny, right at the beginning of a 800% run!
So yes, please tell everyone to keep listening to you. Your track record is phenomenal!
New Alkame Water FB post:
“Congratulations ALKM on the filing and PR, we just finished a truckload for an amazing new product that’s “Powered by Alkame Technology”!”
Good call, nac. Post a clean copy of the news yesterday and I will add it as a Sticky.
Another FB post and Pic added today by Bell Foods as well... the company is really starting to communicate more and get info out. Great signs as this story is only beginning.
Visitors from Japan?! Growth from so many different angles here
I like that we can really start discussing the plethora of products that are “powered by Alkame” and as each of these new products grow and continue to hit more shelves, we grow right along with them. 2M Revenue is just the beginning here, just wait for the ever larger reorders to come rolling in!
Trying to help out here RO, but it doesn’t look like we have much support today.
An excerpt from an older Facebook post made by the company. This gives shareholders a great idea of what is going to be happening in the very near future!
“The difficult part of getting caught up in the filings is that almost all the data needs to be completely caught up in order to get the 1st one out. All of the calculations, financial statements, derivative liabilities, etc... need to be tabulated and recorded in the footnotes and all the subsequent events documented. With that said, the K will provide a solid picture, and answer many questions our shareholders have. More importantly, this will also provide us an opportunity to (finally) get a press release out and update the shareholders with everything that’s been going on behind the scenes over these last couple of years. The Q’s should roll forward since the bulk of the transactions will already have those calculations and be recorded with the SEC. “Hats off” to some excellent DD lately, although it’s a little premature, but the story seems to be getting out there regardless of the filings. We have done zero promoting of the company, and have kept our heads down and stayed focused on the fundamentals of building our business. Our holding company has accomplished some amazing things, despite the set backs. And,in true turn around fashion, we’re coming out of the gates!”
Let’s see if slapman shows up for the EOD push
It looks like it is the fax number for Incorp, which is a registered agent service company. So I assume a lot of companies will use that same number.
Speaking of ALKM medical, did you read about the medical research in the 10k done with HIV treatments?
“Based on the study with HIV patients undergoing antiretroviral therapy have concluded that drinking sufficient quantities of Alkame improves important parameters of health in individuals infected with HIV. Drinking Alkame provides a significant boost to the immune system as shown by an increase in CD4 T cells (which are the primary targets of HIV and are crucial for immune defense against infections) and a decrease in the total virus load of HIV patients.”
This is just ONE area... limitless applications in the medical arena
Agreed... a follow up PR posted this week would be absolutely incredible. Not sure when it will come, but I can’t wait for all of the confirmations to start flowing in!
Exactly...
The impact of ALKM completing the 10k doesn’t seem to have hit the mainstream yet. Twitter is mostly quiet today about Alkame after months of numerous posts. I think there will be a lot of chasing when people finally realize and catch on.
Path of least resistance.... like going through a full audit as opposed to filing dark least resistance?
100% of the time huh?
The technology for alkaline bottled water has undergone separate double-blind placebo, peer backed research. One was with HIV patients and the other was on Exercise Tolerance. The feasibility of the product is clearly evident, and we believe there is no major competition to date.

Based on the Exercise Tolerance study, the amount and the type of water consumed during rehab revealed a difference in the patient’s aerobic endurance. We found that drinking one liter of electrolyzed alkaline water is more beneficial than drinking three liters of plain water, which is great news for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with congestive heart failure. In light of our study, Kern Rehab henceforth furnishes one liter of electrolyzed alkaline water for each patient participating in our comprehensive outpatient pulmonary rehab facility. The reason being, 3 liters of plain water per day exhibited 12.4% MET improvement in the exercise and fitness level per 6-minute walk /12-week program, whereas, 1-liter of electrolyzed alkaline water exhibited 17.8% MET improvement.
10k out!
Bid is holding strong at 25M
Thanks, you just did..
Officially?! Like, for realsies, though?! OMG!!!
News out:
Advantis Corp Sees Quarter Over Quarter Revenue Increases After New California Packaging Laws Take Effect
NEWPORT BEACH, CA - (NewMediaWire) - July 16, 2018 - ADVANTIS CORPORATION (OTC PINK: ADVT) is leading the charge in helping cannabis proprietors become compliant with the California cannabis law that went into effect on July 1st. Advantis’ flagship product, Amster-Can, is helping to fuel the marketplace’s ability to adhere to current law, which advances the company’s further expansion and delivery of consecutive quarterly revenue records, as a result. The company is also now offering a new size of Amster-Can that is a see-through plastic container with a child-proof lid.
The California packaging law that took full effect on July 1st, requires proprietors to deliver all cannabis products in properly labeled, tested, and child-proof containers. There are a few options in the marketplace, but none offer the patented, nitrogen sealed, child-proof, branded and compliant label that Advantis provides in Amster-Can. Advantis has become the top packaging choice of cannabis suppliers in Southern California, and is significantly benefitting from the cannabis law that just went into effect. “There are dispensaries that had to destroy hundreds of pounds of product on July 1st because they were not packaged properly and could not be kept fresh long enough to do so because of how they stored it,” said Advantis CEO, Darren Cherry. “It pains me to hear some of these stories. This is why we are expanding into these two new locations. These people need us there.” Cherry announced last month that the company is in the process of securing canning locations in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Cherry says that he has been preparing for this immediate demand created by the California law, and has the larger machines constructed and standing by. “Our Board discussed what this law means and how to prepare for the immediate demand, months ago,” Cherry related. “We now have two additional large canning machines that were constructed for us that are ready to be moved into the locations and will be at full capacity immediately. This will practically triple our California Amster-Can revenue overnight, and allow us to expand our product and service offerings through our growing family of clients and partners.” Cherry shared that he is in the final stage of securing both properties.
Cherry took a moment to update the status of projects that are in development for Advantis, and what he sees in the foreseeable future. “We have some exciting things developing, and I have an amazing team working in fantastic rhythm to make them happen,” Cherry explains. “We have a new can size -- a see through can with child-proof packaging, making it three can sizes and options we can offer now. I’m excited to see the Pet Division launch soon. We have some new products that we’ll be delivering through our marketing channels and partners; We’re finally in the process of establishing a more robust digital presence; There are potential partnerships and agreements that will rapidly expand segments of our business; and we are making progress toward our goal of becoming a fully reporting company by the end of the year.” Cherry has previously announced potential partnerships and agreements with organizations, and says most of these negotiations are ongoing because of the nature, security, and complexity of the agreements, saying, “We are nurturing these relationships while staying focused on what propels our business and vision: revenue. We are seeing 20-25% quarter over quarter growth in Q2, and already ahead of that only two weeks into this quarter. The rest of the year is looking even brighter as all of our hard work continues coming to fruition,” Cherry concluded.
I am ready for ALKM action, it could come any minute, but I am hoping it starts this week!
I couldn’t agree more... IMO, the best part is Alkame is producing so many products, the major competition will be fighting for shelf space against other products produced by ALKAME... I don’t see how we can lose!
