An excerpt from an older Facebook post made by the company. This gives shareholders a great idea of what is going to be happening in the very near future!

“The difficult part of getting caught up in the filings is that almost all the data needs to be completely caught up in order to get the 1st one out. All of the calculations, financial statements, derivative liabilities, etc... need to be tabulated and recorded in the footnotes and all the subsequent events documented. With that said, the K will provide a solid picture, and answer many questions our shareholders have. More importantly, this will also provide us an opportunity to (finally) get a press release out and update the shareholders with everything that’s been going on behind the scenes over these last couple of years. The Q’s should roll forward since the bulk of the transactions will already have those calculations and be recorded with the SEC. “Hats off” to some excellent DD lately, although it’s a little premature, but the story seems to be getting out there regardless of the filings. We have done zero promoting of the company, and have kept our heads down and stayed focused on the fundamentals of building our business. Our holding company has accomplished some amazing things, despite the set backs. And,in true turn around fashion, we’re coming out of the gates!”
