No one believes anything Frank says. If this is by some miracle real it will be amazing but doubt it.
Not exactly bringing the volume
If something ever happens here it's likely to involve Ludvik and LHI Acquisition Corp which Frank formed last year and it actually files with the SEC. It's just a shell right now but that's what I've been keeping an eye on.

Wow hasn't closed .0003 in like 3 years
There's a bid a .0001. nothing's stopping you from selling that if all you want is the tax loss. I did that with a bunch of my old shares in December. I'm still hanging on to some shares that I bought at .0001 and .0002 in case Frank ever gets his pump game working again
Looks like you've been wrong before and not around in 2 1/2 years. Are you actually Frank?
Frank is actually filing to the SEC with LHI so he's got something coming there. Still very skeptical WNTR is involved and even if it is doubtful WNTR shareholders actually benefit
Filed financials as well. No changes on there but perhaps something coming

Wow I'm shocked to see that. Had been in revoked status for a few months. Looks like Frank's still planning to do something with WNTR.
Found him:

Looks like he's setting up a new scam. Shocking he actually file a company with the SEC and no mention of WNTR in it.
Apparently Frank is now just in the business of making websites. Here's another one:

What is Nodify? Are you a company that's had dealings with Frank? Or are you a group of investors?
Looks like Frankie was in court this morning.

Mine are still there
Q1 financials out. Basically no change from last q. Only good news is no additional diluting in 2017 so far.

Looks like Frank may be diluting for legal fees. Someone finally suing him. Not sure who Nodify is but will post if I find any more

Annual report filed. Looks even worse than expected. Guess it's a little relief that Frank's still filing. Didn't even bother to PR it this time though
True but the problem is we've been seeing similar puzzle pieces for 3 years and nothing's ever happened
Interesting. I've reached out to him as well as he's reassured me in the past that good things are coming. Will let you know what I hear
But he said he's still advising? That seems weird
Sounds like a Frank email. TA website is below. I reached out a while back but they didn't tell me anything
https://www.transferonline.com/AboutUs/ClientDetail/I-Texts-Inc-
Email David@i-texts.com
I got an email from him about 2 years so not sure if that's still good. You could also try connecting via LinkedIn which he is on. I actually think i-texts is either out of business or struggling mightily? - I was signed up for their service and haven't gotten a text in over a year.
I think the only hope here is wntr merges w ludvik and we benefit from unitiv/Seegee/Martin/starnet acquisitions. Frank is definitely involved with unitiv and I've seen his name connected to the others. But who knows if we ever benefit - I'm certainly skeptical and frustrated after all these years.
When did you email Alan? He usually gets back to me pretty quickly
Haha wasn't expecting that til tomorrow. Frank must be making it a 4 day weekend

Ludvik Holdings Forms TechHoldings
WILLIAMSBURG, VA--(Marketwired - Nov 10, 2016) - Ludvik Holdings, Inc. announced today that it has formed a wholly owned subsidiary TechHoldings, Inc. The Company is in the business of acquiring and operating information technology companies.
Information Technology ("IT") companies are highly fragmented firms unable to meet the scale and breadth of large company demands. According to Deloitte, the market is expected to grow from $70 billion to more than $250 billion by 2017. The industry is highly fragmented with the 50 largest companies accounting for only about 40 percent of the revenues. At one end of the spectrum are the large technology conglomerates. These companies have broad service offerings and global reach which give them the ability to provide outsourcing services to big corporate customers; however, industry experts note that these firms are increasingly unable to react effectively and timely to the ever emerging needs of their customers. At the other end of the spectrum there is a huge concentration of highly fragmented firms unable to meet the scale and breadth of large company demands.
The company intends to acquire a number of Information Technology ("IT") companies to build its market presence through consolidation. The company is uniquely positioned to benefit from the trend back to enterprise solutions with its focus on wide-scale software, hardware, and user support. Industry experts predict a re-focus on Enterprise Solutions after many years of concentration on individualized computing. Indeed, as Paul Sallomi, Vice Chairman and US Technology Leader for Deloitte notes, "Enterprise quests for greater efficiency and competitive advantage through IT will drive significant tech sector growth in 2015 and beyond." Source: 2015 Technology Outlook, Deloitte US.
The acquisitions strategy is to create a diversified portfolio of companies. The target companies will have a combination of hardware, software and maintenance sales for recurring revenue. The acquisition strategy includes being able to identify synergistic intellectual property that can be added to the company's intellectual property portfolio.
The Company intends to complete the acquisition of existing subsidiaries and additional companies for a proforma sales of $50 million dollars in 2017, with a proforma Earnings Before Interest Tax and Depreciation ("EBITDA"), of $5 million dollars for 2017. TechHoldings, Inc. has recently retained an auditing firm to complete consolidated financial audit of the company's acquisitions and intends to become a publicly trading company in 2017.
The TechHoldings transaction is intended to provide a liquidity event for the shareholders of Ludvik Holdings, Inc. in the first quarter of 2017.

You are right I was the poster that put that press release out there. Have never actually seen it released to the public.
Who'd you speak to at seegee? Every person who picks up the phone at a company doesn't necessarily know the ownership structure.
Check linkedin for someone named Ryan Messer who is the Director of Business Development @ Seegee AND Unitiv
Interesting link of 2 companies that have Franks name on them at the Nevada SOS
Don't know what's happening here and if/when WNTR shareholders benefit but these are legitimate companies that frank is somehow connected to
Extension to Dec 31 just released.
Haven't heard back from you. Any luck getting in touch with Alan?
Will do but please resend email as I just confirmed I sent it to the address you sent me
You get my email? Make contact with Alan?
Np. PM me your email if you want me to send you what he sent me as well
alan@rwwentworth.com
Don't have PM. I have no unpublic info but I bet if you email Alan you'll feel better
I'd encourage you to reach out to Alan Rude on the BOD for WNTR. He responds quickly and if you look into his background it's pretty impressive (especially compared to Frank's).
Any reason why? Love to see some movement here
No information here... Its just become a pretty easy pattern to follow
