Correct, no filing. Some BS story tied to an S3 from 2 months ago, and then Benzinga reported it as dilution at .55 cents. Total BS. Luckily I was watching so got out and back in. Not a lot of profit on 15k shares, but an ahead as of now. I’m out the rest of the week, so had it been any other day I wouldn’t have been watching.
SMFL - Nice! And a pat on my own back before I go on vacay. Saw the BS and bought the dip. Maybe now some more PT's, and maybe a lawsuit against Benzinga...how nice would that be? Probably not worth the money, but nice to see the company fight back.
HCTI twenty cent swing in seconds...could be interesting if my hunch of news is correct. L2 looks thin after this small wall at .5718.
$HCTI - Yeah, I posted last Friday that it had some abnormal volume and was trading kind of funny...funny, as in a really wide range. I held my .52xx's from last Friday in hopes that today would maybe be some news. More of just a lotto play for me. But really starting to move again here.
SMFL and there is the correction. No offering. Bought back my .40s that I sold at .59xx.
So going back through the SMFL news, and I've only seen the dilution news hit once on my scanner. What's odd is that I don't see any PR from the company, nor did I see any sort of SEC filing from today. There was one a week ago from 8/22 that ties back to a filing posted to the SEC on 6/28, so the 53Mish shares has been known about for a while.
I'm most likely wrong, but a lot of times it seems to me with dilution that the company posts a PR when everything is closed...also, trying to figure out the news today that hit my scanner versus the filing last week. I kept 500 shares to watch, but they are at an .83 average.
We'll see what comes of the trading day.
Yep, saw it. So much for my .40s doubling. Still got almost 50% though, so can't complain.
$SMFL - Edit again...and just like that it's killed. LOL.
Volume today is close to passing the volume traded all of last week. Will be watching the weekly on this one, as it's possible we could see the weekly PSAR flip bullish for the first time since IPO. It's maybe a long shot, but we'll see if there is any other news to follow the $8 PT.
Still holding my shares acquired in the low .40's. Looking for 100% gain minimum, but will watch that weekly closely.
$SMFL - Edit - $8PT
What's up?
Which, btw, data shows they have the most effective Hep B vaccine on the market, and they might be the first to offer a pan corona vaccine. Moderna and Pfizer better get on their horse.
Yeah, they should be good there. Just haven’t published it yet. They were over $1 for 10+ days a few weeks ago.
Sounds like they replaced their canceled shares with a new registration. I’m at happy hour. Will catch whatever news come Monday.
VBIV can someone check their L2, looks super thin here to me. Not much in the way to get to $2s on my active trader pro
$VBIV canceled ATM with Jeffries
$HCTI - Probably a dumb move, but I snagged some .52's to hold over the weekend. Looking back at the chart the last time it really ran it had similar volume on Friday, and then...BAM...Monday it broke loose. The trading pattern seems a bit odd today, but it was just odd enough to get me looking.
$HCTI .56 - Still acting a bit crazy today. Unsure why, but dips into the forties are being bought up.
$HCTI .525 with a massive volume spike.
STBX interesting. Halt down, almost immediately followed by a halt up. Which way next?
MITQ - Yeah, I'm hoping they have some solid earnings. I love how they update their rev forecast for the year at each ER. Hopefully this one gets what it deserves and pops to $3+. It's still a crazy low float, and they were buying back some (or had it authorized anyway), so the float may be lower than what's currently shown out there on Yahoo or wherever.
TGL, know nothing about it. Put it on watch per Marks post, but am only interested in a day trade. Pretty volatile, which is good for a trade, but can't seem to get a feel for it. It's been down several days in a row, so it seems that it's due for a green close. But to go from the HOD to LOD in an hour or so, that is never exciting. I'll be watching to see if it can get back over $5.10ish with some volume. If so, I might bite.
$TGL - That move took out some stops.
$TGL a volatile one. Good add down here on this dip, or done for the day? Could be the lunchtime lull, but I'm not sure for a day trade for me. Now where is my crystal ball? LOL
$BSFC might get back on your radar (if it ever fell off). I see EF Hutton put out a $2.50 PT today, which is about 100% from here. Not sure if we'll see that massive squeeze like months ago, but the price has seemed steady in this $1.20-$1.30 range. Bolli's are starting to pinch...just needs a big volume day to get the ball rolling.
Great call on the 530 AH's move. It's really picked up in the last 20-30 minutes. Currently not in, but may look at another swing. We'll see. If I get in, it won't be much, and I'll be out by 8 ET.
Yeah, looks like it never traded 8/17. No idea on opening price Monday. No doubt that it could go gangbusters tonight...but maybe it falls flat too. I tried a lotto play for AH's. Wasn't in before. The buy would've been yesterday, like you...or when I saw it pull back to $20's earlier this morning...but I stayed away. I should've grabbed at least 100-200 shares on this mornings $20's pullback, but hadn't banked any profits for the day. My day trades, I'm in and out in this market. All my profits are getting set aside. Unfortunately, I'm missing out on some huge runs, but everyone trades by their own rules.
$GCT - Good thing I only bought a lottery tickets worth. LOL. I was actually up a couple bucks per share shortly after I bought, but held. Now just on the sidelines. It was worth a chance. Hope it blows $60 for you and everyone else. If I was in with a teens average, I'd stay to play.
$GCT - I grabbed a lottery tickets worth for AH's. Let's see that $60 break.
$BRSH - Did push to a new HOD. Out for my day trade from $2.10. It will probably run like hell now that I'm gone. LOL.
$BRSH $2.18...pushing a bit. Volume has spiked, but not to the levels we've hoped for. Still 30 minutes til the close, so we'll see.
$BRSH hasn't done much all day after I bought, but now climbing a little. Maybe some volume will help push it to new highs before the close.
$MITQ should have ER coming soon. This one is getting a bigger pre-ER run than the last few. The last few have been slightly smaller runs, with the big run post ER. Maybe if this one can get the same post ER run it will finally get back up in the $2-$3 range. Float is low enough that it could pop, but everyone is quick to sell these days once up a large percentage.
$BRSH - Grabbed some on this dip. Let's see a run with numerous halts. ;)
You the man! Thank you for the list.
Which ones you got in mind? I want to buy now. LOL. I need to catch lightning in the bottle with one of these day trades. Was out all of yesterday, so missed DRUG, among others.
Wow. Left for golf league at 330 ET, and looks like I missed out on all sorts of AHs fun. Congrats! May tomorrow be my day. lol.
$APPH - Back in play after earnings? Not sure if we'll see $2.XX's again or not.
I want to play too, but was hoping to see the gap to yesterday's close at $1.52 fill up. Might have to grab a starter just in case, as it is looking ripe.
$SMFL news. Let's see what happens. This one has never even got a sniff of it's IPO price. Hell, just to get back to that $3 mark would be a great run.
Used to love me some $VUZI. Don't have any of it currently, but still have it on the watchlist. I had noticed it has been trending northward, but assumed that was just related to the upward tick across the board in tech. Cheers if you have some.
$VTNR - Knocking on the door of the $7.97 level. It's through as I'm posting, watch $8.27. If it gets through there, don't be surprised if you see a run north of $9 today. It spent a lot of the PM yesterday trading around $10 after the 10-Q was released.
PS - Still long VTNR in my long account, naturally. But have some shares for trading in my play account.
$VTNR - $7.87 trying to get back over the 50ma on the weekly at $7.97. They stepped on it big time in Q2 with a hedge for 50% of their oil that they produced. Still almost $1B in rev's on the quarter, and after a 50% haircut to the pps yesterday, I'm liking this if it can bust over $8.
