.08-.12 It always ends up back in that range eventually.
Best post of the year!
PR's comments, while redundant, are correct. Everything is paid from diluting/issuing stock. The company loses money consistently, while those in charge rake in the dough.
I wish they would have taught this in high school economics. I'd be rich by now.
Once it is known that this is a MJ stock, this will take off. "Wisdom Homes of America" doesn't really convey that.
I only found it by accident.
Patience folks. This one is going to make us some $. I'm in at $.0025 My ask price is $.11
I doubt anyone on board here sold today at those low prices, and the O/S and float didn't change, so it wasn't dilution. My guess is that someone who bought several million shares at .001 back in March just realized they made a 250% profit and sold them to the highest bidder. Lucky are the ones who had the funds to buy them cheap.
My Drunk DD says it's going to eleven!
If you must invest in penny weed stocks,PHOT is not a good one. The amount of outstanding shares is ridiculous. They can dilute this to the ground. Find one with low O/S and low float.
The last part of my buy order just filled at .0025. Now I can relax and enjoy the ride.
Don't know who's selling at .0025, but I'm the one who's been buying all I can at that price. It's been coming in small chunks. Last one 50000 shares. Sorry for bringing the PPS down, but I didn't want to miss out on this one. I'm almost done buying, then the price can go up:)
Because next year around 4/20, it will spike again and you can get your money back. This stock relays on hype. It has no actual value.
I only know of 4 stocks that have made it off the greys since Jan 2000. None have done well afterwords, yet. That being said, we're talking 4 out of approx 2300 suspensions, it's so rare that there's not much precedence to answer your question.
The lucky 4 are EMGE, EDVP, CANN, PHOT.
I'm going to have to look up how to short stocks, this one is prime.
Well yes, it is. The bid is the highest price someone will pay to buy, the ask is what someone is willing to sell for at that particular time. No MM's involved, just people.
You keep saying that, but PHOT is unsolicited quotes only. MM's have nothing to do with the bid/ask.
Somewhere around 2500 tickers have been suspended since the year 2000. Only 3 or 4 have made it off the greys, and none of those have done well after. It is much more likely that PHOT will be revoked than go back to the OTC. A suspension is a death sentence 99.9% of the time.
Google this; "The SEC just suspended my stock, now what". The article explains it pretty clearly.
This thing is going to spike tomorrow and the next day. A day traders dream come true.
Only has happened twice since 1/1/2000. emge and edvp. Someone said 3 times, I'm not aware of the third one. CANN beat the odds. Became 3 or 4 out of over 2200. No crow needs to be eatin'. The people that were warning you about suspended grey stocks were correct. You folks still holding got "slot machine" lucky:)

My guess is not many people know about the up listing yet. Yahoo isn't even showing it as pink yet. Most investors that got burned by CANN likely aren't following it any more. Because why bother? A suspension is almost always a death sentence for any ticker. I would have bought today except it takes 3 days for transferred money to fund my account. By then it will probably be to late. This thing will have tripled. You got in at a perfect time IMO.
I wouldn't have believed it either, but there it is. Don't know why the volume is only 1094 so far this morning.
Yep, this is nothing short of a miracle!
And is listed as OTC Pink.
CANN has a bid/ask right now on Scottrade.
Went from $15M worth of shares traded per day before the suspension to $15K now. I'd say it's done
It's not affiliated with that Sierra nonsense you are probably thinking of.
If I weren't already maxed out on $ I would short this. It's almost a sure thing. Same BS as last year.
Same exact thing it did back in October. Hits a 52 week low, then the next day the high is .05. I'll know what to do next time it goes that low for no apparent reason, buy buy buy.
This happened back in October too. Hit a low of .032. Next day the high was .05. This ticker is easy to manipulate if you have $100K to play with. My thoughts are, no worries.
There have actually been 2 suspended tickers that made it off the grey sheets in the past 5 years.
EMGE suspended 9/2009
Relisted 2/2011
EDVP suspended 3/2013
relisted 8/2013
But with over 2200 tickers suspended during that time the odds are less than one in a thousand that it will happen.
Suspended grey market stock, company that has never made any profit=Great investment? Okay...
Well lets see it went 10-12 then
9-11
8-10
7-9
6-8
5-7
now 4-6
It's pretty clear whats next.
There is a big difference between stocks that trade on the grey market because they haven't yet issued an IPO, for instance, and grey stocks that have been suspended. That's why people refer to PHOT as a suspended grey market stock. An SEC suspension sends a ticker to the greys and is literally a death sentence.
What I don't get is, this thing goes from .05 to .07 and back regularly. Why would anyone buy at .07 when you know for a fact it's going to go back down to .05? All one has to do is watch the PPS trend for a little while.
Scottrade shows grey.
PHOT is not off the greys. The only way PHOT gets off the greys is when it ceases to exist.
Consider yourself lucky. If you can't buy at .06 you can't even day trade this thing.
Funny llcsm. I get jokes.
Oh it's withering alright. Just slower than most. Most likely because PHOT was so wildly popular. The one that got suspended 2 weeks after is already only trading around $1000-$2000 worth of shares a day. Nobody even posts on their message board anymore. PHOT is still trading $60000 to $100000 a day. That is relatively high for a suspended grey stock. PHOT will die out just like all the rest. It will just be a slower more painful death. I predict end of year. Either from bankruptcy, revocation, or lack of interest.
For now anyway. Earlier it wouldn't crack .10 then .08 now .06 There's a pattern here.
You're not an idiot. Those prices seemed like a good entry point back then. I almost bought in at .48 a week before the suspension. PHOT was touted as one of the best and "safer" MJ stocks. I found one I liked better, FSPM, so I bought that instead. Thought I had dodged a bullet not buying PHOT. Guess what, two weeks after PHOT was suspended, so was FSPM. Lost 80%. There is just no sense in hanging on to a suspended grey stock. I got out right away. If I had waited 3 months my loss would have been 90%. I know some folks are just stubborn about selling anything at a loss and I understand that. "All out" is good damage control. It's only going to get worse. Happens every time.
