Looks like six more months with putting up with the scoffers of QMC.
That begs the questions-What are the requirements to become a distributor for QMC? Is there a fee? Do you have to stock inventory? How exclusive is it? Could I or you become a distributor for QMC? Would not some REVENUE come from this partnership? Wouldn't QMC formally announce such a partnership?
Win or lose it is exciting to be a part of QMC. The recent post sure makes the mind fantasize about a positive future.
Just what is QMC's relationship with Kisco? From what I know all they did was share a booth. If they are an official distributor for QMC wouldn't they have QMC product information on their Web site? Should not that relationship be made public or once again did they just share a booth?
Any guesses as to what the share price at the end of day on Sept. 30th.
In a recent PR it was stated"We work closely together to create (optimal quantum dots characterizations) for display optical films". It would be nice to know more about the film development industry because ultimately their success will lead to QMC and our success. Any film experts out there? It may also explain the delay by their pursuing the optimal quantum dot.
Two problems the holds Apple back from using QD's---- Moisture and Heat control. I wonder who offers that? Do I smell APPLE pie?
I sure hope no news is good news.
Thanks Wooferwax. Thought it was just me that had no clue as to the recent post.
They (Coretec) have one product CHS with multiple applications.I believe 3DIcon is their avenue to get listed and provide more investors. They may pursue 3Dicon's product if they can get some grants for it. Right now they seem to be having some closing delays and why is up for anybodies guess since they have gone silent after Coretec was issued the patent rights. All this is just a stab in the dark.
I use to enjoy coming to this site' now it's like walking on glass. It's so negative my head hurts.
SE Yours seems to be the most logical prediction.Hope your right.
I Could be wrong but was't one film partner for the optical and the other for solar film development?
So now (according to some) we are led to believe that NDSU and DR. Boudjouk including his team at NDSU along with Cortec are complicit in this scheme from these crooks (3DIcon and their staff) to bilk their share holders. Give me a break.
Has the shared exchange agreement officially been executed or is this new information for notification purposes only? What are the plus and minus aspects of this merger? Would not all shareholders benefit in a future share price increase?
Don't panic .I just called and it's still a go but do to legal reasons thats all I could squeeze out of them.
We all know when Lawyers get involved it takes some time.
Maybe they did close on the merger but are waiting to formally announce the agreement until they have all the pieces in place. I suspect early next week and if not by then I would at least expect an explanation as to why the delay.
I believe if they were stalling for time they would be sending out a lot of fluff. On the other hand ,if you had some great news in the near future wouldn't you wait until it was set in stone and not just some on-going future promise.Take Apple for example, they don't release any crumbs about their products until the release date. Hopefully someday QMC will be compared to Apple.
From the dead you could say 3Dicon has been born again but not as an adult but as an infant. You can stay and see how it matures or you can just say good bye. If you stay don't complain every day. It is what it is. As for me I'm going to stick around even though it might take years to develop.I appreciate they are telling it like it is and not some hype job.The product itself seems to have great possibilities!
As an investor I really do care about the 500 degree and Candmium free product that my investment was used for.You can't sell an out dated product. We all should recognize it won't be till the end of the year till we see revenue.
I believe QMC's initial interest in China isn't in the display market but for the Solar business possibilities.
Hopefully a strategic partner by the end of July but with generating revenue beginning in early 2017. Considering where 3Dicon was about a month ago I don't think the term revenues was even considered! So as the song goes "Don't worry be Happy". Remember these companies need to go through their own evaluations, but it sure does look like a winner to me. IMO
It would be nice if Coretec could provide a list of the 11 existing and 3 pending patents that they have secured along with the licensing rights to the additional 16 patents which are available to them within the next 18 months. I would think these patents should be considered Public information and would provide their investors a look at their existing and future potential value. It would certainly boost my confidence in the 3Dicon/Coretec merger.
The next time we will hear from them is when they have accomplished what they stated they would do. That is to have merged under the banner of 3Dicon/Coretec with existing patents from Coretec to provide immediate revenues and future patents from 3Dicon to secure the future! My guess sometime this week.IMO
It would be nice to get a preliminary evaluation of the new patents, that is if they are able to secure them,in order to get an idea of the possible potential they may have. Any experts on Silicon-based materials technology? For example: NDSU's patent listed as (RFT-311).Others are RFT-325,447,449 and39. Any takers?
After the merger any near term revenues will be thru Coretecs products and service solutions. 3Dicon will then seek funding for the chamber using the light weight materials from Coretec. When that revenue starts is an unknown. Based on the value of Coretecs patented products, 3Dicon's display may never even be needed to secure large revenues for the new 3Dicon/Coretec company. As Victor stated " In Coretec we have found an exceptional partner". It may be a new beginning but at least there is light at the end of the tunnel.
What happens if Coretec is awarded all the patent licenses? Do you think the share price would go up? If only you knew now would you buy more shares?
So your current value remains the same but future per share price increases are basically reduced by 50%. For example 50,000 shares at 0.24 is $12,000.00 as compared to 100,000 shares at .24 or $24,000.00.
Can I ask out of curiosity? If I had 100,000 shares valued at $0.12 or $12,000.00 what would it be worth after a split?
I suspect at this point they (3Dicon,Coretec& NDSU)) will remain quiet until all facets of the merger are signed sealed and delivered.
Still no word on final merger date for 3Dicon and Coretec and will NDSU's patents be licensed to Coretec, 3Dicon or under a merged company name? If it were the last senario wouldn't they have to close on the merger agreement first? It would be nice to know what's what.I see no reason for secrecy on these matters at this point.
Did Coretec get the license for the patents from NDSU. I Called NDSU, Coretec and 3DICON but no reply as of yet. They stated it would executed on June 15th. Everything hinges on those patents!
I think that as part of the China deal and with a 20 million dollar investment at stake they demanded that the SS the CEO would give 100% toward the goals of that company. I think solar cells (Solterra) is a major objective of QMC ASIA considering the potential in China. IMHO
Did Coretec get the license for patented technology (CHS) from NDSU today? It is June 15th and they stated in the PR that was the date it was scheduled to be executed.Does anybody know? Without that license everything is worthless!
Notice the PR stated (delivering) QD's to our CURRENT and future clients.Sounds like a sale to me.
This week
Look for 3DICON & Coretec closing the deal week. IMHO. Any other guesses?
Forget about 3DICON for now. On 6/15/16 Coretec/3DICON will be issued the license agreements for the latest patents from NDSU for the silicon based nanostrutures' as invented and developed by Phil Boudjouk who now also serves as 3DICON/Coretec's Technical adviser. If you go to the NDSU web site and search under (silicon based nanostructure) you will see the value of those patents! I believe it's the top 4 that are listed.
What concerns me about QMC is the continued development of the quantum dot technology that other well funded companies are able to keep up with. QDX already seems like yesterdays news. It's like the rabbit chasing the carrot where there always seems to be something better.I hope they can keep up and stay in the lead.
From what I understand 3DICon has the technology to produce a 3D image (for example the Tea cup). They now need the display materials to enhance that image. SCH0TT was a bust! Hopefully the materials developed by Philip Boudjouk in conjunction with NDSU may just do that job.I believe Philip Boudjouk who will also sit on 3DICON's board and who is now aligned with NDSU will be the key player in all this.It will take time, money and Grants to do this. Lets hope Coretec and NDSU can do what Schott couldn't.
