I'd still like to know how many outstanding shares there really are at this point. The previous SC-13G referenced 453M, this latest SC-13G from Asher says 129M, and the OTC site says 279M, with the float as unknown.
Another 26M shares coming out of the woodwork today.
Meanwhile we still don't have an 8K from Mr. Ulsteen explaining the notes, or stating the current O/S.
Either way, with "Potter the banker" getting issued shares for conversion loans on a regular basis from now on, it seems the shareholders are simply paying Mr. Ulsteen's legal fees through the purchase of the dumped shares.
With the conversion rate being at the discount it typically is, and the authorized shares currently set at 2.4B, I wonder if it's even possible to exhaust the supply enough to get the price to go up.
